Mirage Park Resort-Ultra All Incl.

We recently stayed at the Mirage Park Resort from September 17th to 24th, and we were extremely pleased with the services provided. The attention to detail and the extraordinary kindness of the staff made our stay truly memorable. My wife has a gluten intolerance, and one of the main reasons we chose this resort was because of the gluten-free restaurant. She was able to enjoy a wide variety of meals from the dedicated menu, and we truly appreciated the environment created there.

We were especially impressed by the warm smiles of the staff and how attentive they were to every little detail. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for everything. Our overall rating would be a perfect ten, with special congratulations to the team.

Overall, we had a great experience at Mirage Park Resort. Here’s an honest overview of our stay (September 16-29)

Check-In
We were checked in promptly without any issues. However, we found it surprising that even after showing our passports, the receptionist immediately began speaking in Russian. The English proficiency at the front desk was generally lacking, with only one friendly staff member, Yasemin, being able to communicate effectively in English. Given the diverse range of international guests, it would be beneficial for the front desk staff to improve their English skills to enhance the hotel's professionalism.

Pros

- Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries replenished regularly. The only issue was that the ventilation needed cleaning, as it had dust accumulation.

- Beautiful Nature: The resort is huge, it’s a lovely area with several bars, restaurants, and a mini-farm with numerous animals.

- Noise Levels: The hotel was generally quiet, with pleasant background music. The disco ended by 11 PM, and other hotel music quieted down shortly after, so noise was not a concern.

- Location: The resort is conveniently located, allowing easy access to a small village with pharmacies and shops.

- Beach and Sea: The sea was very clean, especially compared to regions like Side or Beldibi, with crystal-clear water and small pebbles. The beach was large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available.

- Food Variety: There was a diverse selection of food, including seafood and sushi. I enjoyed most of it, though the desserts were visually appealing but not very tasty. The baklava was outstanding, especially the walnut and pistachio varieties.

- Restaurant Service: At the beginning, the restaurant staff seemed a bit lazy, with many dirty tables during dinner. However, at the middle of our stay, a restaurant manager and head chef improved the situation significantly, leading to better service and quicker table clean-up. Cause the were always there, watching out.

Cons

- Entertainment: The entertainment program this year was disappointing. The performances were poorly executed, and some costumes were overly vulgar. The only highlight was a Turkish singer who performed on Sundays and was fantastic.
And one day, the management made an Oktoberfest, that was well organized, we really liked it.

- Room Quality: Our room was outdated, with stains on the floors and walls, which affected our mood upon arrival. While the restaurant and lobby areas were beautiful and modern, the rooms definitely need renovation.

- Staffing Issues: It would be great to have more English-speaking staff, as many guests are not Russian-speaking.

- Guest Relations: We approached guest relations twice with different requests, both of which were ignored. Thankfully, a Turkish staff member in a separate guest relations room quickly addressed our needs.

- Annoying Sales: There was a lot of annoying advertising from water sports and photographers, which became bothersome. It detracted from our relaxation, and it would be better if the hotel could manage this more effectively.

Conclusion
In summary, Mirage Park Resort is a good choice for families who appreciate spacious territory, clean sea and greenery surroundings. It would enhance the experience to incorporate more Turkish cuisine and music to give guests a true sense of being in Turkey.

I’d like to express gratitude for a few standout staff members who made our stay enjoyable. I believe that the quality of an experience often depends on the people involved.

Please pay special attention to these individuals and ensure they remain with the hotel, as they significantly enhance the guest experience:

- Havva Emre Tansu - Bartenders
- Asiye, Velar - Waiters at the bar
- Mustafa - Restaurant waiter, the most professional and attentive waiter
- Ramazan - Manager, he kept an eye on everything and made sure that we are happy with our vacation
- A lovely dog Erik, he needs more time with the guests ;)

Ticked all boxes... went with my wife for her big birthday. The complex has it all, pools, beach, bars, restaurants, slides, entertainment, club, sauna, massage.... place is super clean and well looked after, room immaculate, great choice of food and drinks, even a cocktail bar. The staff were super friendly, it's starting to sound like an advert but the place is highly recommended. The staff are fantastic, friendly, nothing is too much, we felt very much looked after. Even for my wife's birthday a waiter called Fevzi did everything in his power to ensure my wife's meal was special with flowers, candles, drinks and perfect service. He made my wife's birthday very very memorable. We left very relaxed and cared for. It's also under an hour from the airport, shops walking distance, you can take buses or taxis to local towns, we did excursions, massage in hotel, goynuk canyon and even paragliding.

Positive:
- We went there for our honeymoon and they had decorated the room, brought us breakfast in the room one day, champagne and cake.
- The outdoor area look very beautiful and it’s very well maintained. Lots of greenery and shades to sit and relax.
- There are a lot of food choices and there’s constantly some sort of food available somewhere (although we didn’t like the taste, you might)
- ALL the waiters are very attentive and try their best to accommodate all your needs. Especially Hasan
- I’m super happy with the entertainment team. They always tried to maintain a positive attitude and were always professional. Especially Can. I really got to bond with him
- The room had a lot of small assets that you can find useful, such as toothbrushes, razors, slippers, scrubs, sowing kits, and the minibar is free
- Lots of bars and toilets in every corner

Negative:
- The food tasted very mediocre. Pretty much everything we tried we were never “wowed” except for the fruits.
- They charge you for a lot of services that we’ve seen all other resorts to offer for free. Gaming room, kids cars, tennis, the fancier beach beds (150 euros) and WORST OF ALL, doctors services. In a previous resort I had a doctors check up and even was given medicine all for free. Here, they asked for 120 euros just for a check up and they won’t give injections, prescriptions or anything else for that price.. just for the check up.. 120 euros… that’s when I lowered my review from 5 to 4.
- The water activities person woke us up to sell us on their offer and when I said 150 euros is too much for paragliding (we did it for 50 at a previous resort) he told me it seems expensive because I’m from a poor country. I really hope the owner sees this review and takes actions because I really tried not to lose my patience and fight that guy and ruin my honeymoon.
- No one speaks proper English here so it’s really not suited for European or American residents. I was walking around with google translate open on my phone
- The shower water is some times too cold, some times too hot. You just have to deal with it.

I was at this hotel 2 times. The hotel very good with a lot of facilities inside compared to other hotels. Quality of food was also excellent. However, I think that DJ is putting old music which are not popular

Such a lovely place, I would 100% recommend giving it a try. The location is perfect, the food is delicious, the facilities are great, and the entertainment team is superb. Everything is nearly perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I wish the staff's English was as proficient as their communication with Russian-speaking guests. While I understand that many guests are from Russian-speaking countries, it would be wonderful if the staff could also cater a bit more to English-speaking guests. There were times when I had to abandon my requests because of the language barrier.

All said, do make sure you visit this wonderful place, it’s worth every single penny you pay.

Awesome coeliac food, completely safe. Have your own restaurant. Staff are awesome and lovely. Night life incredible as disco is right on the beach. Micheal Jackson tribute act was fab. Pools kept lovely and clean and run activities throughout the day.

The service is at a very good level in comparison with hotels at the same price range. The diversity of food is high: there are different kinds of fruits , sweets , meat and vegetables. It is tasty prepared. It was nice experience.

We enjoy our vacation.The aqupark on the hotel’s area is good. Big wide and clear beach is very cute. And of course the views on mountains is great.
Animations are so active , polite and positive.
