4 star hotels in Anaheim

This was very disappointing for a Hilton property. I know they are going through a "transformation" which hopefully will be done soon. We were woken up every morning by the sound of construction right above our room (which stinks as it was our honeymoon and wanted to sleep in some days). Hotel under renovation: Valet and front desk, terrible. They pushed all the inconvenience of the renovations to the guests, no attempt to accommodate. Overall a great place to stay. It's much quieter than the cheaper hotels in the area, and if you are planning to go to Disney or a convention that is key. Right next to the convention center, and close enough to Disney that you can walk or take one of the busses over. Very large and nice hotel. Location was good with only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Full amenities at your service and rooms were very clean. Extra charge for microwave and parking but at least they had a small fridge. Outdoor pool wasn't that big but it had one of those small kid water play area like you see at a water park. Great hotel. The staff is super nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is super comfortable. You can’t hear anything outside it’s so nice and quite. They upgraded our room on our last night back. Love the breakfast and Starbucks down stairs. I will be staying there every time we go to Disneyland and the other theme parks.

Excellent 4 * hotel next to Disneyland. The rooms are fairly new and of a good size. Breakfasts for an additional fee, excellent. A luxurious congress center with many meeting rooms and excellent service.

We only went for lunch and dinner. The food was good, but somewhat expensive. The atmosphere was trendy overall. It was fairly quiet at lunch, but very crowded and load in the evening. It's a good place, but not for a super casual meal.

Now for the not so great: There were gnats all over the room because of garbage cans near the room entrances. They should be using covered garbage cans or omit them entirely. The front desk gave us the wrong room number and in the timeframe it took to get that all sorted out any chance of getting to the pool was kaput. We had some changes in plans during a recent holiday which resulted in us booking this hotel at 11pm. They were extremely helpful at a late hour. The room was good with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is sit-down restaurant style. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a more expensive Disney/Anaheim vacation.

Our stay was good. We'll be back. The room was clean, service was fast and the location was very good for our needs. If you need anything, there's a Target across the street. Laundry service was a bonus!

We've stayed here twice now for Disney trips. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the whole hotel could benefit from modern updates. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The club lounge is convenient for grabbing drinks and the breakfast and evening appetizers served there are pretty tasty. Only guests staying in the club rooms have access to the lounge though. It was a great experience. The reception is really good. Took the shuttle to Disney. It was good, but took a bit of time after prompting in the app. But this is not the hotel's fault. The only complaint is that our room was not cleaned, but they didn't say if it was COVID protocol or not, so I thought they just skipped it. We were only there for 2 nights.

First, because of flight delays, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 2:00 AM. I was still able to check in smoothly and get to my room quickly to rest before my meeting in the morning.
