Avin Hotel

I originally planned to find a cheap hotel for a quick stopover, but the service was so good that I stayed here night after night.
The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the beautiful waitress even made fried eggs for me.
The watermelon we had the day before was delicious. I asked the waitress the next day, and she even bought a new one and cut up a large portion for us.
The service was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent, time has taken its toll a bit, but it is well done, a very spacious room, everything you need is there, the staff is great, very nice, friendly and helpful!!! Thank you!) we will definitely come back

Smaller hotel, a little further away from the coast, but right next to the Culture Park. Decent and worth the price. Staff is super friendly!

The highlight of the hotel was the receptionist Meava (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong)

The hotel is well located near the Basamane metro station. The lady at the reception is nice and speaks English. No communication problems. I was able to check in early in the morning. I didn't have breakfast to give an opinion.

The receptionist is nice. He have reserved the parking area for us.

When we entered the hotel, the receptionist welcomed us very nicely and helped us choose a room. The rooms were as in the pictures. There is always hot water. There is internet in the rooms. When we brought water from outside on the second night, the receptionist said why did you bring it, we can bring as much water as you want to your room. A nice hotel to stay with a family. At breakfast time, the gentleman who owns the hotel offered refreshments with a smiling face. In the evening, when the receptionist said we wanted to drink tea, he brought tea and coffee to the room. Before leaving the hotel in the morning, when we asked the gentleman who owns the hotel where we could eat Izmir boyoz, he immediately went and got hot boyoz and offered it. Just as we were leaving the hotel, the cleaning lady called downstairs to tell us about the things we forgot in the room and we immediately took them from our room. As a result, the price is reasonable, all the employees are attentive and work to please the guests with a smiling face. If we go to Izmir again, this will definitely be the hotel we will choose. I would like to thank them from here.

It has a great location, the staff is really kind and very helpful ❤️ The rooms are spacious, you can tell the hotel is old but it’s very clean. The downside is walls are pretty thin, we got unlucky and had very loud neighbours for 2 nights and fell asleep late. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel ❤️

Great hotel, great area and they are really polite, defenitely worth going there, they treat you really good, they even gave us free coffee twice A good experience, prices are cheap and affordable. The guy at reception is a really nice guy, even though i didnt catch his name.

Close to Basmane.
Staff were helpful and we got a 5th floor.
Not the newest hotel but nice AC and table and morrow which is great for girls!
