Our group loved our recent stay here. The grounds are scenic and intimate, very comfortable and relaxing. The spacious, clean rooms are a perfect blend of authentic and modern. We ate a few meals on property and all agreed that the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was always gracious, anticipatory, and helpful.

Will definitely return! From keeping the bar open late and greeting us with local wine and cheese on our first night stay (after arriving quite late), to the delicious traditional breakfast (included with our stay), the exceptional staff and service created a dream experience! After traveling for a couple of weeks, I especially appreciated the overnight laundry service. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and I highly recommend this beautiful place for a memorable stay!

PROS
-Great location, great views and great staff! One of the nicest hotels we've ever experienced.
-Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great communication.
-Rooms were super clean, spacious and our terrace had a great view.
-Good location within walking distance to a few shopping stores and many places to eat.
-Area was quiet and property was super nice and clean.
-Moniq restaurant had amazing food and breakfast was included in our stay. Loved this!
-They were great with arranging transportation if we needed it and they were great with giving us the history of the region upon arrival

CONS
-We booked through Expedia and selected "pay later" or what Expedia calls "book now, pay later" so we were supposed to pay upon arrival. However, the hotel took the full amount for the stay out of our card 2 weeks in advance. Apparently this is an error on the hotel's part, not Expedia since the hotel gives those details/policies to Expedia. I hope the hotel can fix this since this is a big deal to a lot of people who are anticipating not having to pay until they arrive.
-Hotel for the area and for Turkey is on the more expensive side. However, our room was fantastic and you definitely get what you're paying for!
-Our room was right next to the main street the hotel is located on, you could hear some traffic throughout the day while in our room but it never kept me up at night and I am a light sleeper.

I love this hotel for its location, interior/exterior design and especially for the kindness of the staff. There's nothing you wouldn't like here. Breakfast is the most delicious compared to any other Turkish breakfast places, the food as well, so yummy. All ingredients are natural and fresh by the hotel, nothing is preserved or canned. The rooms are so authentic, and comfortable at the same time. Very very clean! As OCD as I am, I feel extremely comfortable at Taskonaklar. View is wonderful to chill and enjoy your time. The staff is extra special with their genuine smiles and help at all times. The best choice you can make in Cappadocia.

The staff was amazing. Resul was so good he was a brilliant guide to get information about local areas with a charming personality .All the staff were very kind and helpful.The breakfast is so good never experienced such good variety in food across the world.

The Taskonaklar staff truly went out of their way to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The views are spectacular, and the rooms with the outdoor jacuzzi are an amazing experience. We took their exclusive package and enjoyed the breakfasts, dinner and massage. Highly recommend :)

Beautiful place to stay in Cappadocia with a great view of the mountain and the desert. It's also close to the region's towns and city center which have shops and other things to do. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. They responded very well to any need that we had during our stay and they managed all of our transportation and activities with precision. I strongly recommend staying in Taskonaklar Hotel for anyone that wants a relaxing experience in Cappadocia.

From the moment I checked in until the time I reluctantly checked out, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I had the pleasure of staying in room 402, which was a true embodiment of luxury and comfort. The room featured a well-maintained jacuzzi that offered a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the balcony provided a breathtaking view of the Guvercinlik valley. It was mesmerizing to watch the sunrise and sunset from this vantage point.

The fireplace in the room added a touch of warmth and romance, making my stay even more memorable. It’s these thoughtful touches that set this hotel apart.

As for the location, it couldn’t have been better. Nestled in a prime spot, it was conveniently close to local attractions, yet away from the hustle and bustle, offering a serene escape.

The service was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. Every aspect of this hotel exudes a sense of exclusivity and elegance.

In summary, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing!! Stunning location overlooking Pigeon Valley, beautiful rooms (we stayed in one with a cave shower, which was quite cool), unique breakfast with local produce and an exceptional view from the balcony. Friendly and efficient staff. Definitely felt like it was a very special place and we loved everything about it.
