Hotel Balca

This hotel was great for the price we paid. But the most amazing part is that the workers here are extremely welcoming and warm. When we gave our keys back we had to wait 7 hours for our next bus to come, and they let us stay in their waiting room the entire time. The lady also noticed we were slightly sick, and brought us warm tea and food. If I could put more stars for the service I would as this was amazing.

I stayed at this budget hotel because it was very central and close to the services that I needed on this trip.
The staff were both welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again 😊

The room is clean and perfect. Today I will check out the surroundings.

We have stayed in this hotel for only one night. However, this was enough to judge the cleanliness, comfort and hospitality of the facility. The location was very central and close to the train station. The room was very clean, modern and large enough. There was no excessive noise. The staff helped us arranging a taxi early morning in the deprature day. Only minor negative would be that there is no lift in the premises.

The members of staff are very kind and helpful. The room i stayed has everything but not many sockets. Everything worked great :) it is located in the heart of centre

Simply one of the most underrated hotels in Izmir - lovely building with lovely arty rooms - very cozy, no frills - good AC, good bath, just like home!
All this in the heart of the student bar scene and the touristic paths of Alsansac!
At 25€ a night - the location, decor and home feel beat even the 7 star hotels in Izmir!

Folks at the reception are the best - very friendly and nice!

Will come back here if i return to Izmir!

Tip: try the breakfast at the next door restaurant “Berlin” - the cook and the waiter there are very friendly gentlemen who will create magic meals!

I visited Izmir for health reason and stayed in hotel Balca for 5 nights and I probably had my best time ever. The receptionist Cigdem and Umut was excellent people, very friendly and very helpful. Cleaner lady’s was arrived everyday.Very clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioner working well. Very good location, nice food and entertainments around and every where open until late nice and easy walk everywhere. It is definitely worth the price. There is a cafe called Berlin it is next to the hotel and has a lovely chef in there very reasonable price. I had my breakfast in there every morning it was all lovely. I will definitely visit them in September with my husband. I hight recommend you wont regret.
