Club Turtas Beach - All Inclusive Hotel

Great value. Got a free upgrade on one of our rooms, without even asking, in order for out rooms to be close together. The food was really good for an all inclusive, different choices every night and always several good options on the buffet. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and competent and the lifeguards at the pools and beach were professional and alert. Beach was really close and several choices for shopping a short walk from the hotel. Overall really happy with our vacation and wouldn't mind coming back.

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides.

They serve fresh amazing food daily, they continuously have activities for all ages through out the day and every evening (except Sunday) there is a show worth watching.

I can't stress enough how clean this resort is, how friendly the staff around the resort is and how wonderful our stay has been.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Overal, hotel is great. Rooms are spacy, clean, nice, only mattress could be harder on me, had some issues adjusting to it...
Location is nice, hotel has everything you can think of - program all day, small waterpark, private beach... In the city around it, there is not much to see except huge market, which was great. Otherwise, go to Alanya, it's like 15 minutes. Even beaches are much nicer there :)
Food is also great, good selection, but after a few days, everything tastes similar.
Great thing is live cooking throughout the day - fresh pancakes, omeletes in the morning, grill in the evening - wonderful!
Staff is also perfect :)

I recently stayed at Club Turtaş Beach Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking. Housekeeping was immaculate, and the room was always spotless.

The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, from the luxurious spa and fitness center to the stunning pool area. I particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available; each restaurant offered a unique and delicious menu that catered to different tastes. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality dishes.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail and the personal touch from every staff member. They were always available to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply making sure I had everything I needed.

Another year another complex review. Let's get to it.
The location is bit remote, about 2 hrs from the airport, but this goes fast and you can watch other resorts while traveling or just relax. So no issue there.
When we arrived, we were given a (corner) sea view in the main part of the hotel, even though we bought a garden view. That change or maybe mistake was really good and it bettered our stay by a lot. Though there are some highway view rooms, I wouldnt be happy in those i suppose. Check-in was quick and we were led to our room, no pushiness, no begging for grattitude, all went fine.
Paying for wifi seemed a bit weird for us, I dont think its really necessary to require guests to buy internet connection in a all-inclusive complex (15E/person i think). We just bought data eSim for same amount. Lobby was usually packed with people watching tiktoks/reels or youtube videos. There was cofee, juice and water nearby it so It looked like the lobby is literally made for some casual brainrot !
The complex was really large and packed with cats and kittens. We absolutely loved it and every morning and evening we went on a Turtas tour to find and pet as many cats as we could. The most favorite and cuddly of them all were Chestnut and Rice Pudding. They were situated close to the relax pool and we miss them dearly.
The whole complex was clean and being taken cared of at every possible moment. Tableware was taken, floors were wiped, drinks were brought to us. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was this one guy though, he usually poured drinks in the main restaurant. He never smiled once and seemed really annoyed about the job, at the second part of our stay I had to really put myself out there to go and ask for a simple beer from him. Beach was close so going from Beach->Hotel->Restaurant was quick. Combination of sand and rock on the beach was OK, if you're careful enough and dont drop stuff in it, you'll be fine. There is a pier that leads to a semi-deep water which we used 99% of the time. It got disassembled 2 times during our stay, once for 1/2 day and once for the whole day. Not great, there were big waves that day, so we could not even go to the sea for a swim unfortunately. Water was rocky, we had to be extra careful when entering from other sources than the pier. Not necesserally need for water shoes, but it could probably make you feel more comfortable. There were always room under the parasols. The swimguards were semi-alert, they resolved conflicts and half of the time watched their phone or talked with a mate, other time they were actually trying to spot people in need. No pushy sellers at the beach, only few times a guy offering water sports and one time Jack Sparrow with 2 parrots. They will ignore you if you ignore them.

All in all, we had an above average stay and would recommend it mostly to families.

We just returned from an unforgettable family vacation at the Turtas Club Hotel, and I would love to share our experience. The hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very cozy, making us feel right at home. The entire property is well-maintained and offers a variety of amenities that made our stay enjoyable for both adults and children.

The food at the hotel restaurant was simply delicious! Every day we were treated to a wide variety of dishes that satisfied even the most discerning palates. We particularly appreciated the freshness and quality of the meals served.

We would also like to highlight the amazing animator, Bico, who, with her energy and dedication, made our kids' stay truly enjoyable. They looked forward to the activities every day thanks to her. Her professionalism and warm approach to children deserve the highest praise.

We can't forget the friendliest waiter, Baris, who always served us with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism greatly enhanced our stay.

In summary, Turtas Club Hotel is a place we would definitely like to return to. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation spot full of relaxation and wonderful memories!

First of all I want to give a big thanks to Mr. Taha in reception who sorted out some food to my wife when we just had arrived and the restaurants were having closed, and she desperately needed food due to diabetes. Perfect family hotel, our kids really loved it. Great food in the restaurants, particularly in the evening and breakfast. Massive sallad buffe with everything you’re asking about. The only thing I can complain over is there were same kind of food in the lunch restaurant every day. Aqua park was really good, both for children and adults, much better than I had expected. The room was clean and also all public toilets, the cleaners were there all the time. Perfect pools who were really quiet during the day despite so many people at the hotel. Overall we were really pleased with our visit at Club Turtas! Please say hi to Mr. Taha from me, Cheers!

Everything was amazing, the food, the bar, the service and everything else except the rooms. The rooms were old, the doors in the rooms were very thin so everything could be heard from both outside and inside, the toilet also needed some time to flush and the cleaners didn't clean the rooms enough. Except for the rooms everything was wonderful

Great Experience. The hotel is very nice and clean, with lots of green areas around the buildings which helps to relax in some shade, esecially when the temperature is very high. The food was delicious, great variety of choices, including some turkish options. We especially enjoyed pool animations and that's thanks to the great animation team. All the staff was beyond wonderful, always ready to help and accommodate any needs. We had rooms with a beautiful sea view, which were spacious and clean. When we arrived very late evening, even thought the dinner time was over, we could enjoy a late night soup which was a very pleasant suprise.

Hotel was clean and food good , staff very friendly . The staff at reception very helpful and always with a smile , they spent all our last night trying to sort our airport transfer and when it did not arrive the next morning quickly arranged an mini bus for nine people . This hotel mainly caters for main land European customers and we only met two other British guests in our two weeks there , ok for me but maybe not for others. Location ok 10 minutes walk to Konakli main streets . Can wave a dolmus down outside hotel and get dropped at Alanya bus terminus for 35 tl each . Which is a short walk to harbour and get dropped off directly across from hotel on return. Overall would go back to hotel , But would add we took 2 small children and only one buggy , when we needed 2nd buggy they changed 5 euro per day and no discount for weekly hire which is very expensive.
