Excellent location, lovely and friendly staff with professional attitude. Amazing food on rooftop restaurant. Close to ferry. Room amenities were good. The bathrooms are modern. Swimming pool was refreshing and the breakfast has a lot of options.

Very friendly and helpful staff who took care of us during our stay. They accommodated our needs to the best of their abilities and provided consistent excellent customer service. This hotel is in a great, convenient location if you wish to be located next to the beach where you can go on the small boats for cruises and Stone Town shops, cafes and markets. It’s also a short walk away from the Forodhani Park (night food market) and Darajani souq if you fancy some shopping. Overall 10/10 experience. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Room 204 needs an uplift. The bed isn’t in good condition, the aircon isn’t in good shape too. Broken shower head and the toilet seat is cracking. The mirror in the room is also very misty and there is a smell that just won’t go away. The service is good though, the staff is polite and attentive.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever!
I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in my entire life! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place doesn’t care about its guests, especially if they think you don’t have money. The reservation manager, who was by far the rudest person in the entire hotel, completely messed up our booking. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they acted as if it was somehow our fault!
My family was treated with utter disrespect and disdain. We were spoken to in a condescending manner and ignored when we asked for help. It was clear they have no idea how to provide decent customer service, and they made us feel unwelcome the entire time.
This place is unprofessional, rude, and not worth your money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs! Worst experience ever.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry terminal and major sites of Stone Town. Has a good view of the water from the roof top restaurant where the food served is edible. Room is decent, but bathroom could use some updating and re-grouting.

Decent price and nice hotel. Breakfast was good but busy and not enough seating. For physically impaired... the list is not functional. Pool is under construction.
