I cannot fault this place. Food was amazing and abundant (as were the drinks) with a dazzling array to please most palates. The food was of high quality-everything was so fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Gizem was particularly gracious and helpful when there was a mix up with my booking (entirely my fault)‍♀️. It was also one of the cleanest places I have stayed in a while. I loved the private beach and enjoyed the big pool (also very clean). I would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate to return again. Thank you to all the lovely and gracious staff.

Had a great time, all staff were polite and welcoming, especially the barman in the lobby bar, food acceptable, pool lovely and entertainment staff good, the room was cleaned daily by friendly staff, would definitely go again.not sure if I would go on organized trips though, better to go on own.

Pros: good selection of food, room was clean, staff seemed friendly enough. Cons: the Pepsi tasted horrible, gym facilities weren’t great. The entertainment ‘Turkish night’ was terrible. I don’t know if it’s because it was the start of season or not. There was a belly dancer who was good, after that, a group of ‘kids’ none of them looked over 18. Age range looked about 15-18, came on the stage to do traditional Turkish dances. They were out of sync with each other and some of them didn’t know what they were doing and were just copying the person in front. I was not impressed, I don’t know if you will change the entertainment has you go into high season. But this was bayram and was mainly Turkish guests and I think it’s sad that they put this entertainment on for them.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised, it’s a 3.5 at best. Myself and my boyfriend arrived here at 3:30am after a long day/night of travelling, just wanting to go to bed, after being checked in and filling out forms at reception etc, we are told right at the last minute that there’s an “issue” with our room and they are taking us to a hotel down the road (which tried charging us 900 TL), and told us to come back at 9am, it was 4am at this point now. The other hotel they took us to had no idea we was coming. Upon arriving, the member of staff from our hotel began to argue with the other hotels member of staff in front of ourselves and other guests regarding this. Upon speaking to other guests at Titan hotel , we discovered we weren’t the only people this had happened to. Anyway, we arrived back to Titan at 9am and was given our room which was just an average room, nothing special. The food is absolutely disgusting, unless you want to be on and off the toilet constantly then go ahead and eat it. It got to the point where we started to eat our meals elsewhere as the food is just terrible. The same as the drinks, only one beer is available and the cocktails are horrible, they give you terrible heartburn, not even enjoyable to drink. The staff members are incredibly rude, especially if you are an English guest. I can only name a few staff members who were genuinely nice. The animation team is just the same every single night, doing the same thing and playing the same music, not even enjoyable just boring. You can’t sit by the pool without getting harassed and haggled by staff trying to sell you stuff like tattoos/spa treatments etc, when you attempt to turn it down they become rather rude. The only good thing I can really say about this hotel is the cleanliness and how local it is to shops/bars/resturants/bus station etc. Definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars. Will not be returning.

This is a very honest review. I haven't visited Turkey for 8 years and it has obviously changed.It is slightly more expensive and more built up but that's obvious in our changing world. The street sellers are no where near as pushy and a simple no thank you will do. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The food was a bit hit and miss however the salad bar and dessert bar was beautifully presented. The snack bar by the pool is limited,chips burger chicken nuggets and small salad. The chips were often cold as the air con was blowing on them. The buffet restaurant is clean and spacious and the staff work very hard. If you are expecting British food then this is not for you. You have to remember that you are in Turkey a Muslim country so no bacon and sausage for breakfast and Turkish meatballs kofte and stews are the main dishes and actually very tasty. The pools are very clean and pool staff are regularly clearing glasses and ashtrays. The bar staff are lovely the cocktails are strong!! The animation team work hard and long hours to entertain. The cleaning team are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble. The beach is a bit of a trek the hotel is not backed by the beach and lots of hotels have sections on a small patch. There are lots of shops but the best are out to the left of the hotel where you can haggle more successfully. There is a chap called Hiro who is a rep for a tattoo studio that walks around chatting for a sell,but I have to admit we did go and have a look and the studio is clean friendly much cheaper than the UK and the artwork is fantastic. My partner did get half a sleeve done as a birthday present half the price and time than UK and amazing art. If you are into tattoos I would highly recommend Cleopatra ink studio. All in all we had a very relaxing and lovely time here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was initially impressed by the service, atmosphere, and decor. However, upon entering the rooms, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not live up to its supposed five-star rating. In my experience, it was more reminiscent of a three-star establishment. The food offered was simple and unremarkable, with a lack of variety as it seemed to be the same selection each day, only with minor differences. The cakes and sweet dishes were equally uninspiring. While the staff was generally pleasant, there was one incident that left me extremely upset and frustrated. On my last night at the hotel, late in the evening, a distressing incident occurred. Despite the staff's knowledge that my family and I are practicing Muslims, we were served a cocktail containing alcohol. To make matters worse, my seven-year-old son was given a shot of liquor without our knowledge or consent. When I took a sip and realized what had happened, it became evident that they had made a serious and unacceptable mistake. Initially, the staff tried to downplay the situation by insisting it was a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail. However, after insisting that they taste the drink themselves, they finally admitted their error. Their response was dismissive, with a mere apology and a laugh. As a non-drinker and a practicing Muslim, I was deeply disgusted by their attitude and shocked that such a significant oversight had occurred. It was completely unacceptable for them to serve alcohol to my young son, and I found the whole situation to be utterly unbelievable.

