Consists of one 6-storey building.

The beds are comfy and the shower was suprisingly very powerful (we stayed on the second floor). The food was good and always plenty to suit all tastes. The entertainment staff are absolutely fantastic. The staff throughout the hotel work extremely hard to meet the demands of the guests. Most importantly, the kids have really enjoyed the experience which makes it all worthwhile.

The staff and reps at the hotel were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Gorkem and dogus were fantastic and made sure we’re all got involved in the games and entertainment The rooms were cleaned daily and from the cleaners to the management all were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean, Food was ok something for everyone but you could t not eat something. The Turkish night was the best for food and club night was excellent for entertainment night. Kids mini disco every night apart from the Sunday which is their day off. The reps and all the staff work so hard to make sure you have a great holiday. Rooms are big enough and beds are very comfortable. The beach had two more pools and the pizzas were amazing. The heat was too much down there tho. Thanks for a great holiday

Lovely hotel, dogus and the rest of the animation teamm make you feel very welcome. Red wine is lovely. The food at the beach bar was delicious in a nice setting which had a gentle breeze coming off the sea. The sea is a lovely temperature but you need your beach shoes.

Take great care when booking, land view rooms on 1 side overlook the Robin Hood Hotel, a nightclub, with loud music from 2300-0400!!! Almost no sleep at night for 2 weeks. The balcony also had 2 Aircon fans, ours and next doors. So we couldn't sit out on the balcony as theirs was just blasting hot air at us. Overall the hotel is not bad, but nothing special. If you have done AI in Turkey before, then you'll get the idea. There are numerous maintenance issues, some bits are just a bit tired. Rooms are ok, just dated. 4 beds for 3 people didn't leave much room, as we could use the balcony. 130 TV channels of which a handful are English speaking. Minibar fridge gets 1x 1.5L water a day (for 3 adults!!!) Food is ok, some items looked like they'd been recycled/reheated. Drinks are generous local hotel spirits, Tuborg beer, etc. Paper cups for juice and coffee, disposable plastic glasses for soft drinks and alcohol, 50% of the time. Staff wise, cleaners have to work hard! Bar staff are great and super busy. Can't comment on the animation team as we had no interaction with them. Spa was reasonable for what was on offer. This hotel is more suited to families with younger children, as there is almost nothing for teenagers to do, apart from a ping pong table. So WiFi becomes super important, unfortunately it's mostly rubbish unless you are near the lobby area. The pool...the main pool is a zoo! An all day action space, it's quite small once it gets busy. There was poo floating in it on our first week, we never went back in it. Beach pool...hot and feels like too much chemicals, it burns your eyes. Relax pool(16+).... thankfully this is the place to be, much quieter. No games/shouting etc. Took a pirate ship trip and jeep safari, all good but very similar, to other areas in Turkey, in what they do. Transfer to Alanya for trips was approx 1hr. Konakli centre is good, a decent range of shops and a few places to eat. Easy to walk to. There's a shopping centre a few minutes away also, cheaper than the onsite shop and there's a pharmacy etc. We could only recommend this to anyone if you got a really great deal (and opted for a room upgrade to get away from the nightclub.) After this, we will probably not head the Antalya area in the future 2h20m from Antalya airport.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Entertainment staff are a million to 1 especially with my youngest son Harry. Would never trust anyone with my children other then Dogus and Azard

Hotel is good for the money. Staff is very friendly. Location iso good, shopping centre is close enough, and so is the beach. Especially Naci, Musa and Erhan from the restaurant were super friendly and helpful every day. Also other personnel were friendly.

Amazing hotel. Amazing food. Entertainment team absolutely fantastic! Lovely little private beach and quiet pool too if you want some peace! Something for everyone. We will defo be back

They made me a special VIP pizza using Turkish bread—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor! It was stone-baked to perfection. Definitely one to try if you love rich taste. Chef Ali and his teammate (as seen in the photos) were super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better.

To get to our room, we had to walk through a dark emergency exit where dirty dishes and glasses were left on the stairs, piling up more each day. It felt unsafe and unclean, especially as I was traveling alone with my two kids. They were scared to go to the room by themselves, and at times we had to use video calls just to make sure they got there safely. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the corridor — tables, chairs, and sun-beds around the hotel were also not clean. I went to reception at least three times, nicely asking to change the room due to safety concerns. Each time, I was told to “come tomorrow” or “come later,” but no real help was ever offered. The room itself had some issues — parts of it were literally falling apart. While it was eventually fixed, it never should’ve been in that condition in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for solo parents or families with children.
