Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach and 150 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle service to the beach – lift. The length of the beach – 300 m.

Not worth.
I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to be surrounded by Russians and have unpleasant interactions.
One plus is that it's clean. The food is average. The pools are average. The hotel is plagued by Turkish salespeople constantly trying to lure you into their shops. You won't find peace here.
Hotel on one side, there are street noises, on the other, loud music.
