Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

Located on an isolated hill away from crowds of tourists. Alanya city centre is easily accesible by bus, tho. Service, rooms and facilities are at good level. Wide selection of tasty food, especially traditional dishes

The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is a good standard and varied each day. I would have liked to see some of the chefs cooking "live"/in front of us to cook dishes other than pasta every day

And really really amazing staff in the hotel!!! Such a good service! Helpful and nice! Especially Murat and Hussein in the dining room and Nasgul at the reception! Always do efforts to make everything for me! Big big respect! My flight back was at midnight but they helped me to stay in hotel lounge zone to rest till the evening! Despite checkout was at 12am

Really beautiful view from the balcony! Room is far from the hotel Disco so the noise was not too much disturbing and the disco isn’t every day. It also facing to the road so traffic noise exist

For me it was ok as this noise is everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and good condition. Maybe it can be better but really nice and I like it. Also good for children(lots of families here)

The shop at the entrance of the hotel also nice and has good prices. It is not obviously for such touristic location! Wi-Fi is not free

It was great weekend as always. I have been guest of this hotel since 1989 and there still same people working as staff. It’s like a second home for us. We are not the only people coming back for 35 years

I really enjoyed my vacation this year. I was there in early September. Good location (you can see both the mountains and the sea). There is always some kind of entertainment program in the evening

The staff is really nice and is taking really good care of all their customers. Sadly it really stinks in the hotel, because most of the people smoke. All of our tshirts smelled like cigarettes after one wear of use

There were only 4 or 5 meal options available and they often didn’t change. Most of the food didn’t even taste. Overall it was a good vacation and we would definitely come back , if the hotel would improve some things

We had a room near the pool area and didn’t sleep well , since they played music til 1 am on full volume. What also annoyed us was one of their staff. For the children disco she needed 2 more people

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

We are here now and we are having the best time. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel itself is a beautiful building which is perfectly maintained

We rested in a large company, 6 adults and 2 children. The food is very well, just very good. Rooms were cleaned daily with flowers and swans. We settled in immediately upon arrival

Me and my family went to the hotel 2 weeks ago. And we really had a great time here. Everything was good, the food, the pool, the beach and the rooms. the animation team was the best. love everyone but anil was best

First thing, as a sauna fanatik i was looking forward to use the sauna atleast once every 2 days, but the temperature is not high enough, a sauna should be 85 to 90 degrees minimum and there should be a bucket with water that we can pour on the stones every few minutes or a system that pour waters automaticly every few minutes

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

Me and my family had an amazing time. Very good animation team, they were very friendly. Especially Özgür and Ramazan. The food there was delicious. The beach was also very beautifully. I loved it.

Hotel was clean , food was great and healthy. The best part of the hotel is the animation team. ( Ramazan and özgür) Lots of activities in the day to the night and they would get everyone involved

Never a sunbed available in pool areas, unless you're the type to put towels on them at 6 in the morning, not our style

Beach area great, not a fan of gravel beaches but the platform out at sea was the only area where you could get a sun bed. Great for swimming and snorkeling

We payed 2€ a day for wifi, but the quality of it was very good! Safe is also for charge 2€ a day. I was sad that they didn’t give us early breakfast so be prepared to not eat if you have an early flight home

For example only watermelon, apples and some citrus fruits. The desserts weren’t so good because the cakes were very similar to one another but it depends from the persons taste in cakes

The one thing I liked was that you could make your own salad because they provided the greens and sauces separately. In my opinion, a minus was that they didn’t provide a lot of fruits

It’s close to the Beach and central shopping areas. The room itself was clean, but the shower was broken and difficult to use

As for the excursions, we walked along the street, found out the prices, but Ali's excursion turned out to be cheaper, he visits the beach and our hotel every day

We immediately asked for a refrigerator in the room ($2 a day), and before we had time to unpack our suitcases, it was already brought to us; by the way, it froze just fine, including ice cream! When checking in, as always, we put 20 dollars in our passport and got a wonderful room on the 6th floor, with a nice balcony from which we could even see the sea

