Once I finally made to the the front of the line they attempted to resend the digital key, which never worked, and issued me key cards. Hauled all the luggage and kids back up to the room and finally got into the room
Outdoor pool wasn't that big but it had one of those small kid water play area like you see at a water park. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay
The positives: -Great location to Disneyland, it took us less than 15 minutes to walk there -The staff was nice and welcoming and did not blame them for the issues as they seemed frustrated as there was nothing they could do
2) the refrigerator was broken, the same person who came to help us also found a working fridge. He mentioned that they have been limited in working fridges while they go through the transformation
They also offered a paid upgrade option, which was weird as I thought Gold and Diamond members received free room upgrades based on availability. I'm not sure if this is why we received a filthy room
I was told by the valet that I only had 10 minutes to check in or I would be charged for valet for being parked to long, then proceeded to say I would never make it on time due to the renovations

everyone who encountered any member of staff usually became polite - they constantly acknowledged my presence. I really liked the gym - the right selection of equipment, towels and much more

The restaurant has also become quite charming. I ate there, as soon as they offer a menu or a buffet for lunch, I chose the latter. The buffet was a great choice and turned out to be fresh, plentiful and delicious
Excellent 4 * hotel next to Disneyland. The rooms are fairly new and of a good size. Breakfasts for an additional fee, excellent. A luxurious congress center with many meeting rooms and excellent service.
You can’t hear anything outside it’s so nice and quite. They upgraded our room on our last night back. Love the breakfast and Starbucks down stairs
The staff team has developed into a friendly, attentive, typical and professional group regardless of our huge and at times annoying group

Pros: - Room are nice & clean - Lobby area is very open - Parking lot is huge - Swimming pool - Arcade room - Shuttle service to Disneyland - Close to Target - Bug free Cons: - Far from Disneyland - Parking lot is far from entrance - Not much food choices in the area
Just hope they don't have a conference on whilst you stay there. outside space is great, the pool is a little on the small side and not very deep at all
They went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was special -- upgraded our room free of charge, gave us hotel credit to use at the restaurants, and even delivered a special letter and wine to our room on the morning of the anniversary
I've stayed in all the hotels along Harbor and this one wins, by miles. Aside from it being a beautiful hotel, the staff is amazing. Super friendly, helpful, quick. We love having the Starbucks in the lobby
The room was spacious and clean, the hotel was beautiful, and there was a convenient (and cheap) shuttle from the hotel to the resort every morning and night. Great experience, great service
Restaurant is delicious and being able to take a cocktail up to our room is a HUGE bonus after all day in the parks. We cannot wait to be back in November!

Great hotel. Nice pool area. Restaurant serves decent food. Bar has pool side service. Within walking distance to Disney
The front desk gave us the wrong room number and in the timeframe it took to get that all sorted out any chance of getting to the pool was kaput
This was a very nice hotel for the price. Wish the pool hours were better but our room was very nice and spacious
No complimentary breakfast but room service was available during their restaurant hours. I found a few ants in the bathroom which might be something to look out for
There was one last that worked there (Janet) she was trying to be nice be everything she said came out really racist "we don't sell watermelon flavored anything. " But then we were compensated because of her stupidity
Everything was really clean until we got to the table where it was covered with some weird sticky stuff. The staff was nice and accommodating when our drinks came wrong they replaced them then took them off the check

My children could not get enough of all of the slides, wave pool, and boggie board ride. There was one employee that made our day EXTRA SPECIAL
I was a little worried after reading the bad reviews left here but after staying I have to say this place was great. I found no issues with cleanliness, staff or park wait times
The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something which for us wasn't more than an extra coffee cup for the room. The rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked
It was fun for the whole family. We really enjoyed our 2 days there. The indoor water park was the best. I've been back 3 times since the first time
She made them feel special! Griselda took the around the store and showed them the different things they could buy based on what they liked
We didn't partake in any additional activities or dining offered by the resort so I can't speak to food quality or pricing

We stay here every 2 years and travel from Australia. Staff are amazing, rooms are lovely and big, very clean and beds are so comfortable. Free shuttle to Disneyland and great shopping and restaurants Close by
This hotel was great! Our room was so clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet. Really close to Disneyland, and it even helped that there was a free shuttle to and from the park each day
There was a restaurant that had really good food, and a little shop that had candy and soda, which we got drinks for breakfast each morning. The staff was really nice, will absolutely stay there again
It isn't really Disney inspired inside the rooms even though it is so close to Disneyland. They do have a bus that goes to and from the park, so take advantage of that
A very cute hotel that is model just like the olden days. The insides of the rooms resemble castles and has an ambiance that is definitely unique
Would easily stay here again with the kids, but not for a romantic getaway. Again, great hotel for a family trip to Disneyland

