Well built cave hotel near township. Beautiful architecture and spotlessly clean. Different levels with respective 'common balcony'
Unfortunately not all rooms have a view. Try to ask specifically for rooms end with number 5 (eg 205 305) as these normally come with views.
Meals were decent, waiters were attentive. 3 course meal during dinner was a highlight.

Unique rooms, but as in any cave dwellings, creates some dark and claustrophobic feelings. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well maintained. No elevators but hotel staff is efficient in hauling your bags up to your rooms.
Toilet is large though the shower area has a high barrier which may be a risk for the elderly, disabled or even the normal vertically challenged people.
Due to the cave design of the hotel, do not expect to have strong mobile phone signals. In fact, you may not get it at all in some locations. Fortunately the wifi is strong and fast.
Overall a decent stay. Courteous staff. Quiet and located within walking distance to Urgup town centre.
Breakfast spread is limited though but not a major flaw.

This is a beautiful hotel, with a brand new pool. However, we ate here two nights for dinner. One of them was decent, one was dreadful. Breakfasts are okay. Plenty of hot water in the shower, but no counter space in the bathroom. And, I have two huge gripes 1) there is no AC, my room stayed 27° C (80°+ Fahrenheit) too hot for sleeping. If I opened the window I heard all the noise from out in the town and smelled all the cigarette smoke wafting up from the reception area. 2) There is smoking everywhere!

Just about to end our 3 night stay. The place has million dollar views. We got a large cave room with jacuzzi. It has one huge terrace and small private balcony. People were very nice. The breakfast was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more for a little summer getaway.

Great place to stay in cappadocia. We loved our room and service was really good too. Decoration is unique. Terraces would be a great place to chill out in summer.

It looked like it was literally carved out of a cave. Very cosy and comfortable. Restaurant had wonderful soup. The other attractions were all nearby. Good location as well..

One of the best hotel in Cappadocia. Excellent services and comfort like anything. It's a beautiful property too.

Very nice hotel. Terrible if you can not handle stairs. The rooms have poor ventilation as well I find. Hard to control room temperature. Breakfast is pretty good.

Beautiful Hotel with well equipped rooms which combine the comfort of a modern hotel with the traditional feeling of living in a cave. I must admit I was vary of the place at first especially because there were other well known hotels nearby but this is definitely the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Turkey. If the helpful staff and beautiful rooms weren't enough, we got personally prepared meals for us as we are vegetarians. They helped us coordinate our tour and offered services we didn't even ask for. Trust this hotel blindly on your trip to Cappay.
