A very comfortable hotel with a friendly environment and a calm atmosphere. Very friendly and caring staff. With a short distance to public transportation. The bus stop is right at the alley and a short distance from Izban.

We had a great time staying at the Perla Arya. We were in Izmir for a wedding and it was our first time in the city. Anything we needed to know we were able to ask the reception staff who enthusiastically helped us and answered all our queries. A particular thanks to Mesut who always made himself available anytime we needed assistance. We‘d recommend speaking to him directly for help for taxis, particularly ones for longer distances as he was able to ensure we were provided with a fixed rate fare, which wouldn’t take advantage of us being tourists. His local knowledge was great.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean with a fridge, which came in handy for storing water during the hot Izmir summer. The location of the hotel was practical for exploring the main part of the city with a short 5 min bus ride.
Highly recommend the hotel Perla Arya for those of planning a trip to Izmir.

The day manager Happy is so courteous and friendly. Good English and knows every detail of public transport links in area. Very helpful in details of how to get to Ephesus without spending a lot . Hotel is new built. Great breakfast options buffet style. Wifi excellent and fridge in the room. Quiet street off main road near main Train station Basmane and metro

Good hotel to stay in during trip to Izmir. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Good breakfast as a buffet. The personel was very helpful and communicative. I fully recommend this place! :)

We stayed here for one night. The staff is super friendly. The room was clean, only a little shabby. It was okay for one night. The air condition was super loud, we had to turn it off in the night. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The Area around the hotel is dreadful. Nearby there are a lot of strip Clubs. As woman i wouldn't leave the hotel alone after 10 pm.

We stayed 3 nights at the Perla, the staff are very helpful even assisted us in planning or trip to Ephesus. The rooms are clean, tidy and the breakfast is plentiful, to set you up for a days exploring Izmir.

Hotel check in was painfully slow. Had to get given a second room as first had not been cleaned from previous guests. Shower head broken, shower surround dirty, chair broken at breakfast. Not enough knifes or forks at breakfast. Location is not for tourists. Just up the street from strip bars.

Worst and most uncomfortable beds i came across over my travelling. We could hardly sleep. I had to buy a new pillow next day. Rooms are very clean and spacious but beds and pillow are no less than a torture. Location wasnt good either . Quite a distance from konak square . Had tk taxi everywhere. No nice restaurants nearby either.

We stayed here for 5 nights - Very clean hotel, staff very kindly and helpful, close to kamerlati market 1km of walking also we was with car rent and have a lot of parking available. The breakfast was very nice. 100% Worth the money
