Definitely a disappointing experience. The hotel facilities are old, and many things are broken. During my first shower, a 1x1-foot square showerhead fell down and hit my head. The internet in our room was disconnected, and after notifying the staff, they promised to fix it on the second day or offer us a room change if it is not fixed, neither of which happened. No one took any action. When we returned in the evening of the 2nd day, we were told to stay in the same room without internet for another night. Additionally, there was no non-smoking room available if we insisted on changing rooms. We decided to sacrifice and move to a smoking room because we needed the internet to plan our trip. The bellman who helped us move our things to the new room was rude and acted as if we were causing him trouble. The room of course had a strong smell of smoke. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel

Great location, spent 4 nights there on a visit to Izmir. Excellent room, and facilities. The breakfast buffet is decent, but you should try some of the local restaurants too.

Average hotel, good size of rooms and beds. Helpful receptionists. Location is convenient if you staying for just a night sleep on your roadtrip as it’s close to highway.
Minuses: very bad hygiene in showers, black mold and dust everywhere in shower cabin. Towels are old and torn… i will not return here.

Not bad hotel, but it's overpriced. Not very good location (near road junction with good traffic), but good noise reduction, no balconies for smokers and I can smell that smoked inside room often. Some strange layout in the room with load-bearing wall in the center. Personel normally good

NK Hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of Izmir. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all the necessary amenities. Staff are polite and courteous and ready to assist in any way. Highly recommended for city breaks, business or transfers. Travelling to Turkey for cosmetic or medical surgeries? ideally located. Very happy with this hotel.

The place is comfortable and quiet, friendly staff and excellent service, especially in the hotel restaurant, and the parking lot is secured and served.

Few English speaking but very friendly personal at the hotel. The Room was big enough (triple room) but smelled a bit a cigar. Breakfast hadn't no variation for the 10 days we stayed, was the same menu every day. In overall we recomend for the fair price, you pay for what you get.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was good including breakfast. Its just the room seemed a bit dark. More lights will be welcomed.

Very nice Hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is especially nice, with a great rain shower and bathtub. Free Internet, Parking in front of the house. We can highly recommend the Hotel, thank you for the relaxing stay in Izmir and would like to come back again.
