The worst hotel ever , The staff stole big amount of money from our wallets in our room while we was going for breakfast .when we complained The hotel manager and staff was so rude back on us rather then helping us . The hotel itself is horrible pools are so dirty never cleaned till our whole stay the breakfast also is soggy and some items seems out of date , rooms was very noisy even if you walk bare foot everything makes noise you can hear all neighbours as walls are so thin . I request everyone to avoid this hotel if you want a nice smooth trip to antalya as you will be out of your money and be stressed like us .

Can someone give me review of the tours in turkey ege akdeniz turu they use this hotel and most people are complaining how bad the hotel is and im contemplating how is the tour? I cant find any reviews can someone help??

Arrived here and was the first hotel on our tour. A hideous display of food was presented to us on arrival with a few cheeses after a long coach journey. The breakfasts and other buffet style foods served throughout the day were okay compared to where I'm currently staying. The room I stayed in was a block behind the main hotel so there was no WiFi and only Turkish television. The staff seemed friendly but rather flirty as well with female guests.

+ The location is good for transit travelers who want to stay near airport. The seaside is also nearby. So, you can swim in the morning.
- I had a feeling they didn’t clean the room at all. I found many hair on my bed and in the bathroom.. The bedsheet didn’t seem fresh. The windows were so dirty that I barely saw the view.

So firstly when we arrived the skinny boy who works nights and always wears earphones tried to over charge us by £25 (obviously trying to pocket the rest) but when we was confronted that this was incorrect price he did not argue and changed the price which says a lot...

Every single night you are kept awake by Traffic, Airplanes flying above every 5 minutes Chickens and Hens that Cockle 6am every morning, and the most sad part is a dog chained up to a tree right next door which you you can, was not nice to experience.

The rooms are a joke. The beds are like wood, the walls are paper thin, the shower leaks all over the floor, the toilet flusher was hanging off, the bathroom has a window in it so anyone in your room can you see use the toilet or shower.

The location of the place is on a busy road and is about 25 minutes walk to the beach yet it was advertised as beachfront. The hotel does not serve food so you have to walk 15 minutes to eat and the selection of restaurants are shocking that just over charge you.

The breakfast was terrible. Chips and steamed broccoli turkey with salad and green boiled eggs, Make sure you get there before the flies do tho. They had a man on who had no cooking experience cooking people raw omelettes. One day I had to get him to make it 3 times as every time was raw.

The staff are over worked and are there from 7am till 11-12 every night. They have no manners or facial expression what so ever. Never smile even if you smile at them. But that’s the owners fault for overworking them they’re miserable.

The poor grounds keepers was rude and would just come and put your sun umbrella up when you was sun bathing. And would remove your towels and touch your belongings. Also make sure you get to the sun beds or they’ll go and you’ll have nowhere to lay as there’s only 12 sun beds.

We stopped here for 8 nights and I was ready to leave on the second night. Worst hotel I’ve every stayed at. Only plus side to it was the many cat friends I made. This hotel needs change.

Good food, good pool, but I asked them to have an iron, but they didn’t have. The room were very dirty and noisy at night. We couldn’t sleep before 5 o’clock, and when I complained, the receptionist asked me to leave with a rude way if I’m not happy.

Hotel is incorrectly advertised as beach front. Beach is a 30 min walk away. (Apparently in high season a shuttle bus runs but not in April when we stayed). Hotel is on by very busy, noisy main road with the pools only metres away from this in hotel garden. Incorrectly advertised as having a restaurant . Pre-order meals only available for groups, single people or couples have to eat out. Closest restaurant 20 min walk.
Rooms are shabby, shower leaks over bathroom floor, shower head broken. Wall between bedroom & shower is glass with thin venitian blind so no privacy when using bathroom. Rooms are not cleaned daily.
Unpleasant smells in the foyer at times. For some strange reason the lift is situated one flight of stairs up making it difficult to take suitcases to room.
Staff are pleasant & helpful although language is a problem as only one receptionist speaks English.
