Consists of two 6-storey buildings.

The hotel has 276 rooms.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach is only 200 metres from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds – free of charge, mattresses, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The length of the beach – 50 m.

The hotel works on system all inclusive (AL). Breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00), tea, coffee, cakes ( 17:00-18:00),dinner ( 19:00-21:00) night soup (24:00-24:30) - buffet, snacks throughout the day (12:30-15:03) – Snack Bar. Local alcoholic drinks, soft drinks,tea and coffee - free of charge.

My visit was characterized by poor service, unprofessional behavior, subpar food quality, and a language barrier.

I discovered that some of the personnel engaged in gossip and derogatory conversations about customers behind their backs.

Furthermore, the quality of the food I was served was far from satisfactory. One specific incident stands out: I was served chicken that was undercooked and still pink in the center.

The staff members, regrettably, displayed a severely limited proficiency in English, rendering effective communication regarding my concerns and preferences nearly impossible.

The combination of bad service, unprofessional conduct, subpar food quality, and a language barrier made for an unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this place.

Gorgeous hotel!!! We have been coming here for the second year and not the last!!!! The ideal cleanliness, the aesthetics of the rooms and the overall design are incredibly pleasing!!! It’s a bit of a pity that there is almost no territory, but here it’s worth realizing that we either have the territory or live in a wonderful hotel 3 minutes from the sea!!!! In general, only positive emotions!!! I recommend!!!!

A little far from the beach, but it’s useful to walk, it’s relatively clean and quiet while eating - there are no Ukrainian brothers who are used to swooping in on the food in a horde and what I don’t eat, I’ll at least take a bite of, the rooms are cleaned averagely, but if you put in a couple of euro-dollars, they’ll take you flowers :-) In the dining room, the waiters are used to receiving tips from the German-speaking segment of vacationers - also a couple of euro-dollars and they will bring everything to you :-) Like me - not enough fruit, but overall good :-)

I like it. The sea is nearby. There are enough canopies and sun loungers on the beach. There is a bar on the beach. When entering the sea there are stones. Cocktails are free to choose from (you just have to ask for straws). The rooms are cleaned every day. There are no queues for food and drinks.

Laud music all the time around pool like somewhere at disco. Children and myself hate this. It's not for families but for people who wants to dance.

Overall good experience - like 3,5*. Service is nice. Place is nice. No issue with alkohol. Food could be better. There is wide choice but nothing special. Eat one time outside and you will not want to come back. Rooms and rest clean. Beach is 100m but smells bad and all the time red flag. Rooms are loud - you hear the street like its next to you. There is someone shouting everyday (even in night) and during storm we almost lost window

This is the last day of our vacation and I would like to thank all the staff for their effort to do the most for their guests. To be honest, public toilets are a bit smelly, maybe should have been cleaned more often. I was really disappointed by how many Turks were in the hotel. You may assume this is not a problem, but it depends on which perspective you take into consideration. For us, we could not find anyone speaking to us in English. Thank God we hadn’t had a problem there, it would have been super challenging to deal with it. We asked for the list of available drinks - no one understood, schedule of animation program - the same. My honest feeling is that the hotel is primarily focused to its majoritarian group of guests - Turks. I do fully respect that, but it should have been stated somewhere. If in a foreign country, you can first and foremost rely on your hotel and we felt kind of afraid something could have happened all the time. Food was really delicious - both at the hotel and beach.
On a much brighter note, Sonat, the animator, was the only person with whom we had many wonderful conversations. He is such a lovely, caring and kind person. I think he is the best for international guests because he is the only one who is able to communicate in English. We will miss him.

We had a dream vacation in Hotel Titan Garden as a group of 5 people. all of us had very clean rooms. the meals were cooked by award winning cooks. they use produce from local markets. they made us taste fine examples of Turkish cuisines. we as a young group had an abundance of food. I have never experienced this much variety of meals and culture in any other all inclusive hotel.

are you looking for a top quality hotel in Alanya, it is hard to find a better one than HOTEL TITAN GARDEN.
