My wife and I stayed at this hotel whilst on our tour of Türkiye and I must say it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Daniyal at reception was very helpful in providing info with regards to places to visit. The Hotel also very kindly arranged our Balloon flights. The room was large and clean with a wonderful ambiance befitting the region. The Hotel itself is very charming with gorgeous views of mountains and hills. The wonderful ladies serving in the breakfast area were very friendly and polite. Mehmet Bey was also very considerate and helpful. A very nice establishment run by very decent people.

We enjoyed our stay here quite a lot. The room, the amenities, the service, the food, everything was perfect. Spectacular view as well. Yes, pricier than many hotels around, but it was worth it.

Taru Caves is an absolute gem in Cappadocia! The hotel itself is breathtaking — a perfect blend of history, charm, and stunning scenery. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with fresh flavors enjoyed in such a picturesque setting that it felt like a dream.
What truly made our stay exceptional was Danielle. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, connecting us with Golden Horse Ranch for a magical horseback ride and recommending Selim from Turkey Tours Cappadocia, who turned out to be one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Her care and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are massive and well equipped. Very quiet location making it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast spread had a copious amount to choose from but mostly local fare. That said they did offer a great selection of cooked eggs.
Staff and management here are off the customer service scale. Nothing was too much and I was always greeted with a friendly welcome. Arranged numerous excursions through reception.
The downside of the location is it’s quite a walk to town and it’s all uphill on the way back. Taxi was cheap enough though if this worries you

I had looked at the reviews before I booked this Hotel and based on that had a general idea of what to expect.
But Taru Cave Suites was so much better. They understand what hospitality is about. Right from check-in, to breakfast, to providing suggestions on what to do where to eat, everything was fantastic.
The room that was provided to us was really great - better than we expected.
The location is great too. It's tucked away in a quiet alley but just a min away from the main street of the area that has multiple dining and shopping options.
Views from the hotel are also great.
I highly recommend Taru Cave Suites to anyone looking to spend a great time in this area

Very nice hotel and in a nice location. Friendly staff. Archie was most helpful and supportive. The room was large, clean and well equiped. The hotel layout is so relaxed and comforting. We were advised by the about anything whenever we asked.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious (especially the fresh egg menu ordering) and I could not fault the stay here. Thank you all especially for the room upgrade! The room was out of this world and I cannot believe how relaxing it was.

The property was excellent. The room was fantastic very clean the mattress. Excellent in the bathroom with the bathtub was out of this world. The service staff took care of everything we needed.

I would not look anywhere else I would just book with them we research the prices.
We had them also, Us a private tour which guide was great. The car was awesome and we saw everything we wanted to see.
We had them also organized our transfer from the hotel to the airport and that went smooth as well.

Usually, I do not write reviews, But because they went above and beyond and did not even charge us for soda or coffee, I wrote a review.

Oh, I forgot the breakfast which was included and one day we had breakfast from 930 till 11 and we were not chased out of the breakfast area and the breakfast was excellent. Whatever we needed to be refilled they refilled for us without any charge or complain.

I Highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to Capadocia!!!

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful little hotel. It has everything you could hope for. It is close to the town centre, has a great viewing area and a very nice breakfast. What impressed me more than anything was the genuine, friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sam at the front desk. Anything we asked for he provided with a smile even down to the TV which he changed for us. We didn’t ask him to, we just asked if he could show us if we could get Netflix on it and it turned out we couldn’t so he changed the TV for us. We asked for a bit of milk the first night and said we would then buy some and he said no, no just ask me anytime. Honestly, the nicest. The room we chose was also very fun and quirky and had a big dragon as the bed head and you could change the colour lighting. I would definitely recommend this place.
