The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable.
We are from the UK. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
The food was good quality and wide choice at buffet.
As it is October we did not use outside pool, but it is all in good condition. I was told they recently had a refurb.
Near the hotel are mid price eating places and supermarket.
Shopping Mall 15 minute walk.
Hire a car or use taxis.
Would stay at this hotel again.

Everything is perfect!! I really wanted to eat Kaymak, unfortunately, it had already finished, but they prepared for me!! I appreciated them!!😍

What an amazing stay! The first face that greeted me was Mustafa. I truly received a warm welcome. Even though the system was glitching at the time they explained this to us politely. Appreciated. There was another gentleman there that replaced my room card. I don’t remember his name but the mannerism were becoming of someone that deals with guests regularly. On my last few days i had the pleasure of encountering Ezra, Tatiana,, Burak who further left me with a pleasant experience: would stay here again!

Very high quality hotel, excellent value stay. Miracle is located only a 9 minute taxi ride from Sabiha Gokcen airport, so was perfect for my stopover between two flights in and out of there. It was much nicer than I was expecting for the price - a huge, spotlessly clean and well appointed room. Wide range of things for breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. It was also very quiet in my room - I didn’t hear another person once during my stay. Also very good air conditioning and WiFi. Would 100% stay again, amazing quality hotel, excellent value.

We had a lovely 4 night stay as a family of 4. Clean and spacious room.
Waste variety of choices at the breakfast buffet.
Reception was well mannered and friendly.
Rest of the staff could speak a bit more English but overall was always very friendly.

I recently stayed at the Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa and had an excellent experience, especially with their breakfast. The buffet was diverse, offering a wide range of fresh and delicious options, including both Turkish and international dishes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The cozy ambiance and beautifully done presented dishes made breakfast a delightful start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional breakfast service.

Let me begin this review with what I liked.A special thanks to Batuhan and Alp at reception, they were very kind, the best!The premier suite was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The complimentary desserts was a nice welcoming touch !
The location of Miracle is nice , there is plenty to do around the hotel, shopping and some restaurants. I do feel the hotel staff lack a certain friendliness, and English is not well understood. A lot goes lost in translation. I understand it's not summer yet, however some loungers at the pool would have been great.Also the overbearing jazz music in the restaurant area gets a bit overbearing, as the genre is not appealing to everyone. The spa was nice , very relaxing. Overall for a 5 star establishment they can create a friendlier environment. As for food the menu lacks vegetarian options .Overall a good stay .

Dismal Experience!
The hotel amenities are good, however there is no customer experience mindset. The heart and soul of any hotel is the customer delight, but the staff is neither professional nor welcoming.
I’d be wary of the check-out, they might try to rip off by claiming that there are damages. After checking out the previous reviews, it seems this is a pattern.
