I stayed here to go to Anaheim Disney. It's very clean, and there are Target and restaurants nearby, so you can go out safely even at night.
Its a great stay.Room is clean. The only thing is my room did not include breakfast.
The room is clean and the service is good. I will go there again next time.
The room is close to Disneyland and there are many people who come to Disneyland. The parking fee is very expensive, $30 a night, and breakfast is as high as $33.
Last minute trip was successful with amazing accommodations and great staff interaction
Great deal ! Ussualy cost more ! Hotel facilities are super !

Fantastic location, fantastic facilities and fantastic staff
I was a little worried after reading the bad reviews left here but after staying I have to say this place was great. I found no issues with cleanliness, staff or park wait times. We didn't partake in any additional activities or dining offered by the resort so I can't speak to food quality or pricing. The park offered enough enjoyment for us over a 2 night, 3 day stay to not have to worry about...
Your opinion of Great Wolf Lodge will depend on your expectation going in so I will do my best to simply talk about what they are, pros and cons rather than just talk about my experience there. To start, they are more than a water park. If I were rating them just as a water park, I would rate them on the lower side. However, as a water park, there are two definite pros. One is that the slides are...
My family had a WONDERFUL visit to Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove! The water park was a BLAST and it was easy to stay the entire day without getting bored. My children could not get enough of all of the slides, wave pool, and boggie board ride. There was one employee that made our day EXTRA SPECIAL. Our children were shopping for present in the gift shop area and GRISELDA was so kind and helpful...
The room was clean. The water park was great for the kids. The bathrooms and showers were clean. It wasn't too crowded on Thursday. Didn't really care for the wristband having to wear it the whole day. Wife also said the desk person wasn't really nice. We were there again recently for Thursday and Friday. It was definitely busy this time around.
It was fun for the whole family. We really enjoyed our 2 days there. The indoor water park was the best. I can't wait to go back... I've been back 3 times since the first time. The family can't get enough of this place, it's a one stop shop vacation and I love the convenience of it all! Always a blast!

Cute, nice place to bring the family. Lots of families, lots of kids. Staff was great, rooms are large and comfortable, but a little dated. Lighting is a little rough, bath/shower could use some updates. Water drains a little slow and temp won't be able to burn the kids, but warm enough for a good shower. Overall it was a great hotel with good shuttle service to Disney. Would easily stay here...
Love coming here. We stay here every 2 years and travel from Australia. Would not stay anywhere else. Staff are amazing, rooms are lovely and big, very clean and beds are so comfortable. Free shuttle to Disneyland and great shopping and restaurants Close by. Highly recommend this hotel.
Food was very good. Calamari was real, chicken wings cooked perfect. Fast room service. Suite was a okay, could hear hallway and adjacent rooms. Suite bathrooms out dated. Off campus of Disney land to the north along the 5. Shuttle buss every 30 minutes was nice and worked for us.
This hotel was great! Our room was so clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet. Really close to Disneyland, and it even helped that there was a free shuttle to and from the park each day. There was a restaurant that had really good food, and a little shop that had candy and soda, which we got drinks for breakfast each morning. The staff was really nice, will absolutely stay there...
A very cute hotel that is model just like the olden days. The insides of the rooms resemble castles and has an ambiance that is definitely unique. It isn't really Disney inspired inside the rooms even though it is so close to Disneyland. They do have a bus that goes to and from the park, so take advantage of that. One suggestion, buy snacks, food, or drinks at a nearby gas station or store. The store...
Been staying here for our Disneyland trips for several years now. Very little to complain about. If anything is ever not right, they promptly fix it. It’s always been a good experience here and we always look forward to the next stay. Very convenient, good staff, and not overpriced. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Location is very good and walkable to Disneyland. Can see firework from our room. Near to many eateries.
Is Jennifer at the front desk the best person ever? She's certainly in my top 10! She was able to get me a room for an unscheduled early check in and she made the kiddo I was traveling with feel incredibly special. 10/10 will come back just for that. The room was just right for spending the day at the park and you really can't beat that location.
Nice rooms, good prices, just a few minutes walk to the entrance to Disneyland. All the staff we met were super friendly. Nice gift shop with Disneyland stuff, snacks, and other needs. Rooms are large and well kept. Will be on my list to stay at on the next Disney trip.
This is a good hotel for a family trip to Disneyland. However, the bedding has a strange overall smell. It is convenient because it is close to the amusement park.
This is a great place to stay for your Disney trip. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent and of course, location is everything. It gets a bit noisy at 9:30 with the fireworks! We didn't use the pool but it looked well maintained. The only thing we found ourselves laughing about was the "theme room". It's literally just a older Disney theme wallpaper mural on one wall. Anyway...
Absolutely love this hotel. My family has stayed here every time we’ve visited Disneyland (5 times in the last 9 years) and have enjoyed each visit. Obviously being close to the park is the biggest perk, but the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. Love that they have done a birthday amenity for one of my kids on two separate visits. They are very accommodating to any special requests. We...