This hotel is a good place to stay not because of luxury but because of some of very friendly waiters the foods are not so bad not so good but i liked the sincere atmosphere of place ı have with a boy ın the name of Halit he is such a good boy that everyone loved him and so sincere and if you like this type of genuine hotels then come here

Respect to the cooks!!! We were also pleased with the drinks, this is not bad beer, wine, vodka, the boys made delicious cocktails. The room is of course simple, we got on the first floor, but everything worked

After relaxing after a delicious lunch, we visited it and were delighted. Nice girls from Bali washed us, gave us a good massage, my friend the massage therapist appreciated it. We were pleased with the hamam

The elevators are a disaster – overcrowded and slow. Entertainment was good as well. The beach, however, was the worst I’ve ever been to – very little gravel at the entrance and concrete slabs everywhere

We had a fantastic time on this holiday. We are a family of 6 with two young boys 13 and 10. They had a great time on the slide with a brilliant lifeguard keeping them safe. The food was lovely with plenty of choice

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Alanya and had such a great time! One of the highlights for me was the morning yoga sessions – such a peaceful and energizing way to start the day, right by the sea

The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday

The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job

The reception were helpful we had an issue with our shower and it was fixed immediately, also the staff were great ARDA was great to chat and banter with

Later to be told we should of pressed the clean me button by the light switch ( ideally tell us on arrival so we know what to do) shower flooded bathroom each time we used doors were hanging off in the 2 cupboards we had

Really hungry as we had been delayed only option for food was a delivery reception staff ordered 2 terrible kebabs for £40! Rooms were spacious and comfortable in the 5 days we were there we didnt see a cleaner

They showed me the room next to ours and that was perfect. However on arrival they gave him a different room totally unexceptable then charged him £50 to move to the room they had showed me

Cons: main pool is a bit cold (october); meal menu is always the same; a-la-carte restaurant is barely available (if you don't instantly ask about it at the reception when you arrive, you can forget about getting the service); paid services are provided without a receipt; every time you order the same signature cocktail you'll get something you didn't expect - could be better or could be much worse...

2 nice pools, always a wide choice of food at the buffet (the same reliable options every day aswell as different new things every day), the spa (for an extra price) was also one of the best ones I've been to but also the cheapest one! The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the mountains, the neighbourhood and the sea

They are very abrasive and even offensive at times (saying your hair/eyebrows look bad and need their services), this really takes away from the luxury and relaxing vibe when you dread seeing them

The only big downside is the little shops/salons inside the resort that have workers that harras you to buy product/services from them every time you walk past them to the pool

The city of Alanya is also a sad sight, completely ruined by resort tourism sadly

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

You had to rent the towels with your towel card and if you wanted it changed it was €1 - we took our own and was glad because the ones supplied were low quality

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

On the last day, I’d packed my towel away and took one from the room and was asked to give it to them - even though there were plenty of white room towels out “reserving” beds

The rule was not to take the ones out of the rooms for the pool, we seen a lot of people doing this though for extra towels

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Location of the hotel was the first reason, why I have chosen exactly Sevki Bey - just 3 minutes on foot to get the beach! You can pay for chaise-longue on reception, but we were with our own mat for free

Had a really good time staff were really helpful broke a tooth and was picked up by a dentist in 5 minutes, offer free transfers to a lot of places and are helpful with any needs. Location is lovely right in the beach

Bar there is ok but not included in the all inclusive service and sunbeds are chargeable but not too expensive. We had a lovely sea view room but the downside to this is road noise

I'm happy with the hotel, the food was delicious, there were no problems with alcohol either, we checked in straight away and sent for breakfast first because. Free wi-fi and good, which was very pleasing

We would like to note the work of the restaurant, very polite and pleasant employees, they will move the chair back so that you sit down, and when you eat, they immediately clean up the dirty dishes

There were mixed messages about whether we needed to book a table in the evenings, and we were only allowed to reserve for 7:00 PM, which didn’t always work for us