Whoever wants a very luxurious hotel do not come here. This hotel is simple but still very good. In June i booked 3 rooms for our family holiday and unfortunately i read a lot of bad reviews after booking which made me scared for the holiday. Fortunately, we found most things to be okay, it is visible that the hotels team have learned from the bad reviews and changed up. The hotel is very clean, they cleaned our rooms daily and we received clean towels. The hotel rooms are a reasonable size and have balconies. The food selection is not that large, however everyday it is new and delicious food. I feel like the only food that needs changing is desserts as they are all pudding based. There are two pools, one big and one small, unfortunately there are no slides. Other than this there are shops, hairdressers and turkish hamam available which was amazing. The hotels private piece is about a 5 minute walk, the beach has food and drinks but not a big selection. The beach has rocks and inside the water there are more so i recommend shoes. Whilst we were there the sea had very big waves. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and lovely. The downsides of this hotel- The wifi is very weak and not available at the beach. Our bathroom had a shower which was like a wet room making everything soaked. Most of the music was only Russian and Polish. The snack bar has horrible and cold food. Non of the fruit are fresh nor have any taste. The night shows were alright however during the day there were no activities nor animators. There are many shops near the hotel but no centre. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone who would prefer a more simple hotel.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews regarding the food. And to be honest it can get a bit tedious but they are catering for a lot of different types of people with different tastes. There is plenty of variety, fresh salad and fruit and different types of meat dishes. I would avoid the snack bar as it is left out not under a hot plate and is cold one woman was very ill with food poisoning after eating the chicken. The animation team especially Natalie, the manager and the DJ are fabulous. But the biggest thank you goes to YUSUF who made this holiday for my family he is the best Thank you x

We have just got home from a 10 night stay at Titan Select where we have had a fantastic time. I wanted to write a really honest review because there are good bits and some bits where there could be improvement. Let's start with the good bits: Friendly staff who are always there to help you out when you need it and nothing is ever too much. They really take care of you and acknowledge you daily. We loved this about the hotel and is a big selling point! The animation team are fabulous, they put on great shows and always try to get you involved in activities, which of course is your choice. The only day they are not working is Sunday when they are having a well deserved rest for all their hard work in the week! The rooms are kept clean on a daily basis and the cleaner is very understanding if you would like to miss a day of cleaning due to sleeping in if you are tired. Also the air con in the rooms was incredible and a life saver! The pools are clean and well maintained, there are lots of sun beds to chose from and the staff are helping to keep the area tidy throughout the day. Snack bar has a wide variety of food to eat throughout the day and there is ice cream available at certain times on the all inclusive. There are lots of toilets available in the hotel and you do not need to walk far if you need to go. The bar on 1st floor is nice and overlooks the pool and entertainment if you fancy sitting up there instead of going down. We absolutely loved the beach, which is just a short walk away. Beds available for no charge in shade or sun, beach bar does really nice food throughout the day and the staff were wonderful here, often walking round offering drinks. The spa is clean and would throughly recommend the Hamman followed by massage, so relaxing and a brilliant experience. Lots of local shops nearby and a shop at the hotel which is well stocked for bits and bobs. The cats were absolutely adorable. It was so nice to see the staff taking care or them all the time. Little family of around 4 kittens. Summer garden club and fast food nearby if you fancy venturing out. The hotel offers excursions for a very reasonable price, we went on three in total through Cazim and had so much fun, especially on the Panter Safari! Now for areas of improvement: I would recommend for the spa to offer robes and slippers as this is what I would have expected from 5* and I've had in the past. Also to turn the sauna down slightly as it was almost unbearable in there and we could barely breathe. They need to install a place for washing off the face masks that is not in full view of other clients coming in to the spa, as this felt a little bit awkward. The rooms were quite outdated and could do with a bit of revamp. Also did not have tea and coffee facilities in the room, which disappointed me because I like a coffee first thing in the morning when sitting on the balcony, would have to get dressed to go all the way to floor zero to come all the way back up with

Brilliant hotel with lovely entertainment and staff. All the bar staff went out of their way to cater to amazing drinks and cocktails. The animation team were so kind and attentive especially Yusuf, Tolga, Natalia and Kadir. The chef Jamal made beautiful food and we enjoyed every meal. Thank you so much Titan Select for making our holiday so fun!
