staying at this hotel turned out to be the worst decision. I looked at the photos and it seemed like a good place. Unfortunately, I have not read the reviews. This is the worst hotel in my life. It was very dirty, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable, the door to the balcony was broken, there were ants in the room, someone else's hair on the floor, dirty bed linen, breakfast was very poor, I couldn't even order eggs separately. I wanted to check out of the hotel and I would like to receive a partial refund, but I was refused. I really do not recommend this hotel

This is my first visit to Kas and I have made the right decision to come to Club Capa.
This Resort has an amazing location against the sea. I have stayed 10 nights and all the staff were very welcoming and so helpful. From reception Ruken, restaurant staff Celal and Recep, İdris was the bread man, at the beach bar Tarik and at the kitchen chef Mehmet and his staff. Thank you all for your very warm hospitality.🙏🏻🥰

If you want to swim with the fishes I will suggest to the new arrivals to bring their goggles or a snorkel to make most out of this aquarium I should say :).

We stayed in Çapa in September for a week. The sea is incredible, it is like swimming in an aquarium, so beautiful. The deck area is very well organised, sunbeds are very comfortable, umbrellas well positioned. Has a very nice restaurant, our accommodation included breakfast. We loved the breakfast, there were different kinds of good quality cheese, pides were made by Idris Usta, who does very yummy pides for lunch as well. Breakfast is a classical Turkish breakfast with cheese, olives, pides, bread, simit, jams, eggs and fresh produce. Staff are all great very friendly . We stayed in a bungalow room which was very nice. Also thanks to receptionist Ms. Ruken, who helped us with our every request and to Mr. Mehmet for welcoming us warmly to his hotel.

Located in the Kas peninsula, the hotel gives great sea view and direct accessibility in the water.
The management is really bad which has led to a slow services by the staff, spoiling the experience of the guests.
Although the staff is very very helpful. Yasin was always on his toes to help us with everything inspite of the language barrier that we faces, he gave his best 🤍
Problems that we faced:
• Our room was water leakage due to which the entire floor was wet. Day 1 we adjusted. Day 2 in the evening we asked to change our room. It took them 8 hours to change our room.
• The rooms didn't have a kettle and being a pure vegetarian we badly needed one to cook our food. We requested to cook our food in the kitchen n the chef agreed. When we came to the kitchen in the evening another chef asked us to pay 200 lira ( 540 INR ) just to use the kitchen for 10 minutes. Highly disappointing

One of the Worst experience in Turkish hotels so far
The hotel has all the potential to be very good but they seem like don’t care at all
They have an amazing hotel location with crystal clear water, amazing pool and the reception staff are friendly other than this its so bad
Rooms are tiny and not clean, they don’t clean the rooms daily, one of our rooms had air-conditioning not working, other room with very bad smell in the bathroom and another room with broken bathroom with big water noise and they couldn’t fix it till we fixed by our hand
Rooms don’t have privacy and you have to close curtains so no one sees you
Rooms don’t have cattle or cups inside
The breakfast quality is bad with no variety and the use their hands without any gloves or cleaning
The dishes are not clean and will tell you a story, a Turkish lady asked for a cup so they took a used one just washed it with only water and give it to her and when the lady complained they said that’s how we do it here in the hotel
The internet is slow if you want to work or even watch a movie
You can order extra food on the beach and food is tasty
Hope they fix it cause the place could be amazing

Terribly rude service. Overcharged for beers when told a different price. The woman at reception was rude and tried to argue with us. Don’t recommend. The music is also incredibly loud and unbearable

Far away from all city center activities, it might be challenging to enjoy staying here without a car.
Small rooms, but it's pretty clean though. Hot water, but not enough bed linen, especially duvet covers, kinda strange to discover the absence.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been to - event though I wasn’t surprised after I read the reviews.
Staff absolutely unfriendly, breakfast is a joke, rooms are small with furnitures that fall from the wall.. all in all it looks like the hotel is being abandoned, although the locations is nice!

Very good location, spectacular view. The rooms are very cosy. Breakfast is same everyday but Turkish pizzas are freshly made by a pastry chef by the beach.