The gym area is barely used and has a view of the outside patio and pool area. Very nice pool area with lots of shade seating from the trees and a covered area
The one thing that is a little negative is that you should always have your key card because you will need it to access everything, such as the pool on the bottom floor, and the icebox on floor 3
Everything a hotel should have. It gets cleaned everyday, has a pool, and good service. The wifi is good, the beds are comfy, and overall a good hotel
They do have a ART bus that goes directly to Disneyland so that was a positive. Loved the pool but definitely need to keep on top of cleaning it. We had a great view of the fireworks from our room
Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful too, both for dinner and breakfast
Location is just under 2km to Disneyland which was the main purpose of our visit. There's a bus that will take you straight there that you catch just outside provided by the city for $5

They did not say no to any request that I had and made me feel extremely welcome as a guest! They even gave some puzzles to my children and offered us extra water bottles when we checked in
The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had a view of the fireworks from Disneyland every night. It was very easy to find hand gel outside of every elevator, and the outdoor area is relaxing
The front desk team was very friendly and helpful

The pool appeared nice but we didn't use it. The little Pizza Hut, coffee shop and market were all closed, but there are plenty of places nearby
I do want to point out the 1st host you meet as you pull into the parking lot. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him. He is the 1st face to greet you and sets the standard of good and COURTEOUS customer service
I stayed here a couple of weeks ago during my Disney Dirty 30 celebration. Every staff member I came across was super nice and helpful, and they had easy access to everything we needed
Maritza (sp?) was especially helpful with maps and park info, and they even left me a little birthday gift! I would 100% recommend staying here for Disneyland trips, especially
This place is fantastic!! Customer service was unreal compared to other places. Can't dock them for not servicing the rooms as no hotels are doing so at this time
I really like this hotel. The location is fantastic. The amenities are great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

They have a rooftop pool and restaurant as well as a ground floor pool and restaurant in the lobby. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. I think they have bigger rooms on the penthouse floor
Didn't get a chance to check out the adult pool upstairs but the community pool was great. Great for younger kids and beginner swimmers
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Blu Sky Bar is amazing! Hi Danny! His service is exceptional. The room was spotless and very relaxing. My only minor criticism is the soap and shampoo dispensers in the room
The way they sit in the wall prevents the soap from being pushed out. I heard other guests comment on the elevator being difficult to use but we figured that out quickly (just use your room key and choose your floor)
I think this is a really great safety feature. After our stay at the Radisson, my kids and I went to the Double Tree in San Diego and realized how much better this Radisson was in comparison
I am very pleased with the service, cleanliness, appearance and amenities at this hotel. It is a 4 star hotel and it feels like it. It had everything I needed and wanted for a family stay

This hotel felt like a home away from home rather than a room to crash in. The pool deck was awesome! It’s within walking distance to Disneyland. We walked there and back multiple in a day
Complimentary breakfast every morning was a plus! The Pizza Hut express was really nice to have as well, we ordered pizza twice and they deliver it right to your room! I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area!
This is a beautiful hotel that is located behind the Cars right outside the park. The decor is very nice and rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. You can't go wrong staying here.
The rooms were fantastic! It was very clean and very updated and modern. The gym had enough equipment for a good workout. The morning breakfast was superb. The hotel is located directly across from Disneyland
Great location for attending something at convention center (around the corner). Pet friendly with $150 cleaning fee (so we brought our pup, needing daily medicine, with us for the 1st time)
If the Residence Inn is within your budget, this is a great option. It can be a bit pricey compared to some of the other nearby hotels/inns, but the quality you get here is extraordinary

Great rooms beds are comfortable. Excellent guest services when needing extra towels or soaps or bath items the hotel was very quick to provide them
The staff was very accommodating with all our needs. They we're friendly kind and even greeted our son with a balloon animal. The hotel was clean and comfortable. And the pool area is great for kids.
And two pool wet play areas for kids and families
The staff are very pleasant, they have balloon shapes for the kids, and the pool is fabulous for kids
Great location next to Disneyland short walk to the main entrance via the east shuttle drive on Harbor Blvd. Many food choices with a short walk. Getting to downtown Disney is a short drive away from the hotel also
Rooms in building 1 are renovated. If you get a room facing Disneyland you can see the fireworks right from your balcony. No free breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance

We walked from the hotel to the Toy Story parking lot both days we went to Disneyland and caught a ride on the buses for free so that was great! Bathroom does need an update but we only used it to quickly shower so we didnt mind it
There's a door that separates the shower/toilet from the sink/vanity area so more than one person can be getting ready which is something I love. Overall not a bad place to stay, we would stay there again
Friendly and helpful staff & clean and modern room. I liked that I was able to buy my Disneyland tickets right at the hotel front desk. Parking was fairly priced and a good sized lot.
They went above and beyond to help rectify a mistake that wasn't even their fault. Very much appreciated and wasn't expected. Great location, helpful staff. Hotel was a bit dated, overall a good deal.
Checking in to your hotel was incredible slow due to two people at front desk and only one Christine Stevenson recognizing the long line and asking Alex several times to help
I would rate this hotel as average or above average. This hotel is not bad by any means, but it pales in comparison to the more luxurious hotels in the area

