All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, snacks and sweets at a specific time, snack, fruit, ice cream (15.00-16.00), diet kitchen, midnight snacks and soup, some imported and local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00-05.00).

Where do I begin? The only good thing about this hotel is one waiter named IBRAHIM şAHiN who went above and beyond for us, the guy needs a raise or to get a job at a better hotel, nothing was too much for him and always had a smile on his face! If I could give 0 I would. ALL British people avoid this hotel! No one speaks English and even if they do it’s slight. First room we got to no AC working and no mini fridge working which resulted in us having to change rooms. All lifts but one broke down so only one lift worked the whole 5 days we were there. One of the workers even told us they were fired so they could get a google review! And then we saw them the next day and they said they were leaving?! Our final day was the worst. We were never told a check out time and my husband had to change 2 key cards in one day as they stopped working and none of the reception staff mentioned we were late checking out. My husband went down to reception to complain about the keycard as us not being able to get into the room resulted in my autistic daughter having a meltdown which the reception staff laughed at and thought was funny. We were expected to pay a late check out fee even though we were never told the check out time by this hotel or the airline. I have informed the hotel I will be taking them to court over discrimination of my disabled daughter.

Hotel was good, not great not bad just good… I want to praise guy from customer relations Dursun Ozdemir he helped us with a lot of staff and he was great! He was the most skilled worker in guest relations departmant, me and my friend would have had so much difficulties in the hotel if he had not been working there. This hotel was so lucky for having someone like him. I hope they value his presence as a guest relations staff in the hotel

Avoid if british !! Only people who spoke English or at least tried to help us were customer relations they were nice & was much appreciated . reception however seemed disingenuous & rude and couldn’t be bothered hearing it for the most part.. I cannot say for a 5 star hotel that I felt that as a whole .. positives were everything was clean housekeeping were very nice ,hairdressers on bottom floor also very pleasant .. negatives were - our room key was faulty for the majority of our stay, when asked to be fixed it was ignored. They just kept giving us replacement cards that worked for an hour or so then stopped working. Then hallelujah the penny dropped 5 days in to our 1 week stay and they eventually sent “technical support” which came at 10pm at night and hammered at the door while my child tried to sleep and finally finished at 10:35. slipped multiple times .. tiled floors wet literally just stepping out of the elevator no signs up anywhere !! Although the cleaners did a good job in the room it seems to be ok to just smoke out in the hallways which isn’t pleasant for non smokers. Mostly enjoyed the food even tho every single item was stone cold when you ate it which should be the bare minimum to keep hot food hot surely!? The phone in room disconnected also asked to be fixed which we were told the mythical technical support would sort for us & still nothing, resulted in a lot of unwanted trips to reception. The fridge in our room also didn’t work. Also enjoy the WiFi which disconnects every 5minutes too. when asking for a taxi at reception when told we’re British even after agreeing to a price it shot up 500lyra more than original price. It’s actually laughable that this place is meant to be 5 star it really makes you wonder. Never in my life have my family been more let down. Overall very disappointing experience & first time in Turkey I would not recommend whatsoever spend your hard earned money elsewhere .

Kudos to you hotel. Everything is really up to par, the rooms are cleaned every day, the mini bar is replenished every day, the pool is neat and clean. The food is excellent, varied, several bars, Algida ice creams, snack bar really all on a level. I would especially praise Dursun, who was very communicative and polite, and I would praise his knowledge of the English language. If I had to criticize something, it would be the poor English at the reception and the room arrangement, which we had to discuss additionally.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
My friends were staying there and I wanted to join them for a couple of days. They asked reception if it was possible to add me to their room and the price for this change. The managers told them so and wrote the price. Somehow, the day I came and wanted to check in everything went wrong. First, the man from the reception called Resul Civi took our card and started withdrawing money without our permission. Fortunately the payment didn’t work so we had a chance to take the card back. This moment we also realized that he wanted to charge us 35% more than it was stated before by his colleagues. They showed us the prices on the computer, but there was the stated before number, 35% less. The “new” price was for the room, as if we would take a new one and split it in a half. Even after showing staff at the reception their fault, they refused to charge us the correct sum. So I had two options: go away or pay them extra for nothing. Such a shame. No analogies have been made to me.
But I stayed and have to say, that the hotel itself doesn’t deserve it’s price and values. The food at the restaurant was poor and badly prepared. There were only chicken and some kind of very tough grilled meat. Two of my friends got sick during their vacation at the hotel. And I caught fly, which was very unexpected due to the fact that it wasn’t high season and the hotel was only half-full. It’s was October.
Plus the alcohol was also of poor quality, especially wine and beer. I regret that my friend and me have ever chosen this hotel.

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone with children. Great program, great staff, great outdoor, perfect beach. Minor negative sides: food options same every day especially at the beach front restaurant, old beach equipment [fridges, umbrellas, ..], the espresso machines and coffee beans should be changed at least in one of the bars. With this improvements it will be perfect not only great.

Great place, biggest comment is tonaal for a land side room, especially if you have little kids that want to sleep at night. Night programs go to 01:00 with very loud music and flashing lights with our room on the poolside. We were lucky to get a change of rooms after the first night with the only land side room there was left. Noise level was much better there.

I'm currently at the hotel. I've been here for five days already, and I am extremely satisfied with the resort. The service, waterpark, super friendly staff - everything is just perfect! It's a very clean resort with plenty of sunbeds, a great entertainment program, and a beautiful location. I would definitely return another time.

Overall I have found my holiday at Crystal Prestige Elite a pleasant holiday. To look at it has the wow effect.. The location is terrific. Amazing views. The sea it very transparent it is so clean.
Hotel room (pool side family room) can be improved. It has an outdated feeling and terrible drainage smell. I dealt with this by covering the showroom drain.
Service I gave 3 stars for because I feel like the staff a unhappy. I have so much respect for the staff for all the people they have to deal with day in day out. I always spend my summer in resorts in Turkey but have never seen so many local tourists/visit which I feel is the reason the staff feel unappreciated. The locals are rude and look miserable which rubs off on the staff. Hats off to everyone in this resort. It is a huge place doing a amazing job. Advice would be improve the pool family rooms and smells around the bar areas.
