This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the guests are mostly German, they are so rude, they don’t have any manners, they have come to a Muslim country, yet they treat other Muslim guest with Malice. I had a couple of guests shout at my children who are only seven and 10 and staff didn’t do anything. The front of staff One of the young gentleman was very rude, not even a smile on his face, just as attitude was not very friendly. My daughter had an accident and needed to go to the hospital, first I took her to the in-house doctor and all they were interested in was getting insurance. He didn’t even want to help me or help my daughter with a wheelchair. He had a smirk on his face and he was very upset that I didn’t go to the hospital he suggested. When I came back from hospital, the taxi driver got the wheelchair from him, after five minutes, he came to my room with a bodyguard demanding the wheelchair back. What kind of behaviour is this? is this definitely a Muslim country? I do not expect to be treated like this by a fellow Muslim so I’m assuming the doctor is not a Muslim. I think Marmaris is 1000 times better, the people are better. The shops are better. The location is better. I will never return to this hotel again. The food is okay after three days you get bored it’s repetitive

Rooms where nice, asked for room upgrade and was charged £200 gbp and then my friends also upgraded their room to next door and were only charged £100 when questioned reception about this they told me it was just the price system and wouldn’t really give a good explanation. Staff are friendly but can be rude and will not go out of their way to help, I tried to take a empty bowl to the room for my son to make him noodles as he is a fussy eater and was told I am not allowed and if I want a bowl I must go and purchase one myself out of a shop! The staff on the island are much more friendly than the staff in the hotel I would say. It was raining for 2 days while we was there and everything was shut, from the slides to the food stands. Finally on the day of checkout I left my trainers and jacket on the balcony to dry due to it raining the day before and when I went to retrieve my items they had gone. I informed reception and asked if the maid had moved them or placed them into lost property and they couldn’t care less as I was checking out that day they simply said they have no time to check as they have other things to do. The drinks are not very nice I understand sometimes you can pay to get the better alcohols but it was €8 for a single Smirnoff vodka. There are only 4 lifts to the top floor and 2 were broken for the full 10 days I stayed. The food for tea is appalling everyday. Would highly recommended to stay away from this hotel and if you do stay make sure to lock everything away as they will take what they can out of the rooms. Would definitely chose another hotel. Please please don’t make the same mistake I did.

The walls are very thin so bring your earplugs. My room is cleaned several times in the 8 days I've been there and not once is my bed changed, toilet cleaned or shower cleaned. Also the internet is bad everywhere. The hotel is great for children with the slides but can be very hectic with all the children around. For adults that go alone to relax it's not a good place to escape the noise. It's also 2 hours away from the airport and not much to do around. But also good things like it is a great place for children, you can eat alot of different food.
