We had a unique stay experience. The cave-like rooms, though a bit chilly at night, were equipped with floor heaters. However, the lack of air conditioning may be challenging to some people, especially during warmer days.
The breakfast spread was impressive, and the service was good.
The hotel boasts stunning views from the rooftop, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the scenery.
However, the lack of WiFi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. Mobile data reception was also poor in our room.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique ambiance.

Cons: NO Wi-Fi access in the room. You had to be close to the office to get wi-fi. Very dangerous for seniors, people with disabilities, anybody with balance problems. Stairs outside had no railings. Tiles are very slippery. Cobblestone road leading to hotel from the street have large stones, easy to twist your ankle or foot or fall. Would not recommend if you're a senior, or have a disability, or have difficulty walking or balance problems. Very expensive place for no wi-fi. Staff very indifferent I'm not that friendly. Would not recommend if you want Wi-Fi and a safe place to walk.

- Authentic hotel.
- Nice location.

- Rude staff. (not all of them, but the strength of a chain is as strong as the weakest link.)

The concept is just wonderful, you can catch incredible sights and enjoy a lot.
Rooms lack lightning, I get it is inside a cave, but if that's the case, you should then put more than 2 low wattage lamps per room.
I called room service a couple times and no one picked the phone.
Everything you would like to see in the town is within walking distance, but you have to wear comfy, sport shoes because everything is either uphill or downhill.

The best experience in my life. There is no too much luxury, but it has everything you need to sleep comfortably. All Capadocia is fun. To many places to visit. Restaurants, lots of stores. Jewerly. Tea. Coffee and many more. People are great.

Really fantastic location. We liked that it felt a bit removed from more touristy areas. They were very accommodating to our family and even gave our daughter a slice of cake, some grape juice and a warm note for her birthday. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice place, nice view. But the service….inside the room there is no air conditioning, only an equipment that use water to leave the room fresh and and the equipment was not working, I complained and they send me a fan. How does a luxury hotel in Cappadocia not have one remaining equipment? Do the employees and owners know the value of a good night's sleep in Cappadocia? I am really desappointed.

This place is magical. We had the cutest private terrace, we loved having tea there and enjoying the view.. the staff was very helpful with our bags and helping with coordinating our transport.. we would of loved to stay longer! Every little town or highlight is close by to enjoy during day tours.
