We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel. However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently. Staff were hard working and constantly cleaning and keeping the communal areas tidy and clean. The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful. My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone. Entertainment was good. The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off. Evenings were very humid and it would have been nice to have an air conditioned area to sit and enjoy the evening entertainment. Luckily for us, our room overlooked the entertainment area so we were able to go to our room if it was too humid and cool off before watching the entertainment from the balcony. One review we read suggested that loud music was played until the early hours of the morning. This was not the case. There were a couple of nights where there was loud music but this was finished by 11.30ish. We can't thank the staff at the hotel enough for making our first experience of Turkey such a positive one.

I'm here and I can say this is the worst hotel when it comes to organization. The lobby bar should be open 24 hours, but it is never open. There is only one person working at the bar, and it is crowded at 9 o'clock, which is the busiest time. There is no ice, no juice. This is not possible. Very disappointed.

This was the worst place I stayed in, I have visited Turkey many times but this resort is something out of this world. First of all the staff are so rude I can’t explain this level of rudeness to anyone, and very little staff speak English. The shower in my room leaked I tried explaining the issue to reception to be met by Advina I think her name is, but I will call her miss Trunchaball from Matilda because that’s who she was. While telling her and explaining the issues she rolled her eyes, huffed and started serving Russian customers. She then said she will send maintenance to the room speaking to the other staff in Turkish. I may not understand Turkish but she was obviously talking about me as they both shook heads and her body language and manners clearly showed this. The maintenance man came which he couldn’t speak a word of English tried showing and explains to him what the issue was, he swapped the shower head and just put silicone down. The shower still leaked and my kids kept falling in the end I just got a mop of the cleaner because you just couldn’t win. The third night was woken up in the middle of the night by a drunken couple fighting and banging in the room next to me. This went on for over an hour the police was called and scared my children at one point I thought they were going to come through the wall. I rang reception to be told the police are dealing with this incident I was frightened to leave my room. The police turned up all noise, banging shouting, continued until another half an hour. Twice the police came to this hotel and it’s not family friendly at all. The rooms are really old small, what is advertised as a family room you don’t get you get a room and my baby travel cot was squashed against a wall and there was no room to move. The floor on the tiles had bits missing and my one year old baby kept falling over the dents on the floor. The food is shocking all cater for Russians even labelled in Russian and Turkish so if you got allergies or intolerances this is the worst place. The food is not fit to eat it all boiled and bland and the Russians just push the queue, push you out the way and they always get served first. They turn the air conditioning off in the lobby is the evening so it’s humid and you can’t sit or do anything. There was so many racist incidents and the staff just brush it off, and one girl complained and was told the Russians pay more so they get first priority over everything. The top floors smell of sewage and drainage and honestly it makes you sick, you get the odd whiff of it around the hotel makes you sick. If your Russian this hotel is for you and they don’t cater and hate the British , breakfast doesn’t even have a toaster there’s one panini maker which you can use to make toast but it’s always dirty and if your a vegetarian you won’t be able to use it, no omelette maker just your traditional Russian breakfast and some cereal so I didn’t eat breakfast at all. Some many instances whe

I have been visiting Antalya for a long time. But this year I chose the most terrible hotel that can exist there. Such arrogant behavior from the staff and terribly impolite, let's not forget that they don't know a word of English. The rooms are very old, they smell of mold everywhere. The food was very rarely good, there is no ice cream as it should be in every all inclusive, you have to go to the beach at a special hour to get it and I was with two small children! The burgers that were offered during the day with old potatoes that are also given to children were terrible, the only tasty thing was the woman who made güzleme! They never had ice for my drink, even the staff told me to go buy it in the store!?!?! And on top of that you pay €10 per person for Wi-Fi that doesn't even work! My worst impression was from the staff who nag at me no matter what I said! In the end, £3000 for the worst summer spent in Antalya, we went out to eat almost every night because the food was terrible! We will definitely never visit this hotel again and will return to where we were well welcomed with delicious food and a normal all inclusive!

