For the second time here stopped . The food was better. Rooms the same, old, but OK, can live. Plumbing is old. Otogenny clean sheets, crumpled duvet cover ( I'm not a prude, but I think that hotel linen MUST be IRONED! still people on this linen sleeping a lot, and something that you can not just wash off.... The staff is polite, asked for extra towels and blanket we brought ) at the same moment ...

Nice staff. The sea nearby. The food is delicious. But for 5 * pulls. Rusty taps, plumbing is old, the locks too.

Vacationing with his wife at the end of December 2017. The hotel is old, no frills, the rooms too, not ice, would put three stars, but the food was excellent - for that extra star. 5 stars this hotel is not drawn at all, a maximum of 4. Overall for a budget holiday get away. Second time here would not have returned. If you did the construction, it is clearly not in the rooms))

Of course it was not bad. But the rooms were not 5*****. The tour operator said that was renovated in 2016 . not really smelled.

Was in the beginning of winter, but nevertheless davolno not bad. Since not the season there were very few people, mostly local.

First time in Turkey. Not very I demanding in the service, tea is not Lord. Like accommodation, food, location,beach close by. Weak Internet in the rooms, have to go down to the lobby.

Visited the hotel 3 years ago. I had one of my best vacations there. Variety of well-made food, regular cleaning, nice beach. In 2019 everything was excellent.

We returned yestarday. It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last. The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. Personal was cute. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️.

Food is beautiful , you have very big choice and it's very delicious . It has many pools , for babies , for bigger kids and for adults . Rooms are clean , there are people that clean rooms almost every day , people in the hotel are all friendly . I recommend , if you go in this hotel , you go like all inclusive .

Nice Hotel on the Riviera of Alanya. Very nice and clearly Water and wunderful Beach. The hotel hafe a little Aquapark Two Swimmingpools and Softanimation but the Meals was not ok. Not fresh enough

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel.I hope we come back another time!Thank you ,Utopia world , for this amazing vacation!

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service. An outstanding hotel with an excellent restaurant offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Lots of good content for kids and adults at the pools and bars next to them. Performances by various artists and entertainers every evening, for both children and adults. Children's playroom with many daily workshops.

The hotel is very well positioned and offers very beautiful views. Everything is very clean. the food is very good, the imported drinks are free and it has a nice aqua park. The staff is very kind and present everywhere. No matter what needs I had, they moved very quickly and if they did not understand English well, they would come in a few seconds with a colleague with whom I could understand.

Hotel has a great location on the hill surrounded by park, the food of great taste and quality and friendly and helpful staff. We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

We are here now and we are having the best time. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel itself is a beautiful building which is perfectly maintained. Every morning the maintenance team is checking equipment and doing safety checks. My daughter and I have had a lovely time at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Food is lovely and staff will do anything to help you. Always very clean and tidy. Clean your room daily and make your bed look nice. Pool is lovely just hard sometimes to get a sun lounger. Meet lots of lovely people on holiday to and had a good hat with them. The hotel is very high class and caters for every need. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. They take care of your laundry is needed. There is a good choice of food nearly all day long. The only thing which could be improved with the food is providing labels so you know what you're eating. If you have allergies or don't eat meat you have to keep asking the kitchen staff. Good hotel, polite staff, we settled quickly (5 floors) room is good, food is delicious, no one will stay hungry. Hotel for rest with the family. Only one minus they can not provide first medical assistant (with the father came an unfortunate case on the sea, no one could provide first aid)

It was great weekend as always. I have been guest of this hotel since 1989 and there still same people working as staff. Can you believe it. It’s like a second home for us. Everything in this hotel was amazing, the service was fantastic! The food was fascinating! And the room was also really nice! But I wanted to say, the bands they put on the arm was actually pretty annoying and I couldn’t sleep comfortably with it on. I recommend trying something else instead of the bands, perhaps a card or an app would be way more comfortable and nice instead of those bands!

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

That was the best hotel among about 10 of them we have visited during our 3 weeks stay in Turkey. Most likely you will have difficulties to communicate in English at reception but it's nothing comparing to the comfort and feelings you get after it. So nice and cozy dinner you will have there by the sea... wanna experience that again. Keep in mind that there are no shops and any other tourist attractions...

we checked in very fast. They prepared for us meals for dinner at 9pm espeacially for us. The Bungalows are very nice like you see in those pictures on their website. But the best thing is that they build a ramp for my son. He uses a wheelchair and there was just 2 steps. Amazing team very familiar and great. The most stuff can speak English. Beautiful, little, pearl that's a little hidden away along the coast. From the street it looks like just a hotel (although very nice) but the real beauty is found at the other side. Two rows of bungalows on an almost Hawaiian style parc. Great, and super fresh, food that can be enjoyed mere meters away from the Mediterranean ocean. A great place for all ages to be loved and enjoyed.

I choose this hotel because my friends already stay there. Reviews were pretty bad but the reality has surprisingly me! The hotel is not bad at all! I had another comment to this hotel. It doesn't deserve five stars. The hotel has old structure. The rooms were clean but the lobby and the setting area was not clean. The food was good. They charge for wifi 3USD/Day. It was not cool.

In general the good and best advantages in Alania hotels and shops that you can easily find a lot who can speak English, unlike Istanbul and other turkish places.. recently stayed here no problems we were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival the hotel can do with some improvements like putting more litter bins around the pool area but we did not have a problem with this as we asked in the shop for a bag put our rubbish into it and on the way to our rooms we would put the bag in the bin unlike some. got on well with the food as we would try anything however...

Booked this holiday as last minute, read the reviews and was seriously thinking what have we done. However we could not have been more wrong staff are friendly, approachable, and although English is an unknown language for over half the staff, guess what, my Turkish is non existent and I managed, ask yourself, why is language a barrier? Because some people let it be, is language a barrier for kids...

We had a great time can't find any significant faults. Yes there's room for improvement but in general a great holiday.
