Museum Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were knowledgeable and helped us book private transportation to see the sights. Highly recommended

Went there for NYE Dinner and Party. Although was pricey, dinner was absolutely delicious. Very well cooked and the combination of menu was extraordinary. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. The party was good too, but the DJ was soooooo bad! Playing just non-sense songs, and not even one music from this decade. For the price they charged, that was not worthy.

The place is beautiful too, didn’t stay in the hotel so I’ll leave a space to rate the rooms in another opportunity.

I stayed there for my wedding in February 2014, and I can’t say anything negative about the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and their customer relations manager, Miss Arezo, was an absolute angel. She helped us so much and made us feel right at home.

I strongly recommend this hotel and want to thank all the staff and team for creating such amazing memories for us.

This hotel is great, in that a cave hotel is so unique outside of Cappadocia. However, I am not sure that it is spectacular given how many other great cave hotels there are in the area for a much lower price. It makes it hard to properly rate this hotel, which I found to be decent, but not quite worth the price. The rooms are super cool, but again, not sure how they compare to other cave hotels. The dinner was not very good, which can't happen at a luxury hotel. Breakfast was solid, if unspectacular. I would probably consider other cheaper options nearby.

All around incredible. Beautiful property, kind and attentive staff, their own fresh farm products, comfortable rooms, beautiful rooftops, and pool, just excellent!

location is very good. The rooms and general cleanliness are satisfactory. Also, I was very pleased with the attention of the employees.

Beautiful location, absolutely stunning views from the hotel, very well placed area for the open air bar where we enjoyed our drinks by the open air fireplace and nice n friendly staff. A perfect place for stay in Cappadocia.

The hotel does justice to cave hotels and has been made with love and being kept with care. The rooms were very beautiful n cozy. They also offered us a range of pillows to pick from if what they had in the room was not comfortable, which was not needed. The only issues with the room were the early morning noise of the adjacent room guests going in and out since they were checking out early morning and the big logo of the adjacent hotel shining through the window all through the night.

The location & views from the hotel were awesome. We enjoyed our evening with a long walk towards Goreme. The natural rock formations and the spring time flowers made it magical. On our return the views of the fairy chimneys from the open air bar made the evening delightful. Beautiful morning views of the hot air balloons in the air with a hot cup of tea. The hotel also had peacocks which roamed around comfortably with guests around too. Lavish breakfast spread and hot items to pick from.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. They definitely made the stay even more pleasant.

The views are insane and other worldly from very angle, the food and white wine are great and the staff are exceptional. Aside from a hot air balloon ride, I would highly recommend a cooking class in August when you can pick your own vegetables from their orchard in an open air jeep, an in room massage and a whistle stop tour to see the best of Cappadocia !
