We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of April 2025, and we are very happy with our experience.
The hotel is in a prime location—you have access to everything.

Just outside, there’s a tram to the airport, and bus stops nearby that connect to every major location. The Old Town, New Town, and city lights are all within walking distance.

- Friendly staff members, especially the nice man at the reception.
- Outstanding hill views throughout the day, especially in the morning.
- Nice breakfast.
- Spacious room with a comfortable bed for a good sleep.

Overall, We didn’t experience any negativity, except that the room could use more lighting, as not everyone stays there for a honeymoon.

Price is so affordable was around 40$ per person, food is delicious but the problem it was finishing early and they were late in replacing the missing items, furnitures are kinda old but clean, location is fantastic close to the tramway and bus station, the staff doesn’t speak English and that was a problem

We stayed for 2 days, the location of the hotel was great in the center of the city also the tramway station is in front of the hotel, we had a flight to Istanbul so we use the tramway taking less than 30 minutes

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the city center. We stayed only one night and had two double rooms. The hotel is a bit old, which can be seen in the hallway, furniture, and bathroom. Unfortunately, late at night, the air conditioner in our room started leaking, so we called the reception. They gave us a towel to put on the floor since there was no maintenance staff available at that time. They could have offered us another room, but they didn’t, which we consider a mistake. Luckily, the air conditioner stopped leaking on its own—otherwise, there would have been a lot of water. Breakfast was honestly very poor. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find anything decent to eat; the selection was minimal. Overall, it’s okay for one night, but we wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Start Hotel is in a great location for trams from the airport with a stop right next to the hotel. Hadrians Gate and the Marina are a short walk away. The beaches at Konyaaltı are a local bus ride away. The hotel is being renovated so some evidence of building work is present. Nice bed and good sleep so all good. Breakfast average.Big square shower head fitting in bathroom is a face height and a worry in my opinion

Everything was excellent. The receptionist was very nice, and the breakfast was great. The waitress was polite, and the service overall was exceptional. The location was perfect.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and the location is perfect to explore the city and get to the beaches, waterfalls and Old Bazzar. Breakfast is decent and enough to start your day.
