I recently stayed at the Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa and had an exceptional experience. The hotel was incredibly clean and elegantly designed, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. I recently stayed at the Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa and had an excellent experience, especially with their breakfast. The buffet was diverse, offering a wide range of fresh and delicious options, including both Turkish and international dishes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The cozy ambiance and beautifully done presented dishes made breakfast a delightful start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional breakfast service.

Let me begin this review with what I liked.A special thanks to Batuhan and Alp at reception, they were very kind, the best!The premier suite was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The complimentary desserts was a nice welcoming touch !
The location of Miracle is nice , there is plenty to do around the hotel, shopping and some restaurants. I do feel the hotel staff lack a certain friendliness, and English is not well understood. A lot goes lost in translation. I understand it's not summer yet, however some loungers at the pool would have been great.Also the overbearing jazz music in the restaurant area gets a bit overbearing, as the genre is not appealing to everyone. The spa was nice , very relaxing. Overall for a 5 star establishment they can create a friendlier environment. As for food the menu lacks vegetarian options .Overall a good stay .

Dismal Experience!
The hotel amenities are good, however there is no customer experience mindset. The heart and soul of any hotel is the customer delight, but the staff is neither professional nor welcoming.
I’d be wary of the check-out, they might try to rip off by claiming that there are damages. After checking out the previous reviews, it seems this is a pattern.

Dismal experience!
It is always a delight to visit Istanbul. Hotel experience either adds to the joy of my vacation or takes from it! This hotel, although provides excellent physical facilities and convenient location, it lacks on customer support immensely. The staff except for very few like Banis, are not friendly, and generally of limited help! Parking is limited, and will charge you for valet! Towels are old, overused and ragged. They had a fresh juice station for breakfast, but you have to pay extra for glass. Our breakfast experience was only made worse by the “gate-keeper” who keeps watchful eyes to see who packs a piece of cucumber or two for a kid to eat later. It seems that the hotel is frugal with its vegetable as well as customer support!

Disappointing Experience in Istanbul
Our recent stay at Miracle Istanbul in Istanbul left much to be desired. As a group of 15 people occupying six rooms, we were met with a check-in experience marred by the staff's bad attitude and uncooperative manner. Their demeanor made us feel unwelcome from the very start.
The disappointments didn't end there. We were shocked to find that many breakfast items, including Turkish coffee and juices, were chargeable. This was a departure from our expectations and added an unexpected expense to our stay.
To make matters worse, the breakfast staff displayed extreme rudeness when we took two cucumbers for our baby to snack on. Their scolding and personal attacks on our family group were completely uncalled for and deeply unpleasant.
While the facilities of the hotel were commendable, the malfunctioning air conditioning in April made our rooms uncomfortably hot. This oversight further added to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
As seasoned travelers to Istanbul for over 17 years, we can confidently say that this was the worst hotel experience we've encountered. We had hoped for a pleasant stay but unfortunately feeling disappointed and disheartened.

At the Miracle Hotel in Istanbul, I had an unforgettable stay. A special shout-out to the outstanding staff member, Caner,and Efe whose friendliness and helpfulness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The hotel's amenities and the impressive view complemented the overall experience perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Istanbul.

Unfortunately they forgot towels for one person.

- ceasar salad
- 2x sea bass
- a bottle of shiraz,
