imprecise cleaning, difficult communication in English, mold in the air conditioning, dirty bathroom after check-in, daily visit to the reception because they forgot something, didn't give something or didn't close the window after cleaning. in the kitchen frequent lack of glasses or forks. There was no cleaning in the restaurant after meals (fruit even spoiled on the floor after a few days).

Very disappointed receptionist not really helpful only Poland and Russia people in this hotel rooms a very clean bed not good very hard staff on the children pool very friendly and helpful food is disgusting

It's 2 stars because the food was okay and room cleaning was done everyday.

Most of the staff is either mean or disinterested in helping you. During my stay only 2 staff members were smiling and behaving like decent people (the younger barman and the cleaning lady).

While the cleaning lady was nice, the towels and bedsheets WERE NEVER ACTUALLY CLEAN. They were always with different stains. Never had a proper clean towel in the span of a week.

"All-inclusive" they say - except keep in mind that you have to ask a person for drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes, beer, wine) and it's a maximum of 2 drinks per person. Also the latest you can get the "all-inclusive" drinks is at 23:00.

Is internet important for you? too bad, this isn't the place for that. There's free internet at the lobby... at extremely slow speeds (maximum I could get was around 10 kb/s) and an hour of better working internet is 1 euro. Better buy a sim with mobile data on it.

The rooms were disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but the most problematic thing is that it has no active ventilation. The beds are comfortable enough for sleeping. There's a fridge that doesn't get very cold and a very small safe (that costs 2 euro per day).

The hotel isn't actually first line as you might be used to, you'll have to pass through an underground tunnel to get to it the beach. It's no big deal but thought it should be mentioned.

The beach ... it's rocky. There's not much sand but there's a lot of pebbles and straight up rock formations. It's safer to jump in the water from the deck than try to enter the sea peacefully, because you will slide on the rocks.

The pools are fine. There's one for children (with water slides) and one for adults.

The shop in the hotel has things for a decent price.

You will be offered hammam at the hotel for a discounted price, personally haven't been there but we were offered it for 20 euro (from 55). Try to bargain to that price at least if you want to go.
