Sentido Bellazure

This hotel is lovely and I don’t really have anything bad to say about the hotel itself, the staff however, don’t think you’re going there to relax because you’ll be bothered everyday until you do what they want. I had a guy come up to me everyday telling me to visit the spa and have a Turkish bath even though I told him it wasn’t for me and I didn’t want to do it serval times, it got to the point I was trying to stay away from him and when I would see him I would be worried he’d come up to me again. Also a girl from the entertainment team forced me into going something when I told her many times I didn’t want to and didn’t feel comfortable. She made me go somewhere that was over an hour away from the hotel, past midnight, in a place I’ve never been before and I ended up getting someone dodgy driving me back as I just wanted to go back to the hotel, I was so uncomfortable and so scared, this ruined my time there for sure. They only care about making money, they obviously don’t get paid enough so they try make commission by forcing you into things . I also spent the whole time avoiding her and actually was in a bad mood everytime I saw her. The manager of this place is vile, she thinks the sun shines out of her employees arses, don’t bother going to her for anything because she is not helpful at all, I had one of the house keepers steal one of my rings and she was so defensive and just couldn’t accept that she has a thief working for her, she said she spoke to them and they said they hadn’t seen the ring. I didn’t expect to get the ring back but I wanted her to know this has happened and know for next time someone has something taken, she was not having any of it and told me to call the police if I wanted to. There was some lovely and helpful staff members however so I don’t want this to come across that all the staff are bad, but there are a handful of staff there that ruined this holiday for me. For this reason I will not be returning to this hotel. If you visit here just be aware that you will probably be forced into things and will have your belongings stolen and get gaslighted by the manager.
