Not a 5 star by any standard. The staff on the whole are not what you would expect in a 5 star anywhere else. The room was a little tired but completely acceptable. The food wasn't too bad though. It's not really a hotel for British people though. It's mainly Russians. I personally found them to be pretty rude and lacking any politeness or manners.

My daughter and I have had a lovely time at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful.
Food is lovely and staff will do anything to help you.
Always very clean and tidy.
Clean your room daily and make your bed look nice.
Pool is lovely just hard sometimes to get a sun lounger.
Meet lots of lovely people on holiday to and had a good hat with them.
I would recommend this hotel as very nice.

The food is very delicious, I stayed in the fourth floor and the lift is always accessible. Friendly staff and always happy to help. The receptionist are very helpful and supportive. Calm environment and great outdoor activities and swimming pool. I recommend the hotel.100%

Amazing hotel, lovely reception on arrival. Shown to our room. Food Amazing and the spa is fantastic too. Had a lovely massage. Would recommend this hotel. Pool is clean and lots of sunbeds watermark great for the kids and big kids. Snacks are plentiful

We are here now and we are having the best time. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel itself is a beautiful building which is perfectly maintained. Every morning the maintenance team is checking equipment and doing safety checks. This is hugely reassuring with young children. There are plenty of loungers, chairs and areas around the pool with shaded areas and umbrellas. Pools are extremely clean with every convenience you could ask for. There are many toilets and facilities around each pool which are clean and well equipped. There are lots of safety precautions in place for the slides in the main pool and these are manned by lifeguards. The food is varied and delicious. There are many Turkish dishes but also lot of items suitable for all. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. Dishes are changed each day. There is a patisserie and a pool bar which serves food if you want a lighter snack. As a family of 6, we were always able to find something lovely to eat. Each day there is even a slot for ice creams and ice lollies. We regularly eat out and we have been impressed with the range and quality of food on offer.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Everyone we have met has been kind, efficient and super helpful. It was our wedding anniversary and we came back to our room to find a fruit hamper, deserts, wine and a card.

I visited this resort with my family and from start to Finnish the hotel was so welcoming and friendly! The staff could not do enough for our family , the hotel rooms are well equipped, clean and modern. The air condition is amazing ! The food was really good and had a huge selection to choose from. The pools were amazing , beautiful and the bar staff were so friendly and helpful. To anyone contemplating whether to visit here I strongly recommend as you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 star experience and I will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Lumos Deluxe Resort and had an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts luxurious rooms with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Halide who looked after us during the stay, ensuring every need was met. The resort's amenities, including multiple pools, a private beach, and a top-notch spa, provided ample relaxation opportunities. The diverse dining options offered delicious cuisine, with fresh and local ingredients. The evening entertainment and activities added a delightful touch to our stay. Overall the resort made for an unforgettable and rejuvenating holiday in Alanya.

The hotel itself is very pretty. However it's location is terrible.
We booked a larger comfort seaview room at a higher price than a standard room, only to find all of these rooms overlook an outdoor nightclub across the road. It was so loud we could feel the music vibrating in our room, this went on until 3am. We were moved in to a standard room following a complaint but we were not refunded the difference. We also smelt sewage in our room from time to time. No other compensation was given for the inconvenience caused.
If you have small children this is not the place for you. Dinner is not served until 7pm, which is quite late for many little ones and the children's disco does not start until 9pm which was too late for many. If your kids can stay up this late the entertainment is very poor.
The hotel is a minimum of 2 hours from the airport by private transfer only. We initially took an "express transfer" which was advertised as being quicker, but this took 3.5 hours! Almost as long as the flight.
All excursions took at least 1.5 hours to travel to. The one excursion we did ended up with us travelling for longer than we were actually there for.
If you are traveling with a small baby there are no facilities for sterilizing bottles and no fresh baby food is available (just jarred food) so I would recommend bringing your own.
There is nothing to do close by and so if it rains you're stuck. The pools are not heated, including the indoor one so there is nothing to do.
The "kids club" is awful. I went in there with my children on a rainy day. There is a small area to play in and the staff do one activity with the children which is to colour in a T-shirt for the cost of €10. I observed that if you leave your children there they are left to play alone, the staff do not do any activities with them, I asked if mine could do some arts and crafts and we were told no so we left.
On the bright side the other guests were lovely and we made some great friends and still managed to make some great memories. However we will not be returning.

The hotel is very high class and caters for every need.
The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. They take care of your laundry is needed.
There is a good choice of food nearly all day long. The only thing which could be improved with the food is providing labels so you know what you're eating. If you have allergies or don't eat meat you have to keep asking the kitchen staff. They don't speak much English.
There is always something to do everyday, you will never get bored.
There is a beach not far away.

We really liked the hotel itself and everything inside, but the territory and the road by the sea are not very good. Everything inside is gorgeous: a hall, a restaurant with good food, a fitness center, baths, a spa, the staff are all at a very high level. But the area near the hotel is small; most of the area is located separately across the road. The private beach on the sea is about 200 meters from the hotel. You have to walk along a not very tidy road and also cross a busy road. Evening shows could be more interesting. Therefore, I give the hotel a solid 5, and the territory, beach and evening shows no more than 4.
