Dear Sir,
I am very disappointed with this hotel for which I received good recommendations from a travel agency. The hygiene in the hotel varies from floor to floor, the hotel staff seems very angry and dissatisfied. There was a stomach virus in the hotel, which was probably the result of poor hygiene or poor ventilation. It was uncomfortably cold in some rooms. It has never happened to me that at the entrance to the restaurant no one addressed us with "good day". The hotel is new, but something is wrong with the management and employees of the hotel. That energy was also transferred to the guests. The traditional Turkish evening was the worst organized in this hotel and we have been coming to Turkey for more than 20 years. The bedding was not changed for 2.3 days and we stayed for 10 days. Half-dirty towels were placed as clean. There was tension in the kitchen team. Dishes disappeared quickly and new ones were not brought. That's why there was a lot of pressure from guests when the restaurant opened at dinner time. I have never seen such a stampede. Everyone realized that if they didn't have dinner within an hour of opening, they would have a very poor dinner until the end. Remarks abound. Every hotel with a pebble beach has a dock from which guests can enter the sea by stairs. This hotel doesn't have that. The beach is clean but it is very difficult to enter the sea. And it's not presented like that on the website. Thus, this hotel has good potential, but the service and realization of services is very, very bad. What is certain is that we will not come to this hotel again.
This criticism is aimed at the owner and management of the hotel, that if they want to stay in the Turkish market, they should change the way they do business.

I wish I could have a choice not to come over to this hotel.
Very loud music EVERY NIGHT! Windows are not sound proof and it is not possible to sleep earlier than 12 pm- who cares about your child sleeping and your own headache because of VERY LOUD MUSIC AND SHOW right under your balcony???
Bathroom are smell with sewage and not ventilated properly.
AC DOES MOT WORK- very hot and you can’t open windows because ( surprise!) loud music under your window.
Food ok- enough proteins and veggies, desserts horrible
Sea- the is no sand, bad pebbles and they don’t do anything fix it - not even pretend
Safety- floor very slippery in areas not covered by carpet. Slides not controlled dot- be aware of possibility hit someone in the pool- I saw a mom with baby right there when person was sliding. At all levels only glass fencing - could you imagine children hitting accidentally those glass fence ?

Don’t be fooled into choosing this 5 star hotel. Deserves a maximum of 2 stars. The rooms have nothing to do with the pictures, small, cramped and smelly. They clean them by choice, if you're lucky you'll get clean towels. Reception service is at the speed of a slow moving snail. Don’t even think about air conditioning in the heat, they have current mode and even if you want to cool your room after 10 minutes they will restart your current and the air conditioner dies. If you get to reception to ask them for assistance, better don't waste effort, it will all be in vain. Total disappointment.
