Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection. Compared with previous experience in Turkey, this is not a 5-star hotel, rooms are equipped with showers, rooms are small, furniture and design are old.

What a great hotel and spa. We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around. You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools. Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. Cleaning is superficial. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained. Price level and service are okay. Closer to a four-star standard compared to a typical three-star in Europe. The food is good. Everything works.The location is excellent. Really liked the place. The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying. I would like to point out the guy named Zeus. He was really kind and always asked us about how is our holiday going. Definitely a person who i want to see in these kind of places...

The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars. Three at most. The rooms are very small for the summer resort and doors slam all the time. I would recommend taking ear plugs. Food was inconsistent - one day very poor and average another day is very nice with good variety. You never know what to expect. Location is great, staff were very attentive and helpful in arranging transport to the airport. It can be a bit noisy at times, so you may want to use a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

It is situated right near the Kleopatra Beach, at the base of the cable car up to the castle. If you want to walk to the castle, just exit the hotel and walk to the right and you find a staircase to take you up. Then another staircase just to the left as you exit the first staircase that takes you to the top. Almost all of the staff is simply amazing, very attentive.
