Whilst the hotel is great, it's not a 5 star hotel.
The rooms are nothing particularly special, standard rooms with air-conditioning. We didn't have any problems at all with our rooms. The cleaning lady, does a great job, always leaves a nice swan in the duvets.
The swimming pool is big enough to have some fun, they have activities on throughout the day, but it all seems quite forced. Try and get somewhere at the back end, away from the bar, as the music is insanely loud, to the point you can't hold a conversation.
The bar, is only good for water. I love a drink and intended to drink and party the first night, but drunk my body weight in beer with no effect. The next day I counted my drinks, 16 half pint beers and nothing again. I asked the barman if the beer was alcohol free as joke, but it's definitely watered down. I then tried the Whiskey and coke, which did the job, however after 3 hours it gave me crippling heart burn.
The staff I found where very friendly, no issues at all. Don't be surprised at how pushy they are for you to buy things, Hamam, tattoo, nights out etc.
The food, is the hotels strong point. It's Always something different and delicious. I ate there every day 3 times, along with my family of 5. None of us ever got ill. But the food was perfect.
Try to spend some time at the beach, that was a good experience.
Overall, a good experience, just go out to the local bars for a beer, don't judge Turkish beer from the bar they have there.
There is so much to do out outside the hotel as well. Had a fantastic time in Turkey, we will definitely be returning.
Overall if you want to get scammed come to this hotel.
Plus points:
Clean rooms
Cleaning lady was very good
Chicken tikka on skewers fresh bar b q on one of the nights was great.
Not so good:
No free WiFi
Food hall very dark. No lights on top the food being served.
Waiters never smile and never offer anyone to get the drinks for them.
Table clothes are brushed off and changed after someone finished eating. The next person gets to see food stains on them.
No snack bars like other hotels have. No burgers pizzas or fries during the day.
Won't be going back.
Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day.
There is a strange smell from the pillows, even if they are exchanged daily.
The music is too loud at the swimming pool (louder than in a disco club).
Hotel spa staff are pushy and will offer you a massage twice a day for 40€.
Prices in the hotel shop vary randomly every day (±1-2 Euro).
The free WiFi speed is 1 Mb, while the premium WiFi for 10€ offers a speed of 4 Mb.
Reception staff and hotel employees are not very kind according to the 5* hotel.
The burger bar is only at the sea; in the hotel, you can only eat cakes during the day.
You receive only two free drinks from the card (you can also choose vodka/gin/wine with cola, sprite, or Fanta).
The knives are not sharp, making it very hard to cut meat.
Half of the dishes lack descriptions (sometimes you don’t know what you will eat).
Ice creams are available only twice per week.
Advantages:
A large swimming pool with hot water is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m
They respond promptly to any room issues
At night its very quiet place (ideally for restful sleep)
Close to the sea.
Offers a variety of high-quality dishes, including grilled meat.
You can customize your drink by choosing the ratio of vodka, gin, or wine.
The coffee has a good taste

Now on to the negatives majority of the staff that work in the reception have no manners whatsoever, you don’t even feel comfortable asking them anything as most of them shout at ur face when you require help, and one member of staff in particular who seemed like he was a security guard and helped out at the front desk when required ,spoke to me as if I was something at the bottom of his shoe. If you can’t learn to be respectful like a normal person then sorry but I don’t think working at a hotel is for you. Moving on to the biggest issue at this hotel… The wifi, so the free WiFi only works in the lobby , no where else in the hotel, if you would like WiFi you need to pay extra to have it within the rest of the hotel and your rooms. During my 4 day stay at the hotel it logged me out 8 times and did not even run efficiently and whenever I voiced my issues to the members of staff in reception they would get annoyed as to why I’m asking for help 😂 definitely not a 5 star hotel as no 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at across the world has charged for WiFi, great moneymaking scheme to get more money out of us. If your charging for something make sure it works as that was a joke and definitely causes a big problem for us throughout our trip.
Special mention to the ladies who did our bedrooms as those swans they created from the towels were a special touch and definitely made my day.