The staff were professional, pleasant, and welcoming. The facility was clean, with a mid century flair. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The location proximity to Disneyland was excellent. Parking was reasonable and convenient. Thank you.
From check in to our entire stay, the staff, the hotel, location were just great
It was a great great place to stay right across from entrance to California Avenue park and Disneyland. Comfy beds. Full free breakfast in morning. Not made to order. But Buffett style. Very good.
Very welcoming staff and excellent guest room. The BIG BONUS is that is opposite the entry TO DISNEYLAND making my 82 year old mother in law happy (The hotel also has an elevator). We arrived early in the morning for our visit to DISNEY and although our room was not ready the staff were happy to store our luggage until we got back and were happy to see them IN OUR ROOM on our return. The big surprise...
Convenient location. Walking distance to Disneyland gate. Staff was very friendly and responsive. However, this hotel needs some serious updating. I get it, you're across the street from the Disneyland Parks. So people will always fill your hotel no matter what. But come on. Our room had a very faint smell of sewage when we first got in the room. But we turned on the A/C and opened the windows, so...
Closer to disneyland than the Disney hotel itself, seriously we walked and it was so much easier! Breakfast was great, they don’t have the individual waffle makers (which we love) but they offer many options for breakfast so that was perfect for our mornings before Disney. Extremely clean hotel, pool was vacuumed every morning and the staff were quick and helpful with any little thing we needed. We...

This is a beautiful hotel that is located behind the Cars right outside the park. The decor is very nice and rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. You can't go wrong staying here.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a family trip, and found it to be quite nice! The room was clean and well kept, and the location was very convenient to Disneyland. Ample parking was available and the complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend!
I loved staying in this hotel! There were 2 of us staying in a studio style unit. It came equipped with everything we needed! It was super clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating! It was nice having a full kitchen since we were in town for a week. This hotel felt like a home away from home rather than a room to crash in. The pool deck was awesome! It’s within walking distance to Disneyland...
The rooms were fantastic! It was very clean and very updated and modern. The gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The morning breakfast was superb. Clean. And high quality. The hotel is located directly across from Disneyland. I would probably recommend staying here than the Disney hotels if you are visiting Disneyland.
I had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It is conveniently located next to the Anaheim Convention center and Disneyland. I will definitely come here again.
If the Residence Inn is within your budget, this is a great option. It can be a bit pricey compared to some of the other nearby hotels/inns, but the quality you get here is extraordinary. The rooms are modern masterpieces with full kitchens. If you plan on staying in town for awhile, the rooms here make for excellent homes away from home. One of my favorite places to stay when going to Disneyland. It's VERY child friendly, so fair warning to anyone with no/older children, but it's very fun for little ones with having a regular pool and a small water park area. The location is great, it's not too far a walk to get to and back from the parks. Also not to mention that it's VERY clean! Never really see any bugs. I would highly recommend...
We recently stayed here for our trip to SoCal. Check in was a breeze, front desk staff very friendly. We stayed in building 1, room was clean and updated. Queen bed was super comfortable after a long day at the park. Housekeeping services was provided every 2 days. Rooms are fairly quiet unless your neighbor slams their door. We shopped for a few things in the store, the pool areas were decent, although...
The room was standard but most importantly the walk to Disneyland was pretty quick, less than 10 minutes. But far enough that it was quiet. Rooms were quiet, we were on the second floor but no noise complaints. Beds were comfortable. Splash pad was fun for the kids! Small shop at the hotel.
Completely surpassed my expectations. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Double sinks in the bathroom was great for my family of 4. The pools were both amazing and staffed by lifeguards for extra eyes on the kids. The pirate pool was so entertaining for the kids with the splash pads while I enjoyed the hot tub. And the walk to Disney was right around 10 min...
My daughter and I stayed here this last week for our Disneyland trip. I chose this hotel for the location and the family friendly atmosphere. The location is next to Disneyland, within walking distance. Nearby hotels are basically in the same area, and the distance is about the same. You can also see the fireworks show from the hotel, and there are many places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite large, and they all have small balconies. The hotel is like a small garden, and there is also a water park for children to play. Because there is...
There was a high $25 daily parking rate that was not mentioned by the hotel or the booking site prior to check in at the time of our stay. Be aware that the hotel will try to add additional charges to your reservation to pad their revenue.