AVOID this place at all costs. It's not a family friendly hotel at all unless you're from Russia. There's a serious breakdown in communication with the staff/reception because of the language barrier. It took numerous attempts for us to get upgraded to a bigger and better family room due to the poor state of original rooms. The food is definitely catered towards the highest percentage of customers who are Russian. There's no air conditioning in the dining areas which is problematic in 42 degree weather. We went all inclusive and you have to pay daily for your children to enter the kids fun zone. You have to pay for the ice creams and most of the drinks. We spoke with many other UK residents there who all shared accounts of being racially targeted and intimidated by the Russian residents. The kids water slides are only open from 10am (or 10:30am dependant on when they feel like opening them) and close at dinner for few hours then again around 5pm. My two children, mother and myself came down with food poisoning which took 2 days out of our 10 day holiday due to being bedridden. We also had to argue with the management to allow us to bring bread and salad to our room while still recovering. All in all this will definitely be a memorable holiday unfortunately just not in a good way, especially since I paid for too! Unless you are Russian you will not fit in here and they are so rude and ignorant they just barge you out of the way to get what they want. Stay clear of this place.

We had a mixed stay at Xeno Eftalia Resort, with some enjoyable moments thanks to the hardworking staff and entertainment team—but overall, it didn’t live up to its “all-inclusive” label. Positives: Staff were friendly and worked very hard Entertainment team was great – water fit, darts, beach volleyball, and water polo. Clean pool On-site shop was well-stocked and reasonably priced Areas for Improvement: No welcome information on meal/snack times on arrival Sunbeds and parasols reserved from dawn, often left unused until late afternoon Poolside was very slippery Many drinks cost extra: €8 for cocktails/spirits, €4 for mocktails, €1 for kids' slushies No white rum or ice creams included despite being “all-inclusive” Poor food labelling, making choices harder for people with dietary needs DJ night was extremely loud until 1 a.m.—difficult to sleep Air conditioning very limited in common areas Room was dated, bed sagged in the middle, paint flaking from ceiling Late checkout advertised (€20/hour) but not available; checkout is 12 noon Queuing at mealtimes was chaotic with frequent pushing in.

Worst hotel with the rudest and most predatory staff I have ever experienced. On our first day we arrived in the early hours of the morning to be met with no rooms. We were shown to available rooms which were in the 'family rooms' block, which was more like a 60s style prison block with the most awful rooms I have possibly ever seen. There were hardly any lights in the corridors, pieces missing out of the tiles of the floor in the rooms, blood stains on the bedsheets and mould all over the bathroom. We had stated to the staff that barely spoke a word of english that we did not want these rooms and they were not the ones we payed for. As a family of 5 in these family rooms there was not enough beds so we were told one of us to sleep on the old, dusty sofa in the room. We refused and half of us had to stay in this family block and the other members of out family, my daughter and her severely autistic son, were taken into the main hotel block. We were then told to go back to the reception at 11am to be given other rooms, so we endured this room for one night. The next morning we were met by the extremely rude day staff on reception who did eventually move us to the 'garden view' rooms which were actually just a view over the bin collection space. We were a bit happier with these rooms as they weren't in the horrible family block and we had been given the two rooms on the same corridor that we asked for. Throughout the night we were awoken by staff in the loading area below our rooms talking and constant deliveries and bin collection through the night. Across the way there was a hotel facing us that had extremely loud music, which we understand the hotel cant do anything about. These rooms also had leaking showers which flooded the rooms. With having a severely autistic child with us the noise throughout the night that we could here in these rooms was unbearable for the child with autism and for the other children and the adults is our family as none of us could get any sleep. After one night in this room we went down to the reception again to ask if we can move rooms because of the noise, we were met by the rude staff we had spoken to the previous morning suddenly not being able to speak any english and rolling their eyes at us. They dismissed our request and we were left to these rooms again. On our fourth night at this hotel it was the hotel 'party night', this night was a total disaster for our family and frankly traumatising. My granddaughter went up to the bar and was asked her age by the barman but we just dismissed this as it could be totally innocent, but the next time she went up she was asked for her name, age and social media names by a different member of the bar staff. She walked away and came to sit with the family but the same bar man who asked for her social media and Instagram kept pestering her asking her silly questions and getting very close to her. She kept dismissing him but he kept coming over to her, on his around 5th or

Staff are very rude.. they serve others before English people every time. Receptionist Staff do they same. Even when in the middle.of dealing with a query they stop and serve others. I complained to a barman and higher management but just got fobbed off. Witnessed a family trying to drown a cat in the pool, security were called but just laughed :-( awful to see. Food isn't great. We were served frozen chicken one day, had to eat out alot. The pools and beach are good, ice creams only available on the beach not in the hotel and only for one hour per day. Had to pay for WiFi in the hotel. Rooms are simple and out dated but a decent size and beds were comfortable. The best member of staff was the shop keeper- he was very friendly and nice to talk to. Over all I wouldnt recommend this hotel- there are several others so close to this with much better reviews
