Vineyard Cave Hotel

This is a unique cave hotel, Lovely Turkish style . The breakfast is so good, lots of variety. The staff are friendly excellent. The view from the roof terrace was incredible in the morning . 10 minutes walk from the town centre, where you can find everything what you need.Ask Osman for a day trip, he has lots of different ideas. We had an amazing time, thank you.

This was truly one of the most beautiful airbnbs/hotels we have ever stayed in. The unit was clean, comfortable, wonderfully decorated, and uniquely designed. The view from the shared terra e is spectacular for sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. The service here is incredible— they will offer to do daily cleaning if you’d like new linens and towels. The breakfast spread is literally the most elaborate I have seen and extremely clean and flavorful. They made us eggs on the spot just how you like them, and they will make you coffee/tea at literally any time, however you want it. This family truly caters to its guests and they created a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. They treat you like family and they look out for you with wholesome honest sightseeing advice. They made breakfast sandwiches for us and gave us a warm goodbye at 5AM!!

Osman himself is an incredible host and speaks so many languages fluently it was impressive to watch him bounce between tables at breakfast— fluently speaking Spanish, Mandarin, English, Turkish, etc. My family only speaks Spanish, and it made a huge difference that he was able to communicate easily with them. I hope to return to this region of Turkey and I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. This felt like a 5 star experience.

Amazing stay in a lovely cave house. Osman and family were so hospitable and made us feel welcome with a tour, rooftop drinks and beautiful views! The inn is very nicely decorated and very comfortable! It is walking distance to everything in town! Get up before the sun does and bundle up (it's cold!) and go up to the terrace. You'll see an awesome sight of hot air balloons floating overhead and through the valley. We had a delicious breakfast afterward, in the warm breakfast room! Thank you, Osman, for an adventure we'll never forget!!

The hospitality is top notch, friendly and very helpful. We were informed with a lot of activities in the area. You can come here unprepared. We got welcome drinks, snacks, early check-in. The location is very central, there are plenty of options to choose for restaurants. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options too. The rooftop is very nice, you can watch the balloons or just get yourself comfortable. We even could lay down and have some rest there before we could check in.

From the booking until after we left, everything was a 5 out of 5. Osman is such a friendly and welcoming, intelligent, interesting and caring host. The Vineyard Cave Hotel is located in a perfect area close to everything you want or need with a spectacular view of the hot air balloons off the terrace. The breakfast was way above what you would expect with pastries, breads, cheeses, jams, deli meats, eggs any way you want them, juices, chocolate spread, cheesecake, an assortment of nuts, olives and eggs prepared any way you want them plus more. If you can't find something you like for breakfast in the spread they offer, you are just too picky! I could go on and on about this Hotel, it was that good. We spent an amazing 10 days here including a milestone birthday celebration and I would not have wanted to be anywhere else. Osman gave us recommendations when asked, took care of all our shuttles and did I mention there are coffees and juices available all day long? Book it now!

Nice cave hotel in Göreme, slightly off the main street.
Room was very spacious, wide bathroom, very clean and comfy.
Good breakfast to start off ur day.
Osman, the owner, speaks maybe 10 different languages beside English, no chances for communication barriers :)
He also helps u out a lot with tours and all u need to have great time in Cappadocia.

Best hotel in Göreme. The hotel is located very centrally, but still has an amazing view of the balloons on the terrace so you get the best of both. The terrace and rooms are very traditional and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and well organised. Osman was a perfect host, and helped us arrange our trip. 2 days here wasn’t enough - will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time! Osman was so helpful with booking tours and recommendations in the area. He was incredibly proactive with communications. Breakfast was a proper cooked one with eggs! Was quite the treat.
The view from the rooftop of the balloon was gorgeous, very easy to just pop up stairs to watch.
Just a short walk to town with restaurants and shops etc.
We high recommend!

Not enough stars to describe this stay. Wow!! What a great hospitality. Osman and his staff were great host. He speaks multiple languages and is always there to answer questions or needs during your stay. My partner even went to play fútbol with him! He also accommodates any transportation to and from airport or any activities you may want to do. Great experience overall. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is super dreamy. Location is great because it’s a little street off the Main Street and it has a great rooftop for sunrise/sunset. If you’re thinking of booking with them please do, you won’t regret it!