And to top it off, make sure when they clean your room, they actually wipe the bathroom floor and replace your towels, because they didn't! They took the dirty ones and left my room with no towels
Didn't really notice until I was in the shower missing towels to dry myself off! Annoying! Also, don't ask for sparkling wine, because they don't have it, they will serve you white wine without even telling you they don't have sparkling! Like, who are you trying to fool? Rooms are decent and comfortable and location is good, very close to Disney if you're going to walk
Stayed here for a 3 day Disneyland trip. Although I didn't stay that much in the hotel room but to get served for anything, be it, check-in or asking for towels, or toothbrushes, takes so long
A cool touch, though – the TVs had Netflix, so I could kick back and catch up on my shows using my own account. All said and done, my stay was alright with its share of ups and downs
Maybe it was the carpet, but there was this faint mustiness that wasn't particularly inviting. Not the best setup, especially for those with allergies
Oh, Front desk staff are not the nicest people

We arrived early in the morning for our visit to DISNEY and although our room was not ready the staff were happy to store our luggage until we got back and were happy to see them IN OUR ROOM on our return
It was a great great place to stay right across from entrance to California Avenue park and Disneyland. Comfy beds. Full free breakfast in morning. Not made to order. But Buffett style. Very good.
Very welcoming staff and excellent guest room. The BIG BONUS is that is opposite the entry TO DISNEYLAND making my 82 year old mother in law happy (The hotel also has an elevator)
The big surprise each night is that if you do not stay long enough for the Disney fireworks it tells you with what sounds like cannons going off at 9
30pm letting you know to go to the top story balcony or outside on the sidewalk to watch them
Walking distance to Disneyland gate. Staff was very friendly and responsive. However, this hotel needs some serious updating. I get it, you're across the street from the Disneyland Parks

Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and courteous. The pool area is very nice, we enjoyed their lounge and poolside bar. The Disney shuttle stops right in front of the hotel and is very convenient
Stayed here for easy Disney access, it is within walking distance. Parking was easy with a lot of spaces. The hotel let's you stay parked the day of checkout until midnight so you can still walk to the park
Wallet and pet friendly place close to Disneyland! Rooms are decent and kept clean. The restaurant inside makes decent food (club sandwich was huge!!). Staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
A lot of others won't allow or charge extra. Sheets a little too stiff and check-in was not the smoothest. Long line with two people checking in guests. Overall the stay was great though
Room was clean and things were nice. Close enough to walk to Disneyland in 10 min. Parking is $15 or $20 per day but other than that nothing to really complain about. We didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel though
Red Lion was a great experience. Rooms were nicer than I expected. Everything in the rooms worked. Amenities were ok, nothing I put to use. I will say the breakfast buffet was lacking for the price they we're asking

I could see the fireworks in Disneyland while lying in my bed! The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful
They come around every day to replace towels, toiletries, coffee, etc. And you can’t beat the location! So close to Disneyland! The short distance to the parks is appreciated after being on your feet all day
The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the pool, as we were literally only there to sleep and spent all of our time at Disney. Quick walk to the park’s entrance
I would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget. Parking is a little tight but luckily we didn’t have to move our car much in the days we stayed there. They have a nice fruit infused ice water in the lobby
This was my second time staying at the Grand Legacy and I liked it even more! Both times we have stayed in a Luxury View room with 2 Queen beds
The only place I’ll ever stay when visiting Disneyland

Shortly after we got our things and left the pool area. It is quite unfortunate because we really enjoy this hotel and all its amenities including the rooftop pool but we weren’t able to fully enjoy it this time
This hotel is very new, modern and clean. It's seems as though it was updated very recently. The rooms are nice, and everything is contemporary. The swimming pool and hot tub are are well maintained
My family has been to this hotel a few times now and we have always had a great experience. This stay was also very nice until we decided to have dinner and go for a swim at the pool
Gym, pool and jacuzzi were also very nicely designed and also very clean. Staff were very nice and housekeeping was really fast with our requests. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
We got out of the pool and came back to find our food and chairs crawling with cockroaches. We couldn’t finish our meal because they were crawling around our food and possibly on it
Hopefully they resolve the cockroach issue on the rooftop pool soon. Had a video of them crawling all over but it will only let me upload pictures

Location, location, location!!! Easy close walking distance, which means a lot when you are disabled. But not only that, the rooms are clean and we love the friendly staff, and the convenience of the guest laundry
Service: the garbage was picked up every day and new towels were provided, but the bed wasn't made and the sink area was not cleaned, we stayed here 3 nights
The Park View Suite with 2 balcony's is wonderful for families, giving you a view and a little privacy during your stay. We've already booked our next stay
Very amazing! It was so close to the parks. Finally I was able to get a hotel near the parks and actually take breaks in the day of walking. Literally only took us 5 minutes to get there. The rooms were amazing and clean
We enjoyed staying at the Tropicana. The walking distance to Disneyland Park was not very far at all. Definitely the closest we have ever stayed. The rates were good compared to some others around it
