One of the best service ever since long time. We were on short drive from the airport to the hotel and we were stress free stopping the place because of the nature. The menu was varied and appetising, service of the staff is perfect with their smily faces. Me and my family stongly suggest that beautiful place!!

Melissa is know for it's friendly staff. We paid litte extra and got a bigger room towards the pool and with a nice sea view. This is an all inclusive hotel and even though the hygiene seemed to be good, I got sick and had to stay three days in the hotel room.

I do not understand these rude reviews as i can say with 100% truth this hotel yes could be cleaner but is already clean enough and u have anything you need or could want. My first experience with an all inclusive concept. Food should vary more, it's quite the same all the time, and there is a lot of old food where they add something to it and make it a new dish. Rooms are average and we had a room with an AC over the bed, you cannot sleep with it running. Not my choice again. We were given a tour of an amazing room full of antiques. If you visit ask the manager for a tour of the antiques collection. You will take a journey to the past.

Nice hotel, very calm, new. It is located five minutes walk from Cleopatra beach. The room has new furniture, good, large TV, modern bathroom. I didn't eat here, so I won't say anything about cooking. The hotel has a swimming pool, overall, a very nice hotel.

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

Nice beach and pool. Our room had a big crack by the door, and they forgot to clean it one day. It was also quite loud from the hotel next door. So overral not such a good experience. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but there was a spider in my food the first day.

You can not fault the location, right on the beach and the restaurant Bliss beach has some top notch food , the waiters and lounge service is 10 points, music and vibes are great , downside is the hotel staff at the reception Deniz was his name rude little bald man.

The venue is stunning. The hotel is on the sea shore, evety room has a sea view. The beach is great with a view to the castle of Alanya. However, the staff are terribly rude. They prefer cash for everything - and if you don’t have cash they start to ignore you completely and don’t want to serve you. The food and the location are fine for a 3* hotel, but the cleanliness of the room is horrible! The hotel employs only two cleaning workers and it shows: the bed sheets and towels were not changed regularly; the mirrors, the shower and the balcony were not cleaned at all!
