Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The hotel is very well positioned and offers very beautiful views. Everything is very clean. the food is very good, the imported drinks are free and it has a nice aqua park. The staff is very kind and present everywhere. No matter what needs I had, they moved very quickly and if they did not understand English well, they would come in a few seconds with a colleague with whom I could understand.

Hotel has a great location on the hill surrounded by park, the food of great taste and quality and friendly and helpful staff. We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

We returned yestarday. It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last. The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. Personal was cute. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️.

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

Not a 5 star by any standard. The staff on the whole are not what you would expect in a 5 star anywhere else. The room was a little tired but completely acceptable. The food wasn't too bad though. Nice big rooms, very good food & friendly people. I visit Turkiye over more than 30 years. The price/quality-ratio is perfect & slipper distance to the beach & BNPL-option with the Beach bar and the beach is very quiet. It is not very touristic

Hotel is slightly tired in places, however for the price paid it was very good, clean large room, food was good if for an English taste a little different at times. I must stress how brilliant the staff were helpful friendly in every way particularly the young lady on reception. The Turkish bath experiance costs extra but is sooo worth it!! We would visit again without concern.

We arrived at midnight so we're not overly aware where we were. The room is cleaned daily and is spotless. The reception staff are friendly and very happy to help. The food is Turkish, fresh salads, mixture of different choices every night Fresh bread with every meal. Desserts look and taste delicious. The gentleman at the reception and the floor lady were very interested, even though we stayed 2 people with my father, they gave us a family room. But I can't say the same about the food. The food is terrible. You eat at a restaurant that doesn't even belong to the hotel. The things they put on the buffet as open buffet are very mediocre and inedible. Me and my friend was staying at vella beach hotel for one week. Great welcome and nightspots. The people who work here take good care of the guests. The food is good and the room is always clean. For a 3 star hotel it’s very good value. The rooms are basic but tidy and well maintained. The rooms are always cleaned regularly and the communal areas are clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and welcoming too. The food is reasonable for what you pay and plenty of it. The drink is local stuff but again you can get a reasonable amount of choice. We loved it. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean (almost everyday cleaning is available) , the food was delicious, we will definitely come back. The wifi is the only thing what is not the best in here, but I think we could survive it ;)

We stayed at the hotel for a little than 5 days and seeing all the negative reviews did make us unsure. Hotel is nice, near beach. Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian. Food is okay, usually the same every day with nice terrace to eat. Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea). Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience.

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

I'm happy with the hotel, the food was delicious, there were no problems with alcohol either, we checked in straight away and sent for breakfast first because... it was 9:50. Great facility, brand new and clean

Excellent service from start to finish. Miya was great. They did nit rush took their time and gave us a great service. The 2 hour service is worth the money as you will get all the things you need. It's all well worth the time and money

AMAZING HOTEL!!! We have stayed for over a week here and I need to admit that the food, drinks, entertainment are absolutely outstanding! Best hotel I have been to so far. What is the most important part - Staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was solved within a moment and you can feel important as a guest! We will be back here :)

The hotel is very good for the money. Rooms are nice and clean. The beach is enjoyable but quite small. Several thing could be improved, though. First, WiFi is free only in the hotel lobby, and there is a daily fee to use it in the room. Second, the restaurant could use some experienced waiters and more variety in meals would certainly be great.
