It's a great location. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush. Check In was fast. The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner. Effie was very attentive.
The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning.
Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient.
Food: The restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance has very bad dinner, and the service staff is not considerate. They will ignore you even if you wave at them, and will be busy with their own things first, without even a glance.
It seems that you have to pay for breakfast, although it is included in the room rate
Distance from the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the international arrival terminal.
I don't know how to get to the domestic terminal

3. Why couldn’t they look up the name and see what room I was and called me.
Not so great experience with the room. I've stayed in a $60/ night Motel before and was more satisfied.
Bed was awful, tossed and turned all night every night and had back pain so bad I had to take Tylenol. Outlet by coffee pot didn't work, the body wash bottle was broke off the shower wall, and there is no microwave in the room.
Also, I don't travel much but I know people who do and guests having to pay over $30/ day to park was a shock. According to the ones I know who travel a lot, that's not normal unless you are not a guest staying there or you only pay for valet.
I've also stayed at cheaper Hotels that offer free breakfast. This one does not. I understand they are just trying to support the restaurants to make more money but.
If I'm ever back in Atlanta I will be staying elsewhere.
