The service was amazing and the location is perfect as it is near all of the Santa Fe landmarks. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and have a snack and a drink. My only complaint is the rooms being a bit dated for the price.

The hotel and location itself is actually really beautiful, comfortable and there’s lots of fun things to see and do but wow did my team and I experience some very interesting moments whilst staying there…
I’d like to start off with that my small team of 4 women (including myself) had travelled from Australia and we’re super excited to be in Santa Fe for the weekend. The interesting moments came when the 2 team members of my team who are coincidentally also the only 2 people of colour in the team were asked on multiple occasions “if they were guests there?” and “please prove you’re a guest here so what’s your name and room number” while they were doing some work on their laptops in the lobby/bar area.(it’s a huge and mostly empty room so there wasn’t a crowd of people waiting or wanting seats) The security guard who was asking these questions was provided proof fairly quickly by my 2 team members that they were indeed guests and yet, they were still kicked out and told to go back to their room because “it’s a hotel policy that you can’t be down here” despite just only sitting there with earphones in, doing their work while not disturbing anyone. When we brought this up with the hotel desk staff - they said there is no such policy and so it turns out the security will probably make up rules to escort you out if they don’t like the way you look? Because why else would staff tell their paying guests they can’t use their facilities? (especially if that particular space is open 24/7 & no it wasn’t being cleaned at that time either)
Also if you look anything other than white and just somewhat standout in someway, older white ladies who are also just guests will probably ask you the same thing as the security guard did (yes, that really happened)
I know this because myself and my other team member (who is also white) had not being questioned or even asked to provide anything to prove that we are guests the entire time we had been there. As well as going out of our way to just quickly ask other guests who were at the pool the same time as us (they were also white) if they had been questioned at all and turns out they hadn’t been approached once! interesting..

Impressive hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool to chill in (not quite one for swimming). The location is fantastic and parking was complementary in my visit. Do not dine here though! There are plenty of incredible options close to the hotel !

The checkin experience was ridiculous. And the front desk manager told me I needed to calm down after waiting more than 15 mins trapped by 2 cars. Bellman came and took the luggage from the car behind me and told those people to go ahead and drive down to valet. It's mandatory valet parking but no one near the hotel entrance to tell you that. I complained at the front desk...once I could move my car. That's when the manager at the front desk told me to calm down. There were 3 people at the front desk working when I came in to ask what the process was. He's the one who answered while waiting on other guests. I didn't ask him to tell me. One would think the other 2 people would know the answer...they weren't waiting on anyone. I rarely give a bad review but the price I'm paying to stay here doesn't equate to value and lack of customer satisfaction.

Rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. Views from the hotel are incredible. Great gift shop and lounge area near Cava bar.
Had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Incredible. So many great places to check out within walking distance of the hotel. Would absolutely visit again and check into the spa this time!

The location of the hotel was great. You were right in the Old Town and everything was just a short walk. Entering the Hotel was everything was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the restaurant was delicious and so were the margaritas.
The pool was beautiful although a bit cold. The staff handled guests that were being rude not being able to drink alcohol in the spa very well as they were drunk and revolting to a young staff member.

We were enticed here by the off season discount, but ultimately we're not impressed. We paid extra for a room with a fireplace, but no wood was available to start a fire (they said it was all wet). Our breakfast order for the next day was not input, which was also annoying. The door to the shower was put in backwards, so there is no way to turn it on without getting soaked in the process. The staff were all very nice, however, especially the front desk. Valet service was prompt and professional.

This Place was great! The staff was extremely friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is walking distance from the a bunch of restaurants. My room had a great view of the mountains! They also sent mailed us a guide book for the city, about a week before our stay! truly a great hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! The beds are actually really comfortable. The windows are also able to be opened which I found pretty cool! Some friends staying in another room had issues with the AC but it was resolved quickly.
