Excellent service from staff. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Perfect location to visit the city. Our room was quiet. The installations are nice, beautiful views. I didn’t like that there was no daily cleaning. Also, it is missing a mini fridge in the room. The bed was not comfortable for me.

We booked 3 nights in a Junior Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host Metin was so easy to deal with – responsive, knowledgeable, polite & friendly. We booked all our tours & transfers directly through him. The cave suite was spacious with lovely décor and a safe. Breakfast is served at 8.30am and there was plenty of variety. They have a lovely terrace where you can chill out. This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Goreme township, cafes & restaurants but also only a 4 minute walk in the opposite direction to the many hilltop viewing points to watch the hot air balloons rise early morning and to capture the magical sunsets in the evening. We would not hesitate to recommend the Avilla Cave Hotel to our family & friends visiting Goreme.

The hospitality of the owner Metin was so impressive. The place was nice, clean and tidy and very accessible. Very accommodating to all guests, answer your question and inquiries and help out with the most possible options. His recommendations to most tours in the area are superb. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. During the day, you can see the balloons floating in the sky—a truly beautiful sight and its close to the viewpoint. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the hotel owner was very pleasant and accommodating. They made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always ready to help with anything I needed plus the breakfast is good. If you're looking for a hotel with amazing views and excellent service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We arrived late at night to be greeted by Michael and shown the the most gorgeous 3 person cave room. Just beautiful. Very comfortable beds, great shower, lovely terrace. Breakfast buffet was great. Day 2 met the owner (Mhedi) - very helpful with bar and resetting recommendations - avilla happens to be almost next to the best sunset view bars! We wish we could have stayed longer. Such a friendly team who own and run the place. I hope we’ll be back!!

For 5 days of our trip to Cappadocia with a friend, the Avilla Cave Hotel was chosen. In general, hotels in Goreme in a rock with a panoramic platform have the word “Cave” in their name, which means that this hotel is located in a cave. Our room also had its own terrace, on which we could happily relax and admire the unique view of the city. Breakfast was served downstairs in the room, but no one forbade us to take food and go to the common terrace, which is what we did. Breakfast was quite varied: vegetables, pastries, flatbreads, all kinds of cheeses, tea and coffee. A woman in the kitchen was preparing a hot omelet. The room has a large, clean bathroom. The owner, Metin, speaks very good English and is willing to help in every possible way.

The hotel is not bad, the room is large in a cave. The breakfast is good. The main advantage of the hotel is its location next to the observation deck. Now cons: coffee for breakfast is packaged, there is a large terrace, but there is no table to sit at sunset. The furniture in the room is very tired, the faucet in the bathroom needs to be repaired. If you don't pay attention to these little things, the hotel is good.

The waiter is very friendly, the breakfast food is good, and you can eat it on the balcony of the room! The building is very distinctive, it is a real cave hotel, and the whole is very satisfied!

Murat and all the staff were amazing at helping with anything that we could asked for. They helped us arrange trips, get bus tickets and with great visiting tips. The hotel is quite nice and the room was big and clean, very conveniently located. We recommend doing the balloon trip with them, very professional and competitive offer. The breakfast is also very nice.