Excellent location. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and courteous. The pool area is very nice, we enjoyed their lounge and poolside bar. The Disney shuttle stops right in front of the hotel and is very convenient.
Everything was good. No problems to report. Room was clean and things were nice. Close enough to walk to Disneyland in 10 min. Parking is $15 or $20 per day but other than that nothing to really complain about. We didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel though.
Very nice hotel! Really close to the disneyland parks. Literally across the street and to the right. Room was nice but even after check in time the room sad not ready. They're system was down so going to the bar and restaurant was a bad experience. But the food was good there.
Facility was very Disney themed, looked to have easy transportation to the park. Meeting rooms seem a bit dated, and the bathroom was being worked on during my visit for a seminar. Staff seemed friendly and lobby was clean and well maintained.
Wallet and pet friendly place close to Disneyland! Rooms are decent and kept clean. The restaurant inside makes decent food (club sandwich was huge!!). Staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
Red Lion was a great experience. Rooms were nicer than I expected. Everything in the rooms worked. Amenities were ok, nothing I put to use. I will say the breakfast buffet was lacking for the price they we're asking. ($11.95) is a lot to ask for a 4 item buffet. We ended up not eating there. But the overall experience of the stay was nice.

It's a 10-minute walk to the park. The purchase price ratio is very high. The breakfast variety is very suitable for children. The only bad thing about the room is that the air conditioner is very loud, buzzing, everything else is OK
I loved this hotel. Very close walking distance to disney and super peaceful. Breakfast was good in the morning and room was clean. Definitely will be staying here again
This room is very good. Although it is only 50 square meters, it has a living room and bedroom separated, which is very rare. It is a 10-minute walk from Disneyland and there is a CVS downstairs. The only thing is that the parking fee is expensive, 35 dollars a day.
My family has been to this hotel a few times now and we have always had a great experience. This stay was also very nice until we decided to have dinner and go for a swim at the pool. We got out of the pool and came back to find our food and chairs crawling with cockroaches. We couldn’t finish our meal because they were crawling around our food and possibly on it. Shortly after we got our things and...
Amazing hotel! I've stayed at this location three times now with my family. The woman who helped us, I believe her name was Cecilia(?) wad absolutely amazing. The suite is large and the sofa bed is a bit soft. The location is great and it's very convenient to walk to Disneyland. There is a small supermarket open 24 hours a day downstairs. If you are lucky, you can see the Disney fireworks in the room🎆, and the bedding is also good.

The Rooms, Location are top notch. They are clean and comfortable The check in process was the literal low point of our entire trip. I'm unsure if it's because we used a 3rd party booking but literally we waited for our room and every group, family that came in had their rooms ready. We waited for 2 hours with no updates. So if you're coming- just plan on an official check in at 4:00 pm. Most hotels...
This was my second time staying at the Grand Legacy and I liked it even more! Both times we have stayed in a Luxury View room with 2 Queen beds. Check in was very easy. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. No issues with noise. We didn’t take advantage of the pool, as we were literally only there to sleep and spent all of our time at Disney. Quick walk to the park’s entrance. Maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget. Parking is a little tight but luckily we didn’t have to move our car...
Hands down the best value for a hotel in the area. The location is absolutely perfect for those visiting Disneyland and California Adventure. Great breakfast and nice people. It will be even better if they have a laundry room.
Staff were lovely & very helpful to our giant group of dancers & families. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Housekeeping remade the 2 beds in the room, but stripped and left sheets on top of the pull out sofa bed, which I thought was odd given it was obvious someone was sleeping in it! They need to leave more than just 1 sheet & blanket in the room, although the staff at the desk happily gave...
Stay with family for 3 nights Great location to stay for visiting Disneyland
The story is of customer service: I think of them as our hotel family. I have stayed at many hotels in the Anaheim resort. Always a bit more expensive but to note all hotels are pricey there in the area. I have found that hotels which seem a good deal are that way for a bad reason. I try to balance cost with experience and I value a few things at this Hyatt Place. First and foremost is the staff...
Overall good service at fair price
Stayed for 5 nights while visiting a local attraction. Staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us water bottles upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a welcome gift in our room - balloons, treats, and a gift card for their in-hotel snacks. The room was clean and spacious. Great hotel. It was so nice. The beds were absolute heaven to sleep in. No loud sounds. Workers are also really nice. In a good location to walk over to 711 or any small resturants. Can't wait to see what it looks like after renovations.
Stayed here on our most recent trip to Disney. Hotel is under construction, but they keep it quiet. On the second night we found a few ants in the room (something had spilled behind the furniture). Staff was very apologetic and immediately helped us switch rooms. The hotel is a short walk to the parks, which was a huge plus for us. We would definitely stay again.
The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Though the hotel was in the midst of re-construction, we weren't bothered by it. And could get glances for the new, very pretty lobby.
This hotel is perfect for any stay! The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. There are no extra bogus fees you have to pay when checking in (Not including the deposit since that is refunded) and the drive to the Mickey Parking Lot is very short and convenient. Overall would recommend a stay here if you'll be visiting Disneyland.

