Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Amazing hotel! I've stayed at this location three times now with my family. The woman who helped us, I believe her name was Cecilia(?) wad absolutely amazing. She upgraded my room to a 2 bed bachelor suite with fireworks view after hearing that my mom and myself were planning to share a bed to save some money.
I'm so incredibly thankful because it really made our trip a bit better for getting some rest. The beds were pretty comfortable and I really enjoyed the room. It was clean, spacious, and pretty close to Disneyland.
A special shout out to the cleaning staff of this hotel. They do a really great job and it shows through how well-kept the entire hotel is.

I think my only complaint would be the pillows were a TOUCH uncomfortable and it would be nice if breakfast was available until 10am every day, rather than just weekends. Literally my only picky thing was the fact that I had to wake up around 8am to run downstairs to get breakfast even on my days off from Disney. Which if you do rope-drop to close. There is nothing more you want than to sleep in. That is just me being picky though.

I also appreciate that check out is noon, rather than 10am to 11am like most hotels. It was fantastic getting to sleep in on our final day/travel day.

This well maintained hotel is great because of rooms, hot breakfast, location and courteous staff. Easy, flat walk to Disneyland. Was happy to have security on site at main entrance. We didn’t use pool or gym but plenty of other guests appreciated those amenities.

We had such a great 3 night stay for our Disneyland vacation. Very family friendly. Rooms were really clean, and having a kitchen that had pots and pans, dishes and cutlery made it easy to make food since we have various food allergies making eating out difficult. Gym, pool and jacuzzi were also very nicely designed and also very clean. Staff were very nice and housekeeping was really fast with our requests. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved this hotel. We spent 6 nights here and it was fantastic. Despite many whinging reviews I’ve read from people, this was a great hotel. The location is fantastic if you’re heading to the Disney Parks, it’s only a 10 min walk and after a busy day enjoying Disney Magic, you need somewhere close. We stayed in a family suite and it was perfect for 6 people. The room was big, the bathroom spacious, and the room service was sublime. We even had a view of the Disneyland fireworks which was great.
My only disappointment was that the sofa bed was pretty bad. You could hear the springs throughout the night and it wasn’t comfortable according to my kids.
The breakfast is good, plentiful but it can be the same stuff each day which I know can be tough if you’re expecting variety. The staff in the breakfast are awesome, loved them!!
The front desk staff are great. We had the pleasure of Jessica on the occasions we needed to check in and extend our stay and she was great. She is a real credit to the hotel and her helpfulness was gratefully noted by our family. An awesome hotel in a marvelous location!!

We were in town for a couple of days. Honestly we were surprised by many things. Firstly, the room is not a traditional hotel room. It is a condo with two beds. Huge space with all the amenities that you want in a home including a fully equipped kitchen. Second the staff there are very professional and go above and beyond. Not just in checking in and out, but when we checked in they asked us why we were in the city and we told them that we are here for a funeral. The staff were super sympathetic. And to our surprise after we came back from the funeral, they had left us a bag with some water, juice, and chocolates as well as a card expressing their sympathies. I have never expericed something as nice from a hotel and cannot wait to come back.

This hotel is very new, modern and clean. It's seems as though it was updated very recently. The rooms are nice, and everything is contemporary. The swimming pool and hot tub are are well maintained. The breakfast is incredible. One of the best I've ever had that is included with the room. The best part is if you're going to Disneyland, you are a short 10 minute walk away.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Morning breakfast is very good. Disneyland entrance is 2 long blocks away with plenty of places to eat nearby.The only complaint is that the shower head and water pressure needs work. It's one level from dripping. In all, we had a great stay.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt House. The hotel and room were beautifully decorated and was a short 10 min walk to the Disneyland gates. Our two Queen studio was very spacious and had a kitchenette including fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishwasher. A Walgreen's was close by for any snacks or supplies that we need. The free breakfast was awesome, lots of selection and very tasty. We will definitely stay there on our next trip back, highly recommended.
