Phenomenal hotel with the best service I’ve had. The airport shuttle is actually a limo. The gym is a full gym (bench presses, machines, 3 racks of weights, yoga studio, everything). The rooms are nice and you can open the window for fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They even brought a complimentary fruit platter to my room just because. If you’re flying in/out of SAW, highly recommend you spend a night here.

Excellent experience. A unique hotel with great comfort and facilities . Vary clean, breakfast wonderful. Personel very helpful especially Sedat and Firat made our life easy during our stay. Thank you all. Continue the good job.

I absolutely love this hotel—it feels like my second home! I've built unique relationships with the hotel management and many team members, from the friendly receptionists to the talented chef and the stellar customer service staff. Every visit feels like a special occasion, and I can't help but recognise the outstanding efforts of some incredible team members.
This time, I want to give a massive shoutout to Khoula from the customer relations desk, who always goes above and beyond, and Habiba, who provides such warm and attentive service during breakfast. Well, everyone was nice and helpful. The room was nice and modern. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Connected to a strip mall and had rides for little kids. The mall had many different kinds of stores. There are places to eat, drink, shop, and even a grocery store. I was not able to check out the pool or fitness area as I was too tired after work each day.

Staff is amazing in a different way. We love them and not a single note on them. Location is great and services are all around you 24/7. Rooms are very comforting and breakfast is really delicious with many varieties. I didn’t include names because everyone was more than excellent.

The hotel is very excellent in terms of location and service from all reception staff. Especially brother Akram, he is very cooperative. Except for the brother Ali in the restaurant, he is different from the rest. The smile never leaves his face and he is proactive in providing cooperation and speedy implementation. I wish success to everyone.

stayed here few weeks for work. staff is amazing, trying really their best to make you comfortable. staff is the best part of this hotel. rooms are medium, but not really soundproof, I could easily hear noisy neighbors. some rooms are facing the main street and you get all the noise from traffic, the other side is facing a theme park and you get its noise too. so the worse thing is that it isn't really quiet. breakfast excellent, lot of choice. gym and spa big and very good. very handy the viaport on the side.

I stayed for business, great location surrounded by lots of shops and eateries for the evening. The gym is privately run and free for hotel guests and very well equipped. The hotel is quiet with very helpful staff. Merve always has a welcoming smile at breakfast. Thanks to all the team.

We got offered a room here as service recovery due to flight delay that caused a delay overnight. Hence, my review will not take price into factor.
Rooms - mediocre but generally clean. Missing quite a few stuff like toiletries, no comb/toothbrush etc. Some rooms were slightly dirty with uncleaned trash.
Service - top notch, most of the staff were super attentive and friendly. No gossiping or disgruntled feels from them.
Location - hella convenient. One big outlet mall beside the mall which had a wide variety of clothes and food. Many places to explore but didn’t have enough time.