The location was great, right in front of Disney Park. We were on the first floor, which was good, but it was a two-story (three-story) motel and it would have been impossible to carry suitcases up the stairs, so that was good. There is a microwave in the room, but no electric kettle. Please note that the convenience store does not sell any food.
It was very close to Disney Park and very convenient. There was a microwave in the room, which was very helpful. I felt that the noise of people running and talking in the hallway was a little loud, but I was able to bear it because it was close to the park. The venue is fine if staying during a visit to Disneyland. The hotel and facilities are average standard but thats all you need if you are just using the room for relaxation/sleep. As Disneyland is soo expensive this is good value for money
Our Parlor Suite was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities including 2 flat screen TVs, microwave and refrigerator. The pool was the perfect temperature and Jacuzzi was amazing. The customer service has been outstanding. I'm glad that I selected this hotel over the others in the Disneyland area. I plan to stay again.
Great place. Super close to disneyland! Pool, coin operated laundry, coffee pot in room and microwave. Store connected to the hotel. Easy check in. Friendly staff.
Nice and clean hotel rooms. Beware of 1 parking spot per room rental. They only give you one pass per car unless you hassle with them. Not giving a 5 since this isnt really made apparent until you're checking in. Otherwise it'd be 5 stars.
Good value. Clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. Very close to Disneyland. Also a good, reasonably priced on-site store that carries more items than most hotel stores do. This place isn't fancy by any means, but if you are going to Disneyland, who needs a fancy room?
Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, especially Eric at the front desk upon check in! We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very reasonably priced hotel directly across the street from Disneyland. So glad i discovered it. We stay here every trip now. Not a 5 star hotel but a clean place to sleep. Refrigerator, microwave and free continental breakfast. What more do you need?
We have stayed here twice now. This hotel is very nice having suites and family suites which are great for our family of 4. The kids have their own room with their own TV giving us more space than a hotel room. The staff is friendly and I like that they will check you in hours before your room is ready, so you know there won't be any problems when you come back from Disneyland to get your room keys...
great location. great place. I didn't give it a 4 because the pull out mattress was horrible along with the under the sink.. the pipes where not fitted correctly so much 6 month old hit it and water leaked out. yet for the price it was great . my family paid under 170 for a family of 6! I do also wish the had a better pool. it's a inside pool... in California.... really.... that needs to change
Very family friendly. Breakfast could be better. Parking is by valet when the lot is full, they are very quick to get your car. Pool was cold and a little smaller than we expected. Incredibly convenient for going to Disneyland. We would stay there again.
No frills budget option for your next visit to Anaheim. The amenities are extremely basic and the rooms are a tad outdated. My bed was somewhat firm, which is okay because that’s how I like my mattress but I think lots of people will probably be uncomfortable with how firm it is.

The price/performance ratio is not high, but the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the stadium to watch an ice hockey game. It is mainly a hotel for fans. The breakfast for self-stay is average. In short, it is convenient for guests without a car to stay for one night.
Good location. Facilities, service, and cleanliness are all very good. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is popular with many people. I would like to stay again

A MUST SAY! My family and I felt welcomed by the staff and enjoyed our time at this hotel. We also appreciated the upgrade and found the rooms in exceptional condition. The hotel was clean, refreshing, comfortable, and it felt like home. We look forward to our next trip to Disney and/or Angel's game; and especially our stay at the Town Place Suites Anaheim Maingate. Please let your staff know...
Nice hotel with good amenities. The kitchen is always nice to have and a full refrigerator. The hotel staff was nice, the rooms were quite, and the coffee is always available. Good for short or long stays. Also, it has free parking and is close to Disney and the Angels stadium.
Perfect! We saw a concert at the Grove and it was only a 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants near by and convenance stores. Still the hotel has fresh hot coffee and a snack anytime for free. If you need more they offer other food etc for purchase. The breakfast was great too with a nice atmosphere! The wifi was flawless and easy connect. Everyone was friendly. They made our overnight trip...
It's a standard Towneplace suite hotel with breakfast in the morning. This is a very popular spot for Disney traffic. it's nice enough and there's a Starbucks in walking distance. It's cool being next to the Angels stadium.
We loved the room and the staff was very helpful for when we needed the TV changed out, water issue in the shower as well as getting a package shipped. The breakfast is nice with waffles (teddy bear mold!) as well as eggs and breakfast meat. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked in good condition. The Disneyland shuttle picks up right outside on a set schedule you can text for arrivals...
Great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was professionally helpful and efficient. They really surprised me when they made the hide a bed and put my daughter's stuffed animals on the pillows for her. I was also pleasantly surprised when they did the dished we had left when we rushed out the door to go to Disneyland. Easy 5 stars and I wish I could give at least one more.
