Visiting with family for 3 nights in Feb 2025
Nursena at the reception is a lovely woman. She greeted us very kindly, arranged our bags to be delivered to the room. We had some trouble with the AC in our previous rooms and so she gave us a completely new room. All queries and issues were handled and resolved really well by Nursena. All with a smile on the face! Thanks for making our trip so pleasant!

The hotel service is very good and the rooms are very clean. Especially Nursena at the front desk is a very nice person!

You can’t sleep in this hotel. Windows don’t stop noise from outside. Sometimes weird noise starts coming from bathroom.
This hotel is a 3 star hotel at best!! Its only running because its close to a hair transplant location.
Staff is great but rooms are terrible!! It’s highly overpriced. You can get a nice hotel for much less amount in this center of city. From this hotel to centre you would need At least 1.5 hrs on metro.

The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the make my stay comfortable.(thanks Kaan) The food was outstanding, with a great variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented.

This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but in my opinion, it barely qualifies as 3. The rooms are uncomfortably small, and the bedding is in poor condition, which significantly affects the overall experience. Basic amenities like an iron and ironing board are not provided in the room; instead, they are available upon request. Unfortunately, the iron they delivered was rusty and leaked water, making it nearly unusable.
The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, offering far fewer options compared to other hotels in the area. For the price, there are definitely better alternatives nearby with superior service and facilities. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise looking elsewhere for a better stay.

Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Atasehir offers comfortable rooms and friendly service. It's conveniently close to the airport with a free shuttle. Guests praise its cleanliness and spacious rooms, but note its distance from central Istanbul. Overall, it's a good choice for those seeking a comfortable stay near the airport, but less suitable for extensive sightseeing in the city center.

Kaan was a great help in finding me a taxi back towards the city centre. He was able to give me a good location, he also helped hold onto my luggage whilst went and got some treatment. Overall a great experience. Thanks alot 👍

Fabulous hotel
Very professional and kind staff
It was 2 nights stay back in 2019. I wish i stayed more. My kids enjoyed the hotel.. They helped me alot so we dont miss the flight.
Suite is clean spacious, furnature and paints were nice

I just checked out and it was a great experience.. the room was very nice and clean, breakfast was really good as well, and the young lady that checked me in and out, not sure what her name is, was very kind and sweet and did her best to speak english with us making my dad who came with me and myself feel very comfortable. If I ever come back to Turkey, I'd be glad to stay here!

Hotel not to recommend, beds are awful and not even, at least on the room we got, so in desperate need of change.
All night long, there were some outside dogs barking non stop, with literally no break. Very difficult to fall asleep or not be waken up at night, despite wearing earplugs.
We included breakfast in our room rate, but there was no buffet and a simple plate of cold cuts and omelette. The value of breakfast is very poor.
We were told you have to pay for the spa. The gym is totally unappealing.
All in all, poor breakfast, horrible beds, barking dogs, and that is what to expect in this hotel. Very bad value for what you get.
