The food selection was truly impressive — fresh, varied, and delicious every single day. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing or taking a swim in crystal-clear water.
My room was always spotless, with housekeeping doing an excellent job throughout my stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive — nothing was ever too much to ask.
I also really appreciated how safe and secure I felt during my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere in Bodrum.
Our stay has been amazing, rooms great, hotel clean and the animation team are fantastic, especially the kids club which my daughter has LOVED! Food great, with a huge selection daily and evening shows have been the best we have seen in similar resorts.

However, not everything met our expectations. A major issue was the language barrier — many staff members struggled to understand even basic English phrases, which made communication difficult at times.
The room was also quite disappointing. There was very little space for suitcases, and the layout didn’t seem well thought out. The toilet flush didn’t work properly, and the windows were noticeably dirty. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was not at the level you’d expect from a high-standard hotel.
Breakfast and lunch became repetitive after a few days. The food was okay but lacked variety. And while the desserts looked beautiful, they were quite bland — more about appearance than taste.
The à la carte restaurant was by far the biggest disappointment. At first, things started off well — we were greeted nicely and the starters were very good. But from there, it went downhill. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. There was total chaos: they didn’t know what to serve, how much to serve, or to whom. We were shocked to receive one single plate of kebab to share between two people as a main course, while other guests received individual portions. It felt disorganized and unfair. On top of that, I had to ask twice for a glass of wine, while other guests got theirs immediately. The dessert situation was confusing too — we were served two completely different ones without any explanation, and they were underwhelming.
The only consistently positive experience we had with staff was at the lobby— they were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout.
In the end, it was an okay stay, but due to these issues, we won’t be returning.
