Came here for a vacation and it was amazing. The hotel was awesome and had so many cool amenities. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to Disneyland for $5 a day which is extremely reasonable. The staff go up and beyond to make sure all their guests are satisfied. If I come back to orange county I’ll definitely be re-booking with this hotel.

This is a really neat hotel with an Atrium extending the entire length of the building up to its top most floors. We brought our family and all of us enjoyed the pool area Outdoors as well. Driving to and from Disneyland is a very short trip, but watch out for the overnight parking charge which feels like a lot to spend.

The room was clean. The water park was great for the kids. The bathrooms and showers were clean. It wasn't too crowded on Thursday. Didn't really care for the wristband having to wear it the whole day. Wife also said the desk person wasn't really nice. We were there again recently for Thursday and Friday. This hotel was great! Our room was so clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet. A very cute hotel that is model just like the olden days. The insides of the rooms resemble castles and has an ambiance that is definitely unique. It isn't really Disney inspired inside the rooms even though it is so close to Disneyland. They do have a bus that goes to and from the park, so take advantage of that. Been staying here for our Disneyland trips for several years now. Very little to complain about. If anything is ever not right, they promptly fix it. It’s always been a good experience here and we always look forward to the next stay. Very convenient, good staff, and not overpriced. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything a hotel should have. It gets cleaned everyday, has a pool, and good service. The wifi is good, the beds are comfy, and overall a good hotel. The one thing that is a little negative is that you should always have your key card because you will need it to access everything, such as the pool on the bottom floor, and the icebox on floor 3. 4.5/5 stars for me

Staff is friendly and generally helpful. The location is horrid though, its not centerally located near anything. So you have to either eat at the hotel or take public transportation to go to restaurants, shops etc... They do have a ART bus that goes directly to Disneyland so that was a positive. Loved the pool but definitely need to keep on top of cleaning it. We had a great view of the fireworks...

Had a great stay here. Firstly staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and there's a burger restaurant in the lobby that I didn't take advantage of. Location is just under 2km to Disneyland which was the main purpose of our visit. There's a bus that will take you straight there that you catch just outside provided by the city for $5.50 per adult. I'd stay again.

Such a great experience. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago during my Disney Dirty 30 celebration. Every staff member I came across was super nice and helpful, and they had easy access to everything we needed. Maritza (sp?) was especially helpful with maps and park info, and they even left me a little birthday gift! I would 100% recommend staying here for Disneyland trips, especially.

We've stayed here a dozen times. It is a quick .5 mile walk to either park, there is a McDonald's, a Mimi's and a Panera right outside. The shower/tub was not good. Tub didn't hold the water and then we I swapped to the shower the flow was very disappointing. It served the purpose but the head clearly needed to be replaced.

When we arrived the room was nice a clean. Amenities: there is a TV mini fridge, coffee maker (with coffee and tea provided) and a microwave. Unfortunately, our TV wasn't working. You can here people running around on the floors above, showers, etc., but the family rooms (regular room w/partition and bunk beds) are great! The venue is fine if staying during a visit to Disneyland. The hotel and facilities are average standard but thats all you need if you are just using the room for relaxation/sleep. As Disneyland is soo expensive this is good value for money

Our Parlor Suite was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities including 2 flat screen TVs, microwave and refrigerator. The pool was the perfect temperature and Jacuzzi was amazing. Overall comfortable place to stay. Not super expensive and the location is pretty good. The service staff was very nice, especially the guy serving breakfast, super friendly. There is a $10 fee to park. Breakfast included was pretty good with many different options including made to order pancakes. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk, to the cook, to the cleaning crew! Loved that they asked me what floor we would prefer. We said we wanted a room close to the pool and they delivered. Room was clean and smelled great. We loved the free breakfast and that they are a pet friendly hotel. Gym is small but gets the job done. Pool was refreshing and the jacuzzi felt amazing...

Super nice here.... The rooms are so big and always a beautiful view out the windows.... This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to, I will always recoment that this is where you go I'd your trying to stay somewhere a litter nicer than a motel 6.... The prices are honestly really goof too for a nicer hotel.... Just over a 100 bucks for a room.... Not bad....

We were very impressed with Ayres hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel. Staff was on point. Very nice and professional. Our room was clean every night. We stayed here because it was walking distance to Disneyland. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have free WiFi for customers. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. They also have a parking garage. Be advised though, they are no longer called Ramada they are called Wyndham. I highly recommend. It's also right next to great places to eat.

Great hotel. It was so nice. The beds were absolute heaven to sleep in. No loud sounds. Workers are also really nice. In a good location to walk over to 711 or any small resturants. Can't wait to see what it looks like after renovations.

Stayed here on our most recent trip to Disney. Hotel is under construction, but they keep it quiet. On the second night we found a few ants in the room (something had spilled behind the furniture). Staff was very apologetic and immediately helped us switch rooms. The hotel is a short walk to the parks, which was a huge plus for us. We would definitely stay again.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Though the hotel was in the midst of re-construction, we weren't bothered by it. And could get glances for the new, very pretty lobby.

This hotel is perfect for any stay! The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. There are no extra bogus fees you have to pay when checking in (Not including the deposit since that is refunded) and the drive to the Mickey Parking Lot is very short and convenient. Overall would recommend a stay here if you'll be visiting Disneyland.

It gets some noise from the freeway so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Its a good room at a good rate and breakfast is as expected. Would recommend.

Good location. Away from Disney and Knotts traffic, but not too far. If you're on the west side of the building and an upper floor. Fridge works well. Toilet was leaking when we first got to the room, but they fixed it quickly.

Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. Traffic is a little noisy, but not too bad. Breakfast is decent. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The customer service was amazing and pleasant. The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful in terms of navigating to different restaurants and Disneyland and much more. The room and bathroom was spacious. The interior Is a bit dated however, I definitely had a comfortable sleep. Overall, an amazing experience, I will be returning.

Service was great, all the employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well furnished. My only complaint is that the pillows were comfortable for sitting/laying on for a while but a full night's sleep left my neck uncomfortable.

We had a great stay here. It's within walking distance to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast is great. The rooms are pretty nice. It's a great option for traveling with children. We can put them to bed in the back sitting room area and then stay up in the main bedroom area. We have stayed here twice now. This hotel is very nice having suites and family suites which are great for our family of 4. The kids have their own room with their own TV giving us more space than a hotel room. The staff is friendly and I like that they will check you in hours before your room is ready, so you know there won't be any problems when you come back from Disneyland to get your room keys...

I didn't give it a 4 because the pull out mattress was horrible along with the under the sink.. the pipes where not fitted correctly so much 6 month old hit it and water leaked out. yet for the price it was great . my family paid under 170 for a family of 6! I do also wish the had a better pool. it's a inside pool... in California.... really.... that needs to change

Very family friendly. Breakfast could be better. Parking is by valet when the lot is full, they are very quick to get your car. Pool was cold and a little smaller than we expected. Incredibly convenient for going to Disneyland. We would stay there again.

No frills budget option for your next visit to Anaheim. The amenities are extremely basic and the rooms are a tad outdated. My bed was somewhat firm, which is okay because that’s how I like my mattress but I think lots of people will probably be uncomfortable with how firm it is.
