I would like to praise the local wellness. Willing staff, especially the receptionist, who will advise on the range of services. I chose a discounted package of relaxation massages. Masseuse Nustri from Bali is amazing. You won't be fooled if you try.

The Hotel is modern and new. It is cleaned and maintained in every corner.

The food is delicious and there is possible to select different taste.

There are lot of spacious place for relax.

The beach is with sand, and sea water is crystal clear. Sand shoes might be needed depend on person.

Service staff is very profesional and always ready for serving you..

There is plaground for kids, nights show and waterpark for entertainment, also during the day other activities..

I recently stayed at Hotel Alarcha and had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. I want to give special recognition to an employee named Alihan, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and exceptional service stood out, and he made the best cocktails I've ever had. Overall, a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Hotel Alarcha.

The room was big and nice, good view. Cleaning service very good, staff friendly. The food was delicious, diverse. The beach is stony and you need special shoes to go into the sea. The only low point was the entertainment part, could be improved. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

First of all, amazing hotel. We were very content of our room. It was clean, had enough closetspace, the bathroom was very chique and bed was really comfortable. The cleaning crew did an amazing job! Everytime they cleaned you could see and smell it👍🏻 The hotels interior design is very chique, I recommend taking pics in the hotel lobby! The food was delicious, a lot of variation, all freshly made, my plate was very colorful every time we went to eat. The pool of the hotel is very big, even when crowded you have enough swimming space. The aquapark is very fun only I recommend not sitting close to it while tanning because you will get wet everytime. The animation team was excellent, very kind and outgoing people with a lot of fun activities to do (also very intens sport wise). Love the ultra all inclusive concept because you can eat and drink as much you like at the pool and beach, you get freshly made dishes. The hotel doctor came in half an hour when I needed to see him. The hotel terrace cafe is very nice at night, you have a view over the hotel swimming pool, I recommend drinking turkish coffee there! The beach was amazing, enough room for everybody to tan only sad part was that there were stones in the beach and the sea, so if you have sensitive feet like me, take some swimming shoes with you. But in general a very nice hotel I would recommend to friends, couples or families. Would definitely come back.
