Excellent location. Rooms very clean. Staff extremely kind. Melissa was an excellent help arranging us our hot air balloon flight. Without her help we wouldn’t have been able to do it because it was cancelled the day before.
Excellent breakfast and Fatma was very kind and she attended us very well. Also the girl who is the host at the restaurant at night she was very kind.

The stay in this hotel was awesome , service is top notch and staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help, I rarely out reviews but because great experience here I want to share the experience.
Rooms are very comfy , I was able to sleep nicely after all the walking and walking and tour the whole day. Aybice at reception was very attentive and helpful and made sure I get whatever I needed there.
Fatma at breakfast bar ( Haruna restaurant on the terrace ) also provided A+ service.
Whenever I am back I know where I am staying again !!

Carus is in perfect location. It really doesn’t get any better. The rooftop views and breakfast and dinner are amazing and great spot for a sundowner. We stays in rooms right by the entrance and road and the street noise and mosque can be quite loud. But aside that was comfortable.

A luxurious home away from your regular home. This restaurant has the finest hospitality and staff that I have experienced since my numerous trips. The hotel staff is warm friendly and compassionate. burcu is the finest evening host and Fatima makes sure that your morning buffets are met beyond your satisfaction you will come across..the food is on point and so is the stay. Love Carus

Solid hotel (with a extremely sweet reception dog!)
Heads up: I would not recommend the group tour and group transportation used by Sentio Travel / the travel agency used by the hotel. In my experience, none of the cars used by the agency had a working air conditioner (worth clarifying that we used the group services, not the private ones, so that might be a different experience), which was a bit tough for August weather. I would give the travel agency a 3/5. Just fine.

Carus has been such a delight to stay at. The absolute comfiest beds I could have imagined to sleep on during a vacation. We booked a tour (Red Highlighter Tour) through the hotel and had the best tour guide, Rana. She was very patient, explained the history in detail, and helped us purchase items from vendors without getting ripped off as tourists. Could not recommend her enough, she was absolutely fantastic! She even went out of her way to give us a list of places to check out in our next destination. She made this experience so fun for us. Thank you to Carus for an overall amazing stay!

Exquisite hotels do exist & Carus is the proof for that! I've spent a long weekend with them & couldn't be more impressed - from the hospitability of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the design of the hotel, the facilities provided. I found it a good value for money & mostly suitable for couples - though solo travelers can surely make the most of their stay here, too. The hotel provides a very diversified breakfast at the restaurant on top, which is one of the best in Cappadocia, so do book yourself in for a culinary treat. And the cherry on top is the view - which allows for the most breathtaking pictures of balloons at sunrise.

Best hotel we stayed at in Turkey. Stylishly renovated, excellent service and great location I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The heated cave pool is also something extra special and unique. The hotel also has a sister travel agency that can organise your balloon rides, day trips and even shuttle buses to/from the airport all with competitive prices.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is in the heart of the city so you can explore by foot and check out local restaurants. The room with a terrace was amazing and great views of the city. The restaurant has a rooftop bar that was a bit slow to serving you if you are just getting drinks (we were forgotten every time we went) but still worth checking it out. The customer service was great and most of them spoke English so you can communicate easily with them. This place is a 10/10 for us!!

Beautiful hotel with modern facilities (pool, sauna), nice views (including the hot air balloons in the early morning) and friendly staff. Shoutout to Fatma who made our breakfasts really enjoyable and even surprised my girlfriend with a small birthday cake!
