A real gem in the Capadoccia region. Carved into the mountains, the rooms are classic and modern at the same time. The food is excellent at the restaurant. Service is great all around.

We had the most amazing stay at Seraphim Cave hotel for 10 nights in January.The design of the hotel is the perfect blend of style, warmth and ambiance. We were in the King suite that was extremely spacious and beautiful with its own hamam,spa bath and walk in shower. Very very high end. Total luxury. The spa area and swimming pool is exquisite and the massage therapists excellent. The staff were absolutely faultless, so welcoming and kind with nothing too much trouble. Would love to return!

I went to this hotel for the first time and this is my first review. The atmosphere of the hotel is historical and luxurious and it is one of the luxury hotels of Cappadocia region. In fact, it was an old house that later became a luxury hotel. The name of the hotel is also the name of the family that lived in this house ( Seraphim ). The hotel personnel is very friendly and professional. Most of the hotel staff speak English and this is great. Very beautiful and luxury rooms and some of the rooms are cave rooms. There is also a luxury spa waiting for you in the hotel. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with quality and calm and with professional staff, it is the best choice. I recommend to everyone.

It really deserves 5 stars to the end. We didn't want to leave this hotel, we came for our honeymoon. Superb attention from all the staff, especially with the help of Ahmet Bey, we had a wonderful holiday. If you want a relaxing holiday away from the city center, you should be the only address. 👌

We have chosen the Seraphim Cave hotel for our honeymoon, this magical atmosphere draws you in from the first moment we step into the hotel, the attention of the staff is evident in their cordial demeanor which makes you feel at home. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks to Fatih Bey and Fatma for their answers to all our questions, for their interest in the secretary of Kan Bey, we are very pleased and our advice to everyone who comes.

Fantastic hotel! Hardly recommend! Great staff, good restaurant, beautiful grounds, clean comfortable rooms. They recommended us the best ways to spend our time in Cappadocia and made our holiday! I think this is the best hotel in Cappadocia and around!

Pros: front staff, Mr. Bekir and Burak were very nice and helpful! Beautiful, serene hotel.
Cons: Very far from center, had to drive 30-60 minutes each way to get to anything in Cappadocia. The food is really weak, they served mud covered strawberries in the fruit plate, no drip coffee. The restaurant crew was incompetent, particularly Mr. Fatih was very rude to us the last morning. AC would stop working after a while. Would not stay here again, and would recommend to others. There are many other hotels in this price range with better amenities like a pool and central location, better food service.

Amazing experience as ever though internet was slow ..but the management was very friendly had a great time in the evening listening to live music
