I liked food.
And animation team is really nice people.
I enjoyed my holiday in this place.
There were cats, but they did not bother us. There was no problem with them.
One thing was really annoying, the loud music in the evening! It started around 21:30 sometimes later and lasted 23:40 or last day later. I guess it is the same in all hotels.
The staff was great really friendly and helpful!
All of the staff were very friendly and kind.
The food was fine but the variety could've been bigger.
If you're looking to party, this is not your hotel. There is no club and the demographic is mostly elderly adults and kids.
Overall, if you want a relaxing and peaceful holiday, this is still a nice hotel as the pools were very nice, but the beach attached is very small.
Food quality is good and drinks variety is acceptable. In general, the facility was clean enough except the hundreds of lizards around the buildings. In any case, rooms were really clean.
The experienced staff was really perfect but the trainees was a disaster. We'd like to send special thanks to Mr. Mahmut and Mr. Vefa.
