We have stayed for two night 16-17 Oct, 2024 with BB. The location is perfect from Metro and Center of Izmir and you can see the sea side with 5 min walk. The rooms are clean and the breakfast fast not much option but their hospitality is very nice. And then price of rooms is reasonable. For breakfast I don’t recommend to have because there is plenty of option to have outsized.

A cozy, family run place, that makes you feel at home, with a really good price. Perfect location, close to the seaside and walking distance to Alsançak square.

This is my first in izmir, and I loved alsancak Soo much 🩷, what made my stay better is that the staff were so welcoming and nice , they made me feel at home and supported all my needs . The room is Soo cozy I slept well 😊. This is definitely a good place to stay in during your visit to izmir , it's located in a good area , there are a lot of shops . And of course the Turkish breakfast 🍳 I couldn't finish it 😅 .

worst hotel i ever been in. I could NOT stand it more than 10 minute!!! 6 storey building without elevator with super tiny rooms. a torn curtain with old and untidy blanket. the whole building is ramshackle with 1 square meter reception under the staircase!!! also the key they give you for room is like those for metal closets in high school(lowest security!!) we had booked it for 4 days and fully payed, but when we asked for our money back (we left after 10 minutes of arrival) they refused!! NEVER EVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!

They are frauds. These pictures are not close to reality at all.
My wife and I called them and reserved a hotel based on these pictures for 4 nights but we cannot stay there even for an hour.
We asked them to refund the money to us, but they just said they can change the hotel to their friend's hotel (Vita Park hotel), but the new one was not very better than the first one.
We stayed at Vita Park hotel for just a night, it was not tolerable for another night. Then we asked them to refund the money and they did not.

The guys were so kind and friendly and the rooms were clean enough comparing with the price but two of the rooms had no air conditioning in the warm days except a little fan. also both rooms should be checked about the bathrooms. Location was great. So close to beach road and public transportation.

The hotel is really old and deteriorating, dirty towels and bed sheets, smelly rooms and pillows. Some rooms smell really bad and others with a leaking roof.
P.S avoid going to the other apart otel they own as well, the rooms are terrible and smell awful as well.

The price was not that bad, the room, towels and sheets were clean but it didnt have good decoration, and everything was so old. The air-conditioner was broken and almost the lid dropped on our head while sleeping. We couldn't sleep well as Izmir is hot and the room was hot as hell . no breakfast included and they charged us twice the price for a little bottle of water.
