Beautiful location, absolutely stunning views from the hotel, very well placed area for the open air bar where we enjoyed our drinks by the open air fireplace and nice n friendly staff. A perfect place for stay in Cappadocia.
The hotel does justice to cave hotels and has been made with love and being kept with care. The rooms were very beautiful n cozy. They also offered us a range of pillows to pick from if what they had in the room was not comfortable, which was not needed. The only issues with the room were the early morning noise of the adjacent room guests going in and out since they were checking out early morning and the big logo of the adjacent hotel shining through the window all through the night.
The location & views from the hotel were awesome. We enjoyed our evening with a long walk towards Goreme. The natural rock formations and the spring time flowers made it magical. On our return the views of the fairy chimneys from the open air bar made the evening delightful. Beautiful morning views of the hot air balloons in the air with a hot cup of tea. The hotel also had peacocks which roamed around comfortably with guests around too. Lavish breakfast spread and hot items to pick from.

The views are insane and other worldly from very angle, the food and white wine are great and the staff are exceptional. Aside from a hot air balloon ride, I would highly recommend a cooking class in August when you can pick your own vegetables from their orchard in an open air jeep, an in room massage and a whistle stop tour to see the best of Cappadocia !

The hotel itself in terms of infrastructure was beautiful. It’s a shame that its service does not live up to a 3/4/5-star hotel rating. For the price they are asking for (I stayed 4 nights 2000 euro together), it is completely madness. First of all, we didn’t have any Lira on the first day of arrival as it is a Sunday and no currency exchange was available. The bellboys made us feel very terrible to not have any cash for tipping. We have dined in their restaurant twice for dinner and every day for breakfast. There is really no need to try to rush us and try to take away our plates every 15mins.
Worst experience in years - when asked about whether we can engage an outside photographer to take the hot air balloon shots in the common area (we specifically pointed to the pool and bar area), we got a response “no problem, lady”. When my photographers arrived at 6:30am the next morning, they were refused entry and basically kicked out. It was a horrific experience and we missed the opportunity to enjoy the balloons as we were liaising with the hotel staff. To be fair to the hotel they did offer a free dinner. However, this is a matter of principle, one free dinner has not and will not make up to the lost of opportunity to immortalize the moment. If it is hotel policy to not allow outsider, this should have been made clear when we inquire - then we would have the chance to either engage a photographer on their approved list or go take the photos somewhere else. Absolutely terrible experience. To add salt to injury, after complaining it twice, the manager did not have the courtesy to come speak with us. We had to go to the reception 6hrs after the incident to ask to speak to the manager. Simply not worth it to risk ruining your experience in Cappadocia.

This is the place to spend your nights in Cappadocia! The view, the service, and the food are all fantastic. Although this might not be the most comfortable place, this is the hotel with the vibe! We accidentally met the owner of the hotel during our morning swim, and he was super nice. He even took great photos of my girlfriend and I, and had them sent to me. If you have the chance to spend a night or two here, definitely don’t miss out their breakfast, order the Turkish scramble eggs and juices! All are fantastic! Bruh, Ive already started missing that place.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week for a friends wedding; words cant describe how amazing this hotel is! The food is top notch(Michelin star worthy), but the service is even better! Staff are super friendly; views are amazing! We stayed in the Kemerli Superior Suite; excellent housekeeping staff, clean rooms, every single amenity you could think of was provided. We will truly miss this place and can't wait to come back; bravo to the staff!

My husband and I loved our time at the Museum Hotel. Such a beautiful place with gorgeous rooms, epic views, helpful staff, and a fabulous restaurant.
If you want to see the hot air balloons you’ll need to be up and outside at 5AM. That was easy enough for us and completely worth it. A must!
