We LOVE this hotel. I've stayed in all the hotels along Harbor and this one wins, by miles. Aside from it being a beautiful hotel, the staff is amazing. Super friendly, helpful, quick. We love having the Starbucks in the lobby. The shuttles to/from Disneyland are super convenient and the drivers are wonderful. (Ben especially!!) Beds are insanely comfortable and we love the option of a suite with a "living" room as we are usually there for 8-9 days. Restaurant is delicious and being able to take a cocktail up to our room is a HUGE bonus after all day in the parks. We cannot wait to be back in November!

Great location for Disney. Just hope they don't have a conference on whilst you stay there.. outside space is great, the pool is a little on the small side and not very deep at all.

Came on an anniversary trip to Disneyland and stayed at this hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was special -- upgraded our room free of charge, gave us hotel credit to use at the restaurants, and even delivered a special letter and wine to our room on the morning of the anniversary. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel was beautiful, and there was a convenient (and cheap) shuttle from the hotel to the resort every morning and night. Great experience, great service.

This hotel looks nice on the outside but is kinda weird on the inside. The lobby was very pretty and the Starbucks was convenient. The room was not it. To start, the bathroom was gross and the shower sucked. The sink was not clean and the shower had horrible water pressure. There were also strange stains on the shower curtain. The room itself had furniture that looked like it had been there for 20+ years. There were also strange stains on the wall. I did not feel like the bed sheets were clean either. We were also next to a bunch of kids who were screaming non stop starting at 6am every morning so we did not sleep well. I honestly think there are better hotels near Disneyland. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the shuttle services to Disneyland. The bus drivers were the best!

Came here for a vacation and it was amazing. The hotel was awesome and had so many cool amenities. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to Disneyland for $5 a day which is extremely reasonable. The staff go up and beyond to make sure all their guests are satisfied. If I come back to orange county I’ll definitely be re-booking with this hotel.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Hands down the best Hyatt and Hotel experience I have had. As our children's first Disney Land trip ever, we wanted to make it special. Hyatt helped us provide it for them.
From the moment we drove up, we were treated like family. With two kids, traveling can be a hassle, but everyone was so welcoming it was such a relief. Once at the desk, Eric, the manager of the hotel, was amazing and made us feel even more at home. The Hyatt is so blessed to have this man along with his team as the welcoming team. Throughout the time we stayed, Eric really made the trip memorable and so comfortable, out family had no worries at all. Thank you Eric and thank you Hyatt for an amazing vacation that will last a lifetime!

This is a really neat hotel with an Atrium extending the entire length of the building up to its top most floors. We brought our family and all of us enjoyed the pool area Outdoors as well. Driving to and from Disneyland is a very short trip, but watch out for the overnight parking charge which feels like a lot to spend.

Our stay at the Hyatt was great. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. We stayed in a suite with a King bedroom, central sitting area, and a second bedroom with two double beds. It was perfect for our family, allowing for privacy and quiet time for all. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and affordable considering kids under 6 are free and older kids are half price. Having a Disney shuttle readily available was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for Disney goers and far more affordable then staying at the Disneyland resort.

Overall, I do like this hotel. Had stayed here twice and both experience were fantastic. Employees were helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.
