Hotel Karyatit Kaleici

Booked 4 nights, but after 3, we left due to filthy conditions.
Day 1: As we walked into the room, saw a cockroach, killed it, and assumed it was a one-off. Told the personal, and they offered an apology. The kettle was not working and rusty on the inside. No tea, coffee, or water.
Day 2: After returning from a day out, the room had not been cleaned, nor were the bed sheets changed. We didn't complain and decided to rest and stock the fridge with water and opened it for the first time. It was mouldy and filthy. We didn't complain and just decided to sleep and hoped the next day would be better.
Day 3: returned from another day out to our horror the room had not been cleaned yet again and this time I found lots of cockroaches. I tried to hide it from my family and tried to distract them so I could deal with it the following day. I don't like confrontations, but this was really testing my patience.
Day 4: Our little of was bitten many times overnight, and this was it. We decided to leave the hotel and after packing up our belonging. I approached the receptionist and advised her to escort me to the room and showed her the filthy conditions. She could only offer an apology and expressed her surprise that the room had not been cleaned. I advised her we were checking out earlier than our booking due to the uninhabitable conditions.
Conclusion: paid for 4 nights, stayed for 3. In hindsight, we should have just walked out on the first day, but after a journey of 12 hours, my judgment might have been clouded. No refund or alternative arrangements offered. All in an extremely disappointed and it really ruined our much awaited hard earned family holiday.

My wife and I are very well travelled and we rated this hotel as the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Toilet seat and lid came off and were not affixed to the bowl. Door knob on toilet door came off in hand. Shower didn't drain properly and we nearly flooded the room. Water was not hot. Electrical socket over bed loose and dangerous (wires exposed). Sheet on bed was stained and not pleasant. Only one towel provided. No soap holder in shower. It was atrocious. Complaint to the manager managed to get a couple of things fixed but still terrible. Others on our tour had very similar complaints. Only good thing is location. Critique provided to Intrepid Travel (tour we were on).

The rooms are old, cramped, dirty, and smelled weird. The room had not been cleaned. Someone's half drunk bottle of whiskey was waiting for me and a pair of shoes. The bathroom had all cracked tiles in the shower and was full of black mould. The staff looked surprised when I enquired about a different roon being available. It looked like the "by the hour" room. The upstairs rooms had been renovated apparently. I changed to a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The location is lovely, but unfortunately the staff and management were incredibly rude and sarcastic. The ladies working in the day are great, but the manager and night worker were rude and almost threatening. Our room had a terrible smell in it in the carpet, and they refused to acknowledge this or help us when we told them, even telling us to just leave if we didn't like the room (at 10pm at night). Definitely avoid. Worst customer service in Antalya.

Worst hotel i've ever gone to in my life! The room smelled like smoke, there was fruit residue on the windows, the bed sheets were not clean and there was a cockroach on the floor. We had to go to another hotel because of how dirty the room is. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, it is not a 3-star hotel.
